Basically:
It is a dialogue with a character present and a voice over where an african tribe shaman writes/reads letters to his nephew, who left the tribe because he was found with the chief wife.
The nephew is in the US now and explains that they have a sort of centipede made of small cabins and the uncle replies: Dear nephew this centipede made of cabins you talk about is very interesting, I have never heard of something that sounds so much like a train.
