Reasoning: It's nearly there to the final end. Along with the person who decided to cyberize her dead, she'll be needing more power it seems to completely contend with the people of Oasis. If the Mekboss was killed by Cedric like that, she'll need to use all of her energy now to be able to contend with the folks here and attempt to join up with anyone who is willing to cause immense amounts of chaos.
What is the moment: Cedric has single handedly killed the entire WAAAAGH. With Mekboss Frost's death. She will not strike yet - but she will attempt to find and join up with another person to cause chaos with. Seeing as how everyone around her has fought and slain many folks of the entire WAAAAGH, it'd put her out of a real chance to fight them all at once, even if they are all injured.
