Dragon's Breath: Gusts of hot air blow out of the northwest, accompanied by wisps of flame. Dragon's breath has a 50% chance of igniting candles, torches, tinder, loose paper, and similar flammable objects every half hour.
Fire attacks gain a +1 damage base bonus and grass suffer a -1 damage base penalty. Every three rounds in combat all non-Fire Type creatures lose 1/10th of their Max Hit Points at the start of their turn. Grass Type creatures lose 1/5th of their Max Hit Points instead. Outside of combat this effect not apply.
Severe Cold: An unprotected character in cold weather (below 0°F) must make a Fortitude check every 10 minutes (DC 15, + 1 per previous check) or take DB6 points of ice damage.
A character with at least Adept Nature Education gains a +3 bonus to this check and may apply this bonus to other characters as well. Characters immune to hail weather need only make this check once every hour for cold and exposure damage.
A character who takes any ice damage from cold or exposure is beset by frostbite or hypothermia (treat her as slowed and gain 1 injury). These penalties end when the character recovers the ice damage she took from the cold and exposure.
Ice damage from cold or exposure cannot be recovered until the character gets out of the cold and warms up again.

Besides the architectural delights, Cerulean is an urban jungle that has everything to offer to visitors. The city is home to numerous museums, parks, trendy neighborhoods and shopping streets.

You quickly imagine this was what life may have been like everywhere prior to the catastrophe.

	Rochette: 	"You might feel better after a nap. We should get our business here done quickly." She looks to Inbee. "Have you found the ware...house...?" She is brought to a pause as she finally looks out at the city.
* Saturn Rosewell was absorbing the sights, but couldn't bring herself to enjoy them. Not even this was enough to make her smile.
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"I hope I didn't burn any bridges when I left..."
	Rochette: 	"..." Rochette's brain has locked up as she takes in the city. She's planning routes around the architecture of the buildings, her mind harkening back to early training days before the invasion.
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...All he told me about this city, it seems so weird to look at it now."
	Miss Nobody 'Inbee': 	"Yeah, should be pulling up to it now."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"He used to tell me that it was a ruin when he first visited. I bet he was surprised." She was partially talking to herself, not very loud.
	Miss Nobody 'Inbee': 	Miss Nobody 'Inbee' drives down a dirt and stone path to a large warehouse that is gated off. The truck is scanned by a device handing overhead the gate. Suddenly, a green light on the device goes off and the gates slide open automatically. Miss Nobody 'Inbee' drives into the parking lot before, through some unseen skill, backs the truck up to the dock.
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Who's 'he'?" Chloe asked, her perception sharp to the point she didn't notice Saturn was speaking to herself.
	Miss Nobody 'Inbee': 	Miss Nobody 'Inbee' doesn't turn the truck off or even open the door, "Now...uhm...the hard part, I guess."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"Oh! Sorry, I didn't realize I was thinking out loud."
	Chloe Blanchett: 	"Oh no! Nevermind then, if it's personal."
	Saturn Rosewell: 	"...He's...well...he's the reason Natasha and I met."
	Chronicler: 	A few moments later, a womanly looking guy comes up to the truck and stares at Inbee.
DNA: 	Welcome to White Marsh Transport.

	Rochette: 	"Hello. We're here to drop off the lost truck and its cargo."

* Rochette nods.

	Valerie Ylsef: 	"They got caught up by a gang of no gooders."

	Kilarth Parinath: 	Kilarth Parinath pulls the pad away and looks off to the right. Someone at the dock gives him the thumbs up.

	Kilarth Parinath: 	"The moment I saw a bunch fo women in the drivers seat of my truck I knew something was up."
	Valerie Ylsef: 	"Wouldn't do us any good to tarnish our rep, now would it."
	Rochette: 	"Are you the owner of the company, then?"
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"I am. Lonestar Express is my company."
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"So, I think I'll do you a favour for assisting me when you didn't need to."
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"I'll put out the call for someone to find my missing truck and return it to me. A day later I'll confirm the call completed. Give you guys the 'rep' as Val here calls it. 'cause I was going to if they didn't return by 0800."
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"You can have the payment for the run. Would've been Don and Fred's but they're gone. New guys didn't want to wait for the company issued Pokémon guards. Cost them their lives."
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"I'll even throw in the 'prize money' bonus that the job board would've posted. Sound good?"
	Rochette: 	"That will be plentiful. Thank you very much."
	Valerie Ylsef: 	"Just Peachy."
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"Alright, sounds good." Kilarth Parinath looks down and taps a few times on the clipboard from earlier. It dispenses five metallic cubes with bulbs on each side. She hands them to Val.
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"There you go. The cash. I took the initiative to split it evenly five ways. Hold onto the cube - don't let the bank keep 'em. The cash from the job board will post when I confirm it."
Kilarth Parinath: (( HE* ))
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"What is your groups name, by the way?"
	Rochette: 	"Winter Lotus." She shows her signet ring.
	Valerie Ylsef: 	"Alright. Winter Lotus."
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"Excellent. If you're ever interested in trucking or just delivery, let me know. I'd rather pay someone I know capable of surviving the wild. I'll pay you the runners fee, of course."
	Rochette: 	"We will keep that in mind. Is there an inn we could stay at tonight?"
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"Several, but I figured you would've just hit up the Pokémon Center. Did you already use up your weekly allowance?"
DNA: 	I'm lol-ing quietly
	Rochette: 	"Not yet, but it is always good to have a back-up plan."
	Chloe Blanchett: 	Chloe looked uncomfortable.
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"They usually stay within eye-shot of the Pokémon Center. So, just head back there and you'll see them. The gate'll let you out so you don't need to worry about getting locked in."
* Saturn Rosewell felt oddly conflicted at this point.
	Kilarth Parinath: 	"I got stuff I need to take care of so, thanks again."
	Kilarth Parinath: 	Kilarth Parinath can be heard mumbling to himself about notifying the family before disappearing into the warehouse.
	Rochette: 	"Thank you for the information. good luck." She disembarks from truck-ville.
