  73. DNA: It's Kaorin's computer confirmed
  74. Saturn Rosewell: "...Oh dear."
  75. Jennifer Attaway: "... Did we even have an exit plan?
  76. Jennifer Attaway: "
  77. Chloe Blanchett: ((Shutdown is not responding... addressing error.))
  78. Chronicler : There are sudden loud cranking sounds and explosions in the distance. A loud hissing sound radiates and you can hear the whole facility whine loudly.

  98. Avara: can alu finish him off?
  99. Infiltrator Man (FEV): Infiltrator Man (FEV) barely survives the blast that rips through its torso like paper. Or Raditz.
  100. I think its safe to say, it'll feel this in the morning.
  101. Also, its crying in pain. And anger. And frustration. Mostly pain though.
  102. Alraune: "...oh well, I was getting sleepy anyway. Might as well get buried." Alraune uses Mega Drain. 12 Spending AP vs Special Attack.

  118. Infiltrator Man (FEV): (( If you wish ))
  119. Infiltrator Man (FEV): Infiltrator Man (FEV) is forcibly pushed away from Duncan. By Duncan. For Duncan.
  120. DNA: who shall never perish from the earth.
  121. * Duncan the Tonberry is going to follow that up with... Everybody's Grudge. 20 vs special.
  122. Duncan the Tonberry: crit grudge
  123. DNA: PERFORM CRIT ERRYDAY

  130. Avara: still standing?
  131. Infiltrator Man (FEV): Infiltrator Man (FEV) drops to its knees and whines echoingly. Its flesh and bodyparts beginning to fall apart, starting with its already disjointed jaw.
  132. Infiltrator Man (FEV): The flesh hits the ground with a wet quelch and quickly begins to bleed out of itself, almost in a melting fashion. The pieces of flesh fall off and over each other, creating a rotting flesh heap that assaults your sense of smell before it can be clearly seen.
  133. Duncan the Tonberry must wait 28.28 seconds before it may move again!
  134. Avara: accident
  135. Infiltrator Man (FEV): Slowly at first, the flesh noticeably bleed-melts into a pool of thick, red liquid that quickly begins spreading out into a quiet, contained pool of rotting, dead fleshy pulp liquid.
  136. Duncan the Tonberry must wait 17.442 seconds before it may move again!
  137. Chloe Blanchett: "Time to leave!"
  138. Torren: "Grab whatever info we can, and run!"
  139. Chronicler : The FEV is destroyed and success has become yourself.
  140. Chronicler : Yours*
  141. * DNA has become Success, the Destroyer of Bases.
  142. Chloe Blanchett: "Grab anything that might be valuable. We should be able to escape through the wind tunnel, it can't be turned on still."
  143. * Saturn Rosewell recalls Torren as a Shift Action, because he's kinda sluggish to move much anyway.
  144. * Jennifer Attaway recalls Duncan, and will then proceed to follow Chloe and Saturn, not really having done a good job of memorizing how they got here to begin with.
  145. Chronicler : Nothing will prevent you from recalling your dudes.
  146. Avara: Perception to find valuables along the way.
  147. Chronicler : I'll keep your roll in mind.
  148. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe keeps an eye out as well, but safety first. Perception
  149. Alsine Kolstad: Alsine picks up the Liason Adapted.
  150. Alsine Kolstad: Alsine uses her flight to get ahead. Knowing the field of silence would surround her and prevent discussion if she were with the group.
  151. Alsine Kolstad: Alsine watches from her perch, only flying ahead one segement at a time. She nodded assuringly to the group behind her.
  152. Chloe Blanchett: Alsine dodges the puddles and splotches on the ground, attempting to climb swiftly after Alsine Athletics, skill stunt Climb.
  153. Chronicler : Chloe is able to moderately ascend the winding tunnel upward after Alsine. Bracing herself against all sides using her legs, arms and back she's able to keep herself steady and maintain consistent progress.
  154. Avara: so... there's a tunnel we have to climb up, on a time limit while the base is falling?
  155. Chronicler : You went through a few tunnels.
  156. Avara: i didn't know if we were going to be going up, down or sideways
  157. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe seems to know where she is going.
  158. Chloe Blanchett: You can follow after her.
  159. Saturn Rosewell: Saturn vaguely remembers the path out of here, it involved a few corridors, a floor, and one or two other things, but Alsine/Chloe were leading the way, so she trusted their judgment.
  160. Avara: jen is following chloe as best she can.
  161. Saturn Rosewell: As Saturn can fly, her movement should be uninhibited.
  162. Chronicler : I will need climb rolls.
  163. Saturn Rosewell: From just Chloe and Jennifer?
  164. Chronicler : Yes.
  165. Avara: athletics will be required to either climb, or catch myself between jumps or such, right?
  166. Chronicler : Acrobatics to catch self. Athletics to climb and jump.
  167. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe is climbing some more! Athletics
  168. Avara: okay. athletics is 2d6+0. am i going to require assistance?
  169. Avara: ... wait hold on, let's just use the pokemon we flew in on? if they're not unconscious
  170. DNA: One is Vorpal, who I think is alive
  171. DNA: Who was the other one? oh, right, Chloe
  172. Chloe Blanchett: "If I reach the top, I'll have the alraune web up the tunnel here."
  173. Avara: i think chloe used alsine
  174. DNA: Chloe is a Damsel
  175. Chronicler : She mounts anyone.
  176. Jennifer Attaway: "... Why don't we just have the pokemon fly us around?"
  177. Chloe Blanchett: "These are kind of tight, maybe it will work." Chloe said back, "I'm not in the best spot to release a pokemon though. Just wait until I am clear."
  178. Chronicler : The whole facility rumbles and shakes, rumbling violently.
  179. Jennifer Attaway: "Please hurry, then!"
  180. * Saturn Rosewell stays with Jennifer as necessary.
  181. Chronicler : Chloe makes it to the tunnel area with its three-way corridors. The one that feels ground-level is where Chloe firmly stands, after barely keeping hold during the facility shake.
  182. Avara: i have a feeling the RNG wants terrain obstacles to claim one of my characters eventually. i need to start building with them in mind. kari, gracie and now jen are all facing up against terrain obstacles.
  183. Saturn Rosewell: Saturn scans just in case. Perception 3d6+2 ; Intuition 6d6+2 . The usual.
  184. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe releases Vorpal, the medium sized wasp attempts to fly in the tunnel.
  185. Vorpal: Does vorpal have the room?
  186. Chronicler : Vorpal does.
  187. Vorpal: Vorpal gives Jennifer a ride!
  188. * Saturn Rosewell flies on up now that Vorpal is here, to join the others.
  189. Vorpal: If the door is in sight, Vorpal does not set Jennifer down, and instead continues to fly toward the exit.
  190. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe mounts Alsine and the two fly as well.
  191. * Jennifer Attaway will ride the vorpal express
  192. DNA: Vpolar express
  193. Chronicler : The tunnel is long and winding, with shakes and rattles along the way. The characters in flight (that being all) barely notice the tremors and their disorientating quirks but merely struggle to stay on the path as the facility sinks area by area. The end of the tunnel comes in sight, its cloaked area no longer functioning and a misty area of clouds and rocky cliffs the only sight from the bending and warped doorway.
  194. Saturn Rosewell: "There's the way out! Sprint for it!"
  195. Chronicler : The winding tunnels begin to collapse in of themselves, shifting and grinding metal and strange warm symbiotic fluids all around. A puff sound of hwuuuhph radiates over the whole facility and the clouds seem to disperse randomly.
  196. Give me Acrobatics checks to avoid being struck or, worse, crushed by the facility.
  197. Alsine Kolstad: Alsine flies toward the exit, ocassionally making short teleports.
  198. Alsine Kolstad: ((wait, can't bring Chloe. Unless mounted bypasses that))
  199. Alsine Kolstad: 2 Acrobatics!
  200. Saturn Rosewell: Saturn can still teleport around if she needs to. Either way I'll throw in the Acrobatics of 2d6+2 .
  201. Chronicler : The teleport move or Warper class is the only things that carry people with teleport.
  202. Saturn Rosewell: ...don't you mean the Transporter Ability?
  203. Chronicler : Teleporting is also still movement. That doesn't stop you from being destroyed by hazards.
  204. Chloe Blanchett: If chloe can make acrobatics checks on behalf of her mount
  205. Chronicler : Teleport can bring 1 person with you regardless of Transporter or not.
  206. Saturn Rosewell: Oh, really? We changed that?
  207. Chronicler : A long ass time ago.
  208. Saturn Rosewell: Huh. I remember asking or checking a few times and was told otherwise. Okay, I'll add it to my sheet.
  209. Chronicler : Anyways, no. The actual creature doing the movement is the one making the checks.
  210. Chronicler : Need one for Vorpal.
  211. Vorpal: Acrobatics:
  212. Chronicler : Saturn, Chloe and Alsine suffer 32 damage. Do not apply stats.
  213. The winding tunnels bend just enough into your way that you ram into them and nearly fumble, either enough to shake off your riders or your riders enough that they nearly let go. Luckily, no one is lost but there are bruises left behind.
  214. Chronicler : Vorpal, however, manages to avoid any harm at all, anticipating or perhaps just reacting quick enough to avoid or go with all the bends and warping of the tunnels.
  215. Saturn Rosewell: Can you tell me what my current HP and the Injury on my battlefield token is?
  216. Saturn Rosewell: (I'm afraid to open the map again right now)
  217. Saturn Rosewell: Saturn Rosewell is healed and gains -5 hit points.
  218. Saturn Rosewell: 96. And acc.
  219. Alsine Kolstad: Alsine Kolstad loses 31 hit points.
  220. DNA: 96? I-
  221. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe Blanchett loses 31 hit points.
  222. DNA: Oh, right, after fight, adjust to injured max.
  223. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe Blanchett loses 1 hit points.
  224. Alsine Kolstad: Alsine Kolstad loses 1 hit points.
  225. DNA: Question, how long does Walk it Off take?
  226. DNA: 64
  227. Alsine Kolstad: Both are injured.
  228. Saturn Rosewell: (( 5 minutes. ))
  229. Saturn Rosewell: The injury lowered the Special Attack stat!
  230. Saturn Rosewell: The injury lowered the Defense stat!
  231. Chronicler : (( Chloe and Alsine ))
  232. DNA: Yeah, definitely not Saturn. She's super beefy.
  233. Alsine Kolstad: done
  234. Alsine Kolstad: they were both close to half.
  235. Saturn Rosewell: After the party is quite clearly well away from the debris and exploding castle, and making their way back along the cloud road, Saturn pants "Can we...can we just take a break from life or something?"
  236. Chloe Blanchett: "That... sounds nice..." Chloe said, nursing her swollen face with a hand.
  237. Jennifer Attaway: "A vacation would be nice. We need to double-check the void pockets first, though... and I think there was another job or two that had urgency to it?"
  238. Chloe Blanchett: "...maybe... we can rest a day... we might have to this hurt."
  239. Chronicler : The five of you break from the tunnels into the air. The cool breeze and misty clouds, fresh air, slathered with the scent of rain, a welcome taste from the odd fleshy smell, rot and metal. You quickly make for the cliff and race up the walls to solid ground.
  240. Saturn Rosewell: "I remember the void pockets and this... and there was the one about the knife."
  241. Jennifer Attaway: "... Maybe if we go to Sinnoh we can get Giratina to give us a vacation in the reverse world."
  242. Saturn Rosewell: While flying back, Saturn WALKS IT OFF! Also surrounds herself with mist and such to heal during her downtime.
  243. Chloe Blanchett: "Another several hours of walking... but after that... I am going to sleep sooooo much."
  244. Chronicler : Behind you, the now revealed facility with its cloud cloak lost, is revealed to be a giant, sleek metallic human skull, complete with pulsing veins lined throughout its frame. It is falling apart, and appears to be crying in agony as it slowly plummets into the sea belong, piece by piece. Even the veins flying off and spewing clear fluid all over.
  245. DNA: 2spoopy
  246. Chloe Blanchett: "... were we inside a living thing? It explains the flesh..."
  247. Saturn Rosewell: "That...is really disturbing...but it would explain a lot of things..."
  248. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe shivered at the thought.
  249. Jennifer Attaway: Knowledge Check: Did we just claim the biggest kill in pokemon history?
  250. Alsine Kolstad: Occult check, the heck is that?
  251. Saturn Rosewell: Intuition check , is it actually alive?
  252. Chloe Blanchett: Perception check, I want to feel included.
  253. DNA: D'aw.
  254. Jennifer Attaway: "I'm not sure, but we *may* have just claimed the record for the biggest kill in history. At the least, it was semi-organic."
  255. Jennifer Attaway: "It's too bad we can't prove it."
  256. Chronicler whispers: Alive is a bit subjective. It was both synthetic and organic at the same time. Whether or not it was born first and upgraded with synthetic applications or vice versa you can't be sure. But the thing was definitely in pain, in horror of its own mortality and was suffering as it fell into the sea. Where it will definitely perish before long.
  257. Alsine Kolstad: "It is indeed a living facility, artificial. Perhaps serving some unknown purpose."
  258. Saturn Rosewell: "...why does everything we touch eventually die...?"
  259. Chloe Blanchett: "I feel bad for it... imagine having someone carve a fortress labroratory in your brain."
  260. Alsine Kolstad: "You've helped save to many lives to say that Saturn."
  261. Saturn Rosewell: "I know if that man was allowed to keep torturing Fairview it would have gotten worse, but I feel...like there's a lot of casualties where we go."
  262. Saturn Rosewell: "Like things we can't stop, people we can't save."
  263. Saturn Rosewell: "If I hadn't been a scared little coward way back when, the void pockets wouldn't be in Cerulean right now."
  264. Alsine Kolstad: Alsine nodded slowly. "... you saved me."
  265. Alsine Kolstad: "Even if I was the same as that... thing. Held against my will for some torturous purpose."
  266. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe looked like she felt worse after that statement.
  267. Jennifer Attaway: "We have a lot of casualties because we kill a lot of horrible people, who arguably ened to die to make the world a better, safer place. It's not great, but it's still good."
  268. Jennifer Attaway: (*need)
  269. Saturn Rosewell: "...I guess that's true. And I still need to fix those pockets I left hanging. ...Let's go back to Fairview and tell them that Infiltrator Man and his fortress is dead."
  270. Jennifer Attaway: "I'm ready whenever you all are."
  271. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe nodded. "This is going to be a long walk. First steps now.." Chloe turned from the bubbling water to the road back to fairview.
  272. * Saturn Rosewell glides quietly, yet focused, through the air and towards the ground.
  273. Nick has connected.
  274. Nick: (( I can watch right? ))
  275. * Jennifer Attaway walks along with the others, feeling a bit better about things overall. They did heroic things and stopped apocalyptic plots.
  276. Chloe Blanchett: ((always))
  277. Jennifer Attaway: (( no problem here ))
  278. DNA: I've no objections.
  279. Alsine Kolstad 2: Alsine lifts the Liason Adapted that Rob just remembered she had.
  280. Alsine Kolstad 2: Is it still emitting a silence field?
  281. Chronicler : Is not, no.
  282. Alsine Kolstad 2: Is it responding to anything around it?
  283. Chronicler : Its moving and trying to go unnoticed. But no.
  284. Chronicler : Anyhow, you guys can make it back to Fairview with a casual work in almost a day.
  285. Chronicler: From where you are, 18 hours of travel will bring you back to Fairview. Though your travel is not hindered at all along the way.
  286. Alsine Kolstad 2: Alsine strokes the liason, "Who sent you, little creature?"
  287. Alsine Kolstad 2: ((how long have we been awake?))
  288. Liason Adapted: (( You haven't slept. ))
  289. Liason Adapted: (( You arrived at Fairview, which was 6 hours, responded to the thing that occured and hten went after Infiltrator Man. ))
  290. Liason Adapted: (( So you were awake for 24 hours going into the facility. ))
  291. Avara: we absolutely need to sleep then
  292. Chloe Blanchett 2: Chloe trudges through the front door of where she remembered where beds were.. Her eyes are peeked open just enough to make out light snow and dark objects.
  293. Avara: current time?
  294. Liason Adapted: (( I'd have to calc and my documents are not agreeing with me so I can get the last registered time. ))
  295. Liason Adapted: (( You all tell me how long you wish to rest minimum and what time of day you want to awaken. I'll be sure to have the correct date and time next session. ))
  296. Avara: a good 8-10 hour sleep at least, if we've been up 24 hours
  297. DNA: Yeah. Them injuries and all.
  298. Chloe Blanchett 2: Chloe arranges to sleep for 10 hours at least, but would like to get started in the morning or afternoon. She is likewise craving a good mean.
  299. Chloe Blanchett 2: *meal
  300. Avara: yeh. up before noon would be neat, but not required.
  301. DNA: I'm about ready for everyone to FWOOMPH.
  302. DNA: I only have 1 injury to heal off each of my team, so 8 hours will work
  303. Avara: i have so many injuries
  304. Avara: *so many*
  305. Chloe Blanchett 2: "..we found the guy, took him out, blew up his giant, flying, bleeding skull fortress...." Chloe groaned as she tried to arrange for a room, "...i'll talk more bout it tomorrow."
  306. Avara: 1 bandage berry per injured character and 8 hours sleep would heal 2 injuries, right?
  307. DNA: yes, that is right.
  308. Chloe Blanchett 2: I'm going to go ahead and roll for berries twice.
  309. Nick: (( Pr... and their bandage berries. *shakes fist* ))
  310. Natasha: Hehehe~
  311. Chloe Blanchett 2: Lum 3
  312. Chloe Blanchett 2: ros: 0
  313. DNA: Nooooooooooo~~

  357. Chronicler: When you awaken in the inn...
  358. Alsine Kolstad 2: If the Liason Adapted didn't run away, Alsine would look over it some more in the morning.
  359. * Saturn Rosewell was almost dead asleep. Except her eyes alerted her to the new day, so she wasn't dead asleep after a point.
  360. Gloria Dance: Gloria Dance has left a notice on all your inn rooms. It reads:
  361. Dearest Trainers,
  362. There has been a visitor who arrived yesterday and has patiently waited for your full recovery to meet you. She claims she knows one of you well. She has paid in full to wait for a whole month here if need be, in advance as well as various other exclusive accomodations. I have agreed to these things but I decided I should caution all of you considering where you just were, what you just did and how you all ended up. Prudence has kept a close eye on her since she arrived and she has refused to give anyone her name even after being threatened, and decked several times over, by Prudence. She claims she only goes by "Contanct", even with you all. When you are ready, she is always waiting down in the bar for you all, fiddling with 'things in the air' as she puts it. Proceed with caution.
  363. Your lovable innkeeper, Dance.
  364. Chloe Blanchett 2: "I wonder who it is..." Chloe said, worried.
  365. Saturn Rosewell: "Hm?" Saturn reads the letter over thoroughly. "Contact? Who could that be?" She's trying to recall from memory who that might be. Gen Edu 2d6+2 ?
  366. * Jennifer Attaway is going to have Duncan out, just in case.
  367. Gloria Dance whispers: The woman who installed your device in the back of your head.
  368. Jennifer Attaway: "Maybe Contact is the one who sent the silencer."
  369. Chloe Blanchett: Chloe and Alsine make their way to find the others.
  370. * Jennifer Attaway is going to meet up with the team, with duncan at her side.
  371. Saturn Rosewell: Saturn folds the note up, and puts it into a pocket, as she goes to join the others.
  372. Chloe Blanchett: "Maybe it is." Chloe looked to the Liason.
  373. Chloe Blanchett: "Lets go see. There might be food..."
  374. Saturn Rosewell: "That sounds really nice right about now. Stonemeal gets pretty bland after a while..."
  375. Jennifer Attaway: "Food would be nice. Just be ready for whatever might happen. We might get attacked, or worse... another job."
  376. Chloe Blanchett: "I would like to know more about what happened. It seems like we got caught up in some conspiracy." Chloe made her way to the bar.
  377. Saturn Rosewell: "I want to talk to the mayor quickly to tell her what happened..." Nonetheless Saturn followed Chloe.
  378. Jennifer Attaway: "We could send one of the pokemon capable of speaking Kanto to update the mayor while we handle this."
  379. Saturn Rosewell: "I can send Torren; he can speak it."
  380. Saturn Rosewell: "Plus, he was there watching the whole thing."
  381. Chloe Blanchett: "That's a good idea." Chloe agreed, "We can meet up after."
  382. Chronicler: When you all enter the bar, you find a woman with short red and black hair with glasses sitting comfortably at a table alone, gently tapping her fingers in the air as if she were typing on a keyboard only she could see. She seemed completely oblivious to everyone else in the room and wasn't at all worried about Prudence standing in the doorway of the bar staring daggers at her.
  383. Contact: Contact suddenly shifts her head slightly to the right and smiles. She swipes her hand in the air, as if pushing something aside and looks directly at your group, "Ah! My friends! So good to see you all safe and sound! Did you rest well?"
  384. Chloe Blanchett: "Good morning..." Chloe said, a little nervious to distract someone so focused.
  385. Chloe Blanchett: "Slept very well, we were awake for two days straight."
  386. Avara: knowledge on this contact person, now that i have a face.
  387. Saturn Rosewell: "Oh! It's you. ...Didn't expect to see you here."
  388. Contact: "Well, no rest for the wicked, am I right?" Contact paused for a moment, "No. No wait, that didn't come out right. You guys aren't wicked. Its the ones you punish."
  389. Saturn Rosewell: "How long have you been in town? Were you waiting for us?"
  390. Contact: "Ah yes, Saturn! How goes the--" Contact pauses, knowing that Saturn didn't like talking about it publicly, "---theee change in mastering your natural abilities? I hope you've grown accustomed?"
  391. Contact: Contact chuckles, "As long as needed. I can, thankfully, work from anywhere."
  392. Saturn Rosewell: Saturn giggled. "Heehee, yeah. I've gotten a lot used to it now. I'm also a lot more open about it, though you probably noticed that by now."
  393. Saturn Rosewell: "...And your work has helped...tremendously. It really has. I don't know where we'd be if not for it."
  394. Contact: Contact nods, "Like a Staraptor hunting its prey, such details do not escape my notice! But I didn't want to take the chance. Glad its going well for you."
  395. Chloe Blanchett: "Can you introduce us Saturn? I'm sorry if we've met before, but the past few days..." Chloe giggled, "They have been nuts."
  396. * Saturn Rosewell smiled and nodded. "Thanks for respecting me."
  397. Saturn Rosewell: "Oh, right. I met her back in Cerulean. She did a bit of surgery to help bolster my psionic abilities. I did ask her to keep quiet about my...nature."
  398. Saturn Rosewell: "She had to operate on my skull, so she would have seen...them."
  399. Saturn Rosewell: *blink*blink*blink*
  400. Chloe Blanchett: "Right right..." Chloe said, she seemed surprised about the surgery though.
  401. Nick is disconnected.
  402. Alsine Kolstad 2: "Is this yours?" Alsine asked, holding out the Liason.
  403. Saturn Rosewell: "I was really reluctant at first, but looking back now, I'm glad I accepted her offer."
  404. Contact: "I take pride in my work." Contact giggles, "And yes, miss Alsine, that is definitely my handiwork. Bit outdated but I didn't want to send something newer into the sewers of Cerulean or into the wilds of Kanto. Something older and more rugged was required."
  405. Avara: heh~
  406. Alsine Kolstad 2: "So it was you who helped us in the... that place."
  407. Contact: "A bit. But I was also wondering where, uhm, what did you call him? Infiltrator man?" Contact stifled a laugh at that, "What he was up to lately."
  408. Chloe Blanchett: Check
  409. Saturn Rosewell: "You've been trying to keep tabs on him? We only learned about him from when we visited Fairview. How long have you known?"
  410. Chloe Blanchett: "Rharradin was attacking Fairview, apparently. He is a bit... melted. Probably dead."
  411. Jennifer Attaway: "He said something about a back-up of himself to the computer, but that computer was then destroyed, and is now underwater. So, probably still dead."
  412. Saturn Rosewell: "Most, if not all, of his work is probably on that computer underwater too."
  413. Saturn Rosewell: "Which reminds me, Miss... Do you know anything about someone called 'Miranda'?"
  414. Contact: "So many questions!"
  415. Saturn Rosewell: "Sorry, we're...in the habit of asking questions because we don't always find the answers." Saturn scratched the back of her head sheepishly.
  416. Chloe Blanchett: "And a lot of unrelated events are more connected than they seem."
  417. Contact: "Infiltrator man," Contact stifled another laugh, "Is a rather old employee of ours. We're talking six to seven years ago old. Got into a mindset of ditto-like ai systems and, at the time, that was a no-no. Was fired. And then fell off the grid. He's appeared here and there from time to time and I've taken a personal inkling into what he's been up to afterward. People like him don't just forgive and forget, after all."
  418. Chloe Blanchett: "And we don't get to know what that company is, right?"
  419. Contact: "But, if he's did, and all his work with him, that's fantastic. Unlikely, but fantastic if true! Bad mojo gone."
  420. Chloe Blanchett: "You know, he did melt when we killed him. If it was a ditto ai, then maybe he is out there?"
  421. Contact: Contact blinked, "No, you can. And some of your party already should. Though I won't say it here. In places where rivaling industries are likely to rise. No, I'd like to keep our name spoken solely in the safety of Cerulean. Corporate Espionage and all that jazz."
  422. Player "Kaorin" is not connected.
  423. You whisper to Sky Voice: I forgot if she told Saturn that name, or if Saturn knows the name.
  424. Contact: "Now, as far as Melinda goes, one of the hero's of Kanto, I believe. That Miranda?"
  425. Saturn Rosewell: "I think so, yes."
  426. Contact whispers: Saturn does. She went into the building for the work, after all.
  427. Contact: (( Lol, melinda randa mir. HAHAHA ))
  428. You whisper to Sky Voice: Remind me the name, because I didn't write it down.
  429. Chloe Blanchett: "He was willing to give up when he thought we were her."
  430. Contact whispers: I did mention my documents folder is not cooperating. I can later for sure.
  431. Chloe Blanchett: "He... had a lot of blind spots. Was easy to sneak up on, left obvious tracks and was trying to appeal to a group, what were they called? But he seemed arrogant, the type to think a hero of kanto would personally come to stop him."
  432. Contact: "I think I know why. The hero's of Kanto are, after all, people with incredible contacts in a lot of high places, are known for phenomonal power and for having survived a catalystic event with just their boots and their wits. I wouldn't want to go toe to toe with any of them."
  433. Saturn Rosewell: Saturn blushed a little bit at that hero comment. Was Jupiter really that famous and revered?
  434. Chloe Blanchett: "I might have given up too, but that was his first conclusion. A legendary warrior had come in person to meddle in his affairs."
  435. Avara: leech seed teeter dance combo. i miss you.
  436. Contact: "Well, you tell me. How well hidden was his facility? How difficult was it to actually infiltrate successfully?"
  437. Chloe Blanchett: "That means we stumbled onto something bigger than we anticipated, or he's got a big head on him. ... well he had a big head fortress... I can't believe I slept as well as I did after seeing it die."
  438. DNA: I think we all do.
  439. Contact: "After all, you didn't exactly come back without scars and incredible weariness."
  440. Jennifer Attaway: "It was invisible or camoflaged, with anchored... technology of some kind. Markings that only responded to pureblood human touch. That was the only road up to it, and it was needed to make the doorway visible."
  441. Contact: "I'm not trying to say you all aren't capable, or that he's in the right in his assumptions, but you do have to put praise where its due. He didn't make any of those things exactly easy. I was watching, after all." Contact chuckled again, "Though what all this actually ties into---I haven't pieced together all the data. And I'm sure there's plenty missing."
  442. Chloe Blanchett: "His footsteps in the snow were obvious, then we found and activated a sky bridge. We followed this bridge for hours, he was never alerted anyone turned it on. Then we snuck in the front door and... well... there was a really hard battle in there. It was technically well hidden, off the coast with an invisible road and a false cloud cover, but his own mistakes gave him away."
  443. Contact: Contact rubbed her chin, "I don't recall any of the footprints being his. Or even human. So perhaps you were intentionally led there rather than it being his own clumsiness." Contact shrugs, "As by natures design, what we create often have a will of their own and all too often do things hate being caged."
  444. Chloe Blanchett: "I don't know what he was using to attack Fairview, we never solved that mystery."
  445. Chloe Blanchett: "I captured one of his... pokemon? I'm not sure." Chloe released the Alraune.
  446. Alraune : "Ahhh~ fresh oxygen. I was so hungry..."
  447. Avara: can we set up for a to be continued?
  448. Avara: it's past DNA's deadline for bedtime
  449. DNA: There it goes!
  450. Avara: ?
  451. DNA: (I was lagging like hell)
  452. Avara: ah
  453. DNA: Also, plants ingest carbon dioxide, not oxygen.
  454. Contact: (( I'm good for pausing. I foresee this conversation going lengthily or ending abruptly. ))
  455. DNA: Fair enough.
  456. Avara: game over yeah~
  457. Avara: txp/pxp?
  458. DNA: I was going to treat this log as a Part B of the last one, but the fight ended almost right away.
  459. Contact: TXP: 4
  460. DNA: TL 22.2!
  461. Contact: (( PXP was granted already! ))
  462. DNA: It was?
  463. DNA: I don't think it was
  464. Contact: (( Yup! 150! ))
  465. Contact: (( It was. ))
  466. DNA: Oh, the 150. That sounds familiar.
  467. Contact: Saving campaign and log~
  468. Chloe is disconnected.
  469. Avara is disconnected.
  470. You have disconnected.
