Infinity

Infinity is but a pattern,
sprouting love, like stars upon the rings of Saturn.
Majestic and growing, my heart just stood repeating
lastly my soul is seeping for the day I yearn to see..
That smile upon thy face, that figure like an exotic tree,
Oh, the times have changed and yet my clock just ceased to be.
Eternally I wished, for some dying entry into my book of days that passed,
yet finally, and in the end, that entry came at last.
I entered a warm and beautiful place, which I had dreamt of not long ago..
It pounded steady, it pounded fast, and there our love began to grow.
Honesty is key, to finding mutual feelings we adore,
In all honesty, I waged with myself a dreadful, bloody war.
A war I thought I could not win, but then you came to be,
our love was strong, the bonds were tight, and now we shall be, forever free.
Free to grasp, what we thought best, for our emotions we cannot hide..
