  3. Age: Eighteen [18]
  4. Hometown:
  5. Hobbies and Interests: Alcohol, modelling, Pokémon, tumblr
  6.
  7. Appearance: Appearing slight of frame, Bambi stands at 5’6” and fluctuates around 110 pounds, with very little tone or definition; a side-effect of his inadequate diet and lack of exercise. As a Caucasian, his complexion is naturally very pale, but Bambi dislikes his skin’s colouration immensely and has taken to tanning - both through sunbathing and more artificial methods such as spray-ons. Bambi’s large eyes are his most striking feature due to the bright sapphire blue contacts he uses religiously - having brought them in order to brighten up his naturally brown irises, which he considers boring. Otherwise, his ovular face is accented with soft angles; an aquiline nose; and plump lips, leading into a pleasant and childlike visage that’s often resulted in people mistaking him for being younger than he actually is. His hair is naturally curly and is of medium length, reaching the nape of his neck with a spiked fringe. Orlando grew dissatisfied with his natural hair colour - a dull brown, and what he perceived to be ‘ugly’ - and as a result it’s been bleached a perfect blonde since midway through eighth grade; though the years of regular redying it’s endured have left it fairly unhealthy and brittle.

  9. Biography: Bartholomew “Bambi” Brocklehurst’s family history is a somewhat colourful one, being born the sole child of Thomas and Fabiola Brocklehurst, yet with four half-siblings to his name; Katarina, Cordelia, André, and Stephania. Katarina is Thomas’ daughter from his first wife, Alexandria, whom died of pre-eclampsia shortly after giving birth. Barely able to grieve, Thomas struggled to care for their newborn child before a second tragedy hit and Katarina passed away as well, succumbing to SIDS. Although this aspect of his past is one he rarely discusses, it’s had an undeniable impact on Thomas; he regarded Alexandria as nothing less than saintly and holds any other partner he’s had to the standards set by her. Several years later and shortly after breaking up with his then-girlfriend, Joanna, Thomas met newly-divorced Fabiola, whom had with her in tow the two children from her first marriage: Cordelia and André. The two instantly hit it off and quickly entered a relationship, moving in together a few months before Fabiola discovered she was pregnant with Bambi.

  11. Midway through Fabiola’s pregnancy, Thomas received a letter from his Joanna, informing him that she’d recently given birth to a daughter, Stephania, and that he was the father. This news came as an understandable shock, and after a heated discussion, the two agreed that it would be best if Thomas wasn’t involved in Stephania’s life. In fact, it’s only recently that Thomas has made an effort to contact Stephania and her mother. Not long after this, Bambi was born on the 17th of March via Caesarean-Section and was welcomed into a cobbled-together yet highly loving family. Fabiola took some time off from being breadwinner as an early childhood educator in order to look after the children together with Thomas, while Fabiola’s mother, Christina, helped them out financially. Though Bambi’s first few years were spent in relative familial bliss, it didn’t take long for things to fall apart.

  13. Lacking a direct biological relationship with Cordelia and André, Thomas found it difficult to connect with either of them and focussed his efforts on Bambi, showing gross favouritism to the boy; mollycoddling him and spoiling him no end. This soured Cordelia and André’s view towards their half-brother to a high degree, whilst simultaneously contributing a great deal of anxiety to Bambi, who wanted more than anything to have a loving and sweet relationship with his siblings like he saw in movies or on television. At the same time, Thomas also had extremely high expectations for all three of the children and pushed perfection on to all of them (as did Fabiola, who was highly conscious of her image within the community and wished for her children to reflect the idyllic life she sought to convey), and while his siblings flourished under their hand of guidance and proved successful in various fields (particularly athletics and cosmetology with Cordelia and cookery and horticulture with André), Bambi faltered, barely keeping above water in most fields and often faltering; caving in under pressure and trying to avoid the fallouts from his failures.

  15. Realising that Bambi wasn’t going to meet their expectations, Thomas and Fabiola stopped directly pressuring their son to succeed…
