To the world and the government of the Dominican Republic --

The oppressed and disenfranchised people of your nation have reached out to the PLF requesting that we assist them in getting a message to the President of the Dominican Republic. Mr President, your people have had enough of unjust land seizures where their property is taken and given to the rich and powerful. They are finished watching at night from their decrepit homes lit by lamps, and seeing the well lit mansions of those few rich people who can afford electricity. And they are no longer willing to tolerate these same rich few having indoor plumbing when the average citizen must often walk miles to get clean water. It is time for you Mr. President to rally your government and meet the needs of ALL the people of the Dominican Republic and not just a privileged and wealthy few in power. If you fail to act on this warning the Peoples Liberation Front is sending you, we will work with the activists in your country to foment a popular street revolution and remove you all from power. The choice is yours Mr. President, help your oppressed people now, or the PLF will stand shoulder with your people and bring an end to your corrupt regime.

To ensure that you receive this warning Mr. President, we will at Noon tomorrow remove your web site located at presidencia.gob.do from the world wide web for 6 hours. This DDoS attack will be accompanied by a Black Fax & E-Mail Bomb whereby we will fill the inboxes at the Presidential Palace with our message...thousands of copies of it. This assault tomorrow is the ONLY warning you will receive Mr. President, respond immediately and take steps to help your people or the next time you hear from us will be when your streets fill with tens of thousands of angry protesters. And if we, the Peoples Liberation Front - must return because you failed to heed our warning we will bring our friend with us. Mr. President you may not have heard of the PLF, but we are certain you or your advisers have heard of our little friend - he's a headless dude named Anonymous. So do the right thing, begin at once to fix these horrible living conditions of your people.

We will not let you down, and tomorrow we will deliver a strong message to your President and your government that they need to end corruption and begin to serve ALL the people of your country.
