Top 100 Influential Oz Startup Tweeps

Methodology:
1. Seed a list with a few oz startup tweeps
2. Fetch tweeps following anyone on the list
3. Reduce to australians (location or .au in url)
4. Reduce to startup folk (keywords in bio such as "founder", "startup", "entrepreneur", etc)
5. Add new, matched tweeps to the list and give anyone they're following a "point"
6. Repeat 2-5 many times
