  1. MY CHECKLIST TO CLARIFY ON THE PREVIOUS RESPONSE FROM HOWARD
  2.
  3. 1. You were contacted by Alessia at the end of June and that is when you started working on the project.
  4. 2. You worked on the 180nm chip but that was scraped and you started working on the 130nm chip.
  5. 3. You were met by Fabrizio in order to sign the tape out forms for the 130nm chip that was originally suppose to be scheduled 07/24

  9. 4. Your partner that was working with you on this chip was he the one in the IRC chat as labcoin_dev from Germany?
  10. 5. Alessia did not tell you about the BTCT IPO for investors correct?
  11. 6. How far did you get with the 130nm chip before you left the project? Estimated date?
  12. 7. Last contact when you and Alessia had communications and you had responded?
  13. 8. As you had left the project you were not aware of any tape-out or any scheduled tape-out correct?
  14. 9. What was your last or official day you would say you left the project for good?

  18. Let's confirm your answers one by one.
  19.
  20. (1) I think it's something like Jun/20 or close, not end of June. Because the first tapeout (on 180nm) is due on June/30, it's limited time to catch up, but not "almost none".
  21. (2) Yes. I finished the 180nm chip but was denied at the last moment.
  22. (3) Yes, these files are signed by Fabrizio, under my help. As you can see, some forms are in Chinese, Fabrizio can not read or write Chinese.
  23. (4) NO. My partner is a lady in my own office, I never know about such a Germany guy.
  24. (5) YES. She didn't tell me about the success of BTCT IPO, until I noticed it on the BTCT list and ask her about it.
  25. (6) Actually, the 130nm design was almost done, before I left. The bottleneck is not on the technical side, it's on the business side. She could not find a foundry that would tapeout this chip then. I don't know if she solved this problem at last.
  26. (7) I think the last date is Aug/20. Sorry I changed my laptop after I leave for US. The old laptop(with all skype history with Alessia) is an asset of my former company, I have to return it. And that's why I can't answer you with a more accurate date for question (1).
  27. As from the skype history you noticed yesterday, I think Alessia tried to contact me for the last time on Aug/21, which I did not respond.
  28. (8) YES. When I left, I saw no hope of solving the business problem with fabs very soon, and that's one of the reasons why I left. I don't know if they solved this problem at last.
  29. (9) 2-3 days before (7).
  30.
  31. And, btw, I had a short talk with theSeven today, I think he would postbin later the talk between him and me. That talk will help you to clarify some questions above as well, if it's still now clear enough here.
  32.
  33. Thanks & Best
