Their purpose is to obtain medical supplies for the Gutterville clinic, whose shipment was lost due to a missing caravan

[13:12] <%TenMihara> 2 However, their admission to the hospital was met with an ominous declaration of foreboding, as a mysterious and enranged sounding mare's voice echoes through the building around them, commanding them to 'GET OUT!'
07[13:13] * +Keen_Shine jumps a bit at this and has seamlessly adopted his normal hopeless expression tinged with a heaping helping of fear. "Wait. Somepony actually lives here?"
07[13:13] * +Primer 's ears falls flat to her skull. "What was that?"
07[13:13] * +SmartCookie looks around and raises a brow at the voice. "Okay.... that was creepy...", he admits.
[13:14] <%TenMihara> 2 "GEEEEEEEET OUUUUUUUUUUT!" Commands the voice again
15[13:14] * +Karina takes several steps back, bumping into somepony, and looks around nervously.
04[13:15] * +SmartCookie pats Karina's shoulder as she bumped into him.
[13:15] <+Primer> "Right, I'm getting a little weirded out guys."
07[13:15] * +Desert_Storm , already reluctant to enter such close quarters, nods wearily at Primer. "It does seem rathe insistent that we leave..."
07[13:16] * +Keen_Shine unholsters his magi-pistol and bites down on hit harder than is strictly necessary. He motions Cookie up. Hey, he gets the Pipbuck, he gets to be in front.
07[13:16] * +SmartCookie shakes his head and says: "Aint nothing but some old speakers." For good measure he draws his pistole notheless.
07[13:17] * +Primer looks arund warily.
07[13:17] * +Desert_Storm hollows suit and draws her pistol, carefully approaching the reception desk.
[13:18] <+SmartCookie> "You spoted anything interessting?", he asks no pony in particular
07[13:18] * +Keen_Shine doesn't look relieved when he points them out. "Smmpny stll haftrr shay fat."
[13:18] <%TenMihara> 2 The reception area of the hospital is decrepit and mostly washed out by burn damage. There is a large desk whose wood can't be determined for the scorching. On the walls are signs indicating directions around the main floor. Two pointing to the OR and Emergency Ward point in a direction leading to a section crushed by the fallign sky scraper, while signs leading to the stairs and cafeteria point the other way.
15[13:18] * +Karina shakes her head after a few moments. "We left Hovelhoof to do this kind of stuff, right? No need to run away from a bit of a fright..."
[13:19] <+Desert_Storm> "Cookie, you should come take a look at this."
07[13:20] * +SmartCookie huffs a little and says: "That's life ain't it?", before walking over to the receptionists desk on Desert_Storm's words. "What is it?", he asks still on his way.
07[13:21] * +Primer noses around the room, leaving Smart and Desert to themselves.
04[13:21] * +Keen_Shine looks back at Karina, then forward in a forlorn expression. Oh look! A distraction! Thank you pony I wouldn't imagine thanking in a bajillion years!
07[13:22] * +SmartCookie arrives at the desk and sees the half melted terminal. He then starts to examine it.
07[13:22] * +Keen_Shine peeks over Smart's shoulder. Finally, some normality. Let's see what the receptionist lady gossiped about back in the day.
15[13:23] * +Karina gives a slightly nervous laugh as Cookie moves away over towards Storm. She reads the signs on the walls and notices a cafeteria. Maybe some old food to scavenge? She starts heading in that direction.
[13:23] <%TenMihara> 2 Surprisingly, the terminal is unlocked. There are two entries; one audio recording, and one that looks like a floor plan.

04[13:24] * +Primer notices Karina's motion to the cafeteria, then hears her own stomach growling. Right, decision made. Primer follows her cloacked companion.
[13:25] <%TenMihara> 2  /This is Doctor Cure. I don't know if anypony will ever hear this, but, being that I'm the highest ranking surviving healer pony, I figure I should leave some kind of record in case anypony comes out here./
[13:26] <%TenMihara> 2  /This new terminal is pretty sturdy; although I still had to reboot it and everything on it from before except the floor plan got wiped. Balefire bomb hit the city; not sure how. Like any ministry hub, this hospital was equipped with magical defenses. Fat lot of good they did./
15[13:27] * +Karina hears Primer's hoofsteps behind her as she enters the cafeteria proper and begins looking around for any surviving food.
07[13:27] * +Keen_Shine wimpers a bit at that. Oh joy. Robot zombies.
04[13:27] * +Primer joins Karina in the looting, hoping for some surviving pre war food.

Apparently the MAS hub is still going; the emergency broadcast station is transmitting. Hopefully we can contact them for an emergency teleport. It not, we're all going to die here./

[13:34] <%TenMihara> 2 The monitors on the floors don't seem to be picking up any signals; probably designed to monitor /living/ ponies. Apparently there's something highly radioactive on the 7th
07[13:34] * +Keen_Shine trots toward where he heard talking. There's his party. Didn't like six. Six was someplace he had to get to seven. Not knowing what six was means Keen's job gets harder.
15[13:35] * +Karina packs away what little they did find. "I was expecting a bit more than this sum. A place like this should've had more than these few crumbs."
07[13:36] * +Primer nods in agreement. "Lets see if anypony else wants in on this."
07[13:37] * +SmartCookie lets the terminal be and says: "Okay... CCTV seems dead. Though there could be something on the 7th floor, we'd probably want to avoid."
07[13:37] * +Keen_Shine went wide eyed at the food being packed away. Granted, they were still bad compared to the fresh things he remembered, but a few weeks starving in Hovelhoof made him a slightly less picky eater.
07[13:39] * +Keen_Shine picks the gun out of his teeth. "Don't suppose I could take some of those off your hooves?"
07[13:41] * +Primer tilts her head. "Sure, we can split them up."
15[13:41] * +Karina pats the food through her cloak to make sure it's secure then stands up and heads back into the main room with the others, only to be interrupted by Keen. She gives him half a glance and just trots around him.

15[13:42] <+Karina> half a glance, takes out a box of food and tosses it on the ground in front of him, then trots around him*

07[13:44] * +Desert_Storm joins Keen in the hopes of getting in on this windfall. She looks to Keen. "Any ideas on how we can split this?"
07[13:44] * +Keen_Shine looks at this Macaroni and Cheese box. He sighed, then picked it up. Beggars can't be choosers. He then went back to loot the medical boxes he saw on the reception area.
07[13:45] * +Desert_Storm looks at the robed pony, not entirely sure what to say. "Fine, you can keep it then."
07[13:46] * +SmartCookie snickers a little and says: "If you're ready i'd head up to the next floor, folks.", heading for the stairs.
07[13:47] * +Keen_Shine comes back with two boxes on his flanks. He'd missed having someplace to hold his stuff.
07[13:47] * +Primer follows Cookie.
15[13:47] * +Karina stretches her neck and takes a second to listen to all the groaning and moaning from above. She pulls out her .22 and heads for the stairs.
07[13:48] * +Keen_Shine sticks the box of Big Macs n' Cheese into Desert's saddlebags. Hey, if she wants them.
07[13:48] * +SmartCookie checks the corners as he arrives at the brim of the next floor.
[13:48] <%TenMihara> 2 The shuffling and moaning noises of the ghouls upstairs continues unabated
07[13:48] * +Desert_Storm thinks going upstairs is probably the worst way to use her skills, but, what the hell, why not? She follows the rest of the group, staying in the rear.
[13:49] <%TenMihara> 2 Cookie's line of sight is narrowed by the hallway stretching out before him. He can see at least three rotten, shambling forms cantering about.
07[13:50] * +Keen_Shine grips onto the Magi-Pistol, tongue on the trigger. He nervously waited for Cookie's signal.
15[13:52] * +Karina taps Primer and sneaks across the hall, opening the door and ducking inside.

07[13:53] * +SmartCookie stays put at the corner, ready to shoot his pistole if necessary.
07[13:54] * +Desert_Storm sits tight, drawing her 10mm and waiting for...whatever was about to happen.

07[13:56] * +Keen_Shine spends a moment imagining the person that made Magi-Pistols and bucks the image repeatedly for making them unable to be silenced.
15[13:56] * +Karina settles into a comfortable position and takes careful aim at the ghoul's head.
04[13:58] <%TenMihara> 2 Karina's gun whispers a quiet death to the ghoul as the first shot goes wide, the the second punches clean through its head, causing it to slump over and fall to the floor.
15[13:59] * +Karina smirks around her gun's handle and turns back around, peering out at the ghouls in the hallway.
[14:03] <%TenMihara> 2 The ghouls in the hallway are still completely oblivious; one of them running repeatedly into a doorframe in an almost comical fashion. The closest one is a mere 15 feet away, the others are further down
04[14:04] * +Primer peers out into the hallway from above Karina's head.
15[14:04] * +Karina settles into the doorway and takes aim at the closest ghoul, hoping for similarly successful results.
07[14:05] * +SmartCookie carefully peaks aroudn the corner.

04[14:10] <%TenMihara> 2 Two more quiet shots from Karina's spitol drop the nearest ghoul. However, its companions seem to take notice of one of their own hitting the floor. The turn around and stare down the hallway at the living ponies. One of them lets out a screech.

07[14:11] * +Desert_Storm forgoing any previous subtlty, draws her rifle. "Shit."
07[14:11] * +Primer fumbles for her 9mm, almost dropping it.
07[14:12] * +Keen_Shine closes his eyes in an inaudible damnation to the situation upon hearing that inequine screech. Welp. Loud it is.
07[14:12] * +SmartCookie does so aswell and steps out from the corner. He takes SATS aided aim at nearest Ghouls and fires two shots at it.
15[14:12] * +Karina shivers at the sound and leans hard against the door frame, hoping to blend in or... something.
04[14:16] <%TenMihara> 2 Cookie's shots are far louder than Karina's, but ring true as two shots to the torso pulps the nearest ghoul, who falls to the floor, lifeless
07[14:17] * +Keen_Shine works up the nerve to go around the corner, then dashes out, looks for somepony that needs shooting, then lets out two aimed shots.

[14:29] <%TenMihara> 2 Desert's experience aim proves much truer, blasting the ghoul's brain matter out the back of its skull.
[14:31] <%TenMihara> 2 Two doors burst open; with a pair of ghouls appearing in the hallway, drawn by the noise of the fight. They charge down the hallway, looking for fresh meat. The first of them reaches Keen and begins to snap at him with hooves and teeth

[14:33] <%TenMihara> 2 The ghoul flails at Keen with its hooves, glancing off his armour not quite enough to be wounding, but enough to bruise anyways
[14:33] <%TenMihara> 2 The other ghoul is still charging forwards, having been not quite as close as the other.
15[14:34] * +Karina grunts as she hears Keen getting beaten on and pokes her head back out from the door frame. Dumb fool, why does he attract melee? She takes aim at the ghoul attacking him. If this works, the bastard better thank her this time...
07[14:34] * +Keen_Shine lets out a muffled scream. Ohlunaohlunaohluna it's a fucking zompony play get away from me.
04[14:37] <%TenMihara> 2 Karina's shots catch the ghoul, presently occupied with trying to make a meal out of keen, completely unaware. It slumps down and rolls off of him as two shots punch into its brain
07[14:40] * +SmartCookie takes SATS aided aim at the far ghoul and again  firing two shots at it.
[14:40] <%TenMihara> 2 And again, another one bites the dust as the ghoul's entrails are splattered by the rifle fire.
[14:41] <%TenMihara> 2 No more ghouls come bursting out of the doors or down the stairs; the floor seems to be clear
07[14:42] * +Primer walks cashously out into the hallway, holstering her 9mm. "Was that all?" She asks when her mouth is clear.
07[14:42] * +SmartCookie reloades his rifle and straps it back on his back. "I think we're clear... Let's check the rooms.", he says looking at the others.
15[14:42] * +Karina takes a look around after Cookie blasts the last ghoul in sight. Upon seeing nothing, she pulls out another magazine and loads it into her pistol.
07[14:43] * +Desert_Storm isn't thrilled with the idea of wasting more bullets on walking piles of gray matter. She reloads and picks through the ghoul entrails.
07[14:43] * +Keen_Shine stands there petrified in fear as bot ghouls are splattered in front of him. He sits there with his mouth shaking a bit. Finally, he speaks. "Urm. Thanks." He says to the room in a very quiet tone before going through what's in the room. Right. Glorious distraction from seeing all that blood and gray matter. Yup.

04[14:47] * +SmartCookie walks over to Karina and says: "Good shooting back there.", giving her a gentle nudge after she was done checking. THen he takes the bobbypins of Keens hoof.
04[14:48] * +Primer gives the dead ghouls a wary look, then follows Karina and SmartCookie.

07[14:48] * +SmartCookie heads again for the stairs and once again checks the corners.

[14:52] <%TenMihara> 2 The ghouls that are visible all perk their ears up and seem drawn towards the speaker. They seem much more alert now because of the noise
15[14:53] * +Karina flinches back. "Death from who? Definitely not from the ones we just slew."
07[14:53] * +Primer meeps at the sound, and draws her 9mm.
07[14:53] * +SmartCookie draws his 9mm aswell and waits for a signal from the others.
07[14:54] * +Desert_Storm stacks up behind Cookie. That mare was going to need something a bit stronger than walking piles of gray matter to stop her.
[14:54] <%TenMihara> 2 The ghouls begin to shamble towards the speaker as if drawn by the voice
04[14:55] * +SmartCookie looks to Karina and Primer and waves them to go ahead.
07[14:56] * +Keen_Shine lets out a teeny, tiny, squeaking, meek sound.
15[14:57] * +Karina repeats her plan from before, sneaking across and entering the door opposite the stairs.
07[14:57] * +Primer peeks out into the hall, and measures the distance to the group of ghouls. She then switches from her 9mm to a gray metal apple. She gives Cookie a questioning look.

07[15:54] * +Desert_Storm begins searching the puddles of ghouls meat for anything worth while. She pats the gore spattered doctor on the back. "You alright?"
07[15:55] * +Keen_Shine shakes his head, then examines the two ponies. Okay. There's boxes, but he's the team doctor. "I'm fine. More worried about them." He says, pointing a hoof at the two who were vomiting. Okay, maybe they'd find something to help in the boxes this time.
15[15:55] * +Karina 's attempt to wipe off the blood just ends up smearing it as her hooves and cloak are also covered in blood. Slowly she tries to get up and acknowledge Primer, saying softly, "Kufi n'iy- ... uh... yeah..."
04[15:56] * +Primer locates an old sheet and tries to help Karina wipe some of the goo off of her cloack and face.
15[15:56] * +Karina stands there and lets her, appreciative of the help.

07[15:57] * +SmartCookie finally manages to wipe his muzzle and stagers away from his puddle at a little distance, he simply lays on the floor, leaning against the wall and starts to pick the gibs of his face, liking his wounds, so to speak..

15[16:01] * +Karina nods as Primer finishing wiping off her face. Making sure her hood is in place, she reloads her pistol again and goes to head out the door back into the hallway. She thanks Primer through her pistol as she exits.

04[16:04] * +Primer smiles to Karina, and holsters her 9mm. "No problem." "We ready to head onwards?" Primer asks as she returns into the hallway.
07[16:04] * +SmartCookie then reloads his shotgun aswell as the varmint rifle after having it retrieved.

07[16:07] * +Primer , with less care than she ought to, sneaks into one of the rooms and picks up the teddy, placing it in her saddlebags. She hopes nopony saw that.

07[18:01] * +Desert_Storm breathes heavily, tossing that piece of shit weapon to the ground. She wipes blood from the corner of her mouth and slumps down. Reaching into her barding, she removes another piece of chocolate. Sweet, sweet chocolate.
07[18:02] * +Keen_Shine looks at them wild eyed. "One of you! Go down and grab one of those braces! Stat!" He begins throwing her two more potions and pulls out a bit of bandage from a little while ago.

07[18:07] * +Keen_Shine swiftly, with practiced hooves begins to bandage up the zebra mare's wound. "No." He added simply to that. The ponies in the past who weren't prisoners would've said that. He wondered what that made him two hundred years later.

[18:13] <+Primer> "We never lied to you." Primer says in a low tone to Desert_Storm.

07[18:14] * +SmartCookie watches the Pegasus and slightly nods at Primers words.
04[18:16] * +Keen_Shine reaches a hoof out blindly, looking back at Karina and not taking any more of his vision off of her wound. "Brace."
07[18:16] * +SmartCookie turns around to keen and nugdes them over.
07[18:18] * +SmartCookie then looks back at the pegasus and says: "You decided to come with us, you're free to go. But if you want her, you first need to kill me."
07[18:18] * +Desert_Storm 's face is inches from the Zebra's. "You have any idea how many good ponies died because of you ponies? I saved your life, so what does that make me? I'm not going to kill you, I just want you to say 'I'm Sorry'."
04[18:18] * +Keen_Shine takes it, and applies it to her wounded area. "Temporary. Will perform surgery later. Are you awake, Kar? Stay with me."
[18:21] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 "ENOUGH!" Booms the voice over the speakers. "Nopony is killing anypony else!" There is a brilliant flash that does not fade as a figure bathed in light appears twenty feet away from the group. SmartCookie's radiation detector goes crazy
15[18:21] * +Karina groans at Keen, figuring that currently that was probably a suitable response. She looks up at Storm and then-
07[18:22] * +Primer bristles at Desert_Storm's words but blanches at the sudden flash of light and she is cut off.
07[18:22] * +SmartCookie looks at the pegasus with a blank expression, before being disrupted by the figure. He pinches his eyes togehter, trying to recognize what just happened.

07[18:41] * +Primer looks around uncertainly. "They were ghouls, feral ones. They attack anypony and cant be fixed... I think."
07[18:41] * +Keen_Shine looks rather angry. "Did you see them try diplomacy? We would've loved to do that."
[18:42] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 The ghoul glares at Keen; "They were still my patients. Just because they have the misfotune of being twisted by radiation, that means it's okay?"

15[19:12] * +Karina takes the few steps over back to her cloak and stuffs the radaway into one of the pockets. Half the cloak is stained a deep red. She looks at Primer as she approaches and nods. Slowly she bends down and starts putting her cloak back on.
07[19:15] * +SmartCookie takes the meds and puts them into his saddlebags. Then he looks around as he hears keens scream. He then walks over to the still unconcious pegasus. He'd probably have to carry her.

15[19:16] * +Karina squirms a bit as she slides on her still half-wet cloak. Half-wet with her own blood... She looks off towards the storage room when Keen lets out his scream and wonders what that could possibly be about. It wasn't a scream of terror, so he wasn't being attacked...
07[19:16] * +Keen_Shine looks rather uneasily at a spot on the floor. Strange, nothing was there. He slowly makes his way up to the poster and in a bout of horrible curiosity, untapes the poster from the wall.

04[19:18] * +SmartCookie pulls the pegasus on his back and then follows Karina as well, joining Keen eventually.

15[19:19] * +Karina looks at Cookie and tests out her left-front leg again. "I'll be right back... I lost my pistol in that attack." She heads back up the stairs and retrieves her pistol, then heads back down to where Cookie has met up with Keen.
07[19:19] * +SmartCookie puts the pegasus back down and trots over. "You sound like a schoolfilly.", he says with a dry laugh.
07[19:20] * +Keen_Shine looks quite embarassed. "I thought I saw something move. Like, a shadow, but not quite. I'm kind of on an adrenaline high right now, okay?"
15[19:21] * +Karina steps into the room. "What is happening and what was that noise you were making?"
07[19:21] * +SmartCookie narrows his eyes at keen and says: "Okay cut the crap. You sounded more excited than that. So what is it?"

07[19:23] * +Keen_Shine now looked quite uneasy. Ooh! He got to sound crazy two times today. Fun. "Alright, fine. I thought I saw a ghost. Okay? I screamed because I thought I saw a ghost. But it pointed out the poster, it had a safe behind it, and I think it wants us to open it."
07[19:24] * +SmartCookie nods and starts picking it. After a while and several broken bobby-pins it opens with a satifying click.

07[19:30] * +SmartCookie takes the note and starts to read it, walking back to the others.
07[19:31] * +SmartCookie then says: "Can one of you take the neclace there? I still have to carry the Pegasus after all."
07[19:32] * +Keen_Shine takes the necklace and mulls it around in his hooves a bit. This... Looked familiar. Odd. "Yeah. I'll get it."
[19:32] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 The note Reads: 'From the Office of the MoP: It is highly regrettable that so many ponies out there on the battlefield are dying simply because our healer ponies do not have time to get to them after combat has subsided. This is one of our proposed solutions, and should allow field medics a better chance of stabilizing critically wounded soldiers while our healer unicorns attempt to reach them."

07[19:37] * +Keen_Shine pulls out the Canterlot Journal of Medicine and begins to page through it. Maybe there was something behind those pages that would tell him what this thing was.
07[19:38] * +SmartCookie looks back to keen and says: "That necklace is a talisman. Could be some nifty shit, from what it looks like, if you ask my mint-al high me." Then he hands over the note to Keen.
07[19:39] * +Keen_Shine begins to make his way down while reading the note for any further implication.
04[19:39] * +SmartCookie turns around to Karina gives an appologetic smile: "I told you i'm a fuck up.",  lowering his head a little.
07[19:41] * +Keen_Shine skims through the book, interested in all of it's... Wait a minute. Talismins... Huh.
15[19:42] * +Karina "Like I said, I'm not dead." She turns to follow Keen, then stops and walks up to Cookie and gives him a nuzzle under his chin. She pull away and gives him a light whack with her tail as leaves and follows Keen down.
04[19:43] * +SmartCookie can't help but grin a little and finally follows Karina.
07[19:44] * +Keen_Shine loses his page number. No matter. He holds the necklace and puts it on, not quite used to jewelry. Well, okay he wore it, but that was a very long time ago during the Royal Guard's ball. "I think I figured out what it does."
07[19:45] * +SmartCookie smiles at him and says: "Hit us!"
07[19:46] * +SmartCookie while waiting he picks the unconcious unicorn up from the floor and pulls it back on his back.
07[19:46] * +Keen_Shine shrugs. "Okay. You asked for it." He rears back and gives him a harsh hoof to the nose.
07[19:47] * +SmartCookie crys out and says aggravated: "With the information!!"
07[19:47] * +SmartCookie grumbles something under his breath.
15[19:47] * +Karina yells, "WOAH!"
07[19:48] * +Keen_Shine smiles. "Let me fix that." Keen closes his eyes, outstretches his hoof towards Cookie, then... Wait. It's the bruise is receding.
[19:48] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 The talisman around Keen's neck glows a soft orange as he channels it's magical energy
07[19:50] * +SmartCookie rubs his nose, finding it doesn't really hurt. He then sees the Talisman glow and then nods with a grin. "So the talisman can heal?", he asks.
15[19:50] * +Karina watches Keen and it dawns on her what he's doing. "I was reconsidering it, but I'm going to maintain that you're completely insane."
04[19:54] * +Keen_Shine nods. "It's an emergency use talisman for field medics. If the book states it right, I should be able to cast a few cantrips here and there." He gives a smirk and looks back at Karina. For some reason, he doesn't have that sad look in his eye to her. "Yeah. I get that a lot. But I couldn't very well test it without somepony being hurt. Sorry, Cookie."
07[19:55] * +Keen_Shine gets an odd feeling and reads the note again. His smile receded. "Why the hell is this thing here?"
15[19:56] * +Karina looks around the room then back at the boys. "Pop quiz. Either of you know what time it is?"
04[19:57] * +SmartCookie shakes his head and says: "No need to be sorry.", then raising the brows at Keen. Then he looks to Karina and says: "It should be nighttime by now."
07[19:57] * +Keen_Shine jumps a bit, feeling his mane stick up on end. "I swear to Celestia, I heard her."
15[19:58] * +Karina thinks back to the whole reason they left Hovelhoof in the first place. "Then it's going to be almost impossible to travel."
15[19:58] * +Karina looks at Keen with a smirk. "Her who? Did she say 'boo'?"
07[19:59] * +SmartCookie looks around and says: "There still is the Stable-Tec place, we could search shelter in the storage area.", before looking to keen.
04[20:00] * +Keen_Shine looks at his necklace again, then rolls his eyes at Karina. "No!" His eyes drift off topic. "She said 'don't look a gift horse in the mouth'." He mumbled.
[20:00] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 The Speaker opens up again; "I am aware of the dangers the city holds in the night. You may stay, but only until dawn."
07[20:00] * +Keen_Shine nods and gives a grateful bow. Wait, can she see that?
07[20:01] * +SmartCookie does the same as Keen_Shine and says: "We are gratefull for your offer."
[20:01] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 "I suggest moving to a lower lever and staying quiet; the unwell ghouls are drawn to my glow, but I have no real control over them."
15[20:01] * +Karina "Thanks for keeping us from getting our blood sucked out our flanks." She turns and starts heading down the stairs to the second level.
04[20:02] * +SmartCookie looks to the others and says: "Let's get going then...", following Karina.
07[20:02] * +Keen_Shine can't help it. "Erm. Ma'am? Do you believe in ghosts?"

[20:04] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 The voice is quiet a moment; "... that is an odd question. But, considering my own condition, I'll believe just about anything."

04[20:07] * +Keen_Shine bobs his head with understanding. "Good. Because I think this place is a bit more haunted than you give it credit for." With that, he trots on to bunker down with his accomplices. Keen looks at Karina and Cookie. Okay, friends. Then he looks at Desert. Okay, some of them.
15[20:08] * +Karina , upon arriving at the geriatric level, picks her way through the ghoul pieces to the room where she shot the ghoul in the head.
15[20:11] * +Karina looks at Cookie and points at the room.
07[20:11] * +SmartCookie looks to the room and raises a brow, not quite understanding what she wanted to express.
15[20:12] * +Karina sighs. "Toss her on the floor and lock the door."
07[20:14] * +SmartCookie shakes his head. "Even if we lock her in, we should find a room without a window... and possibly without a dead ghoul in it. That'd be a rude awakening.", he says.
15[20:15] * +Karina frowns. "... Fine. Just make sure it isn't anywhere near mine."
15[20:17] * +Karina steps back to let Cookie pass, wherever he ends up going.
07[20:17] * +Keen_Shine snickers a bit at the former thought. Okay, the wasteland was changing his sense of humor. He needed to stop that. Any moment now.

07[20:19] * +SmartCookie wanders of and searches the next best room, putting the pegasus on a matress in there, before fetching a chair and blocking the door with it. Then he returns to the the others.
15[20:22] * +Karina looks at Primer then back at Cookie and Keen. "Two stallions, two mares. Who's sleeping where?"
07[20:24] * +SmartCookie scritches his chin and says: "To be frank i though we could al stay in the same room, maybe have everyone as a guard for a while?"
07[20:24] * +Keen_Shine shakes his head. "I trust if there's a ghoul coming down, the nice pony up top will alert us so that we don't have to use force."
15[20:26] * +Karina "And the all the doors lock. We'd all hear a knock."
[20:27] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 The speaker crackles and Cure's voice floods out; "My patients are not likely to leave their floors on their own. I will teleport down and guide them away if they do not."
07[20:27] * +Keen_Shine looks around suspiciously. "Or, well. My ghost. One of those." He raises a hoof toward a corner room on the far side of where they currently were. "I'll take that one. I need to stretch..." Keen pauses awkwardly. "My legs. Yes, my legs have seemed to cramped up."

15[20:30] * +Karina enters the room and shuts the door behind her, making sure it's firmly locked. She takes in the room's furnishings, but decides to just lay down on the bed.
15[20:31] * +Karina after a few minutes she starts fidgeting and realizes the bloody part of her cloak is stuck to the bloody parts of her coat. She peels it away and takes her cloak off.
07[20:32] * +Keen_Shine nonetheless picks another vacant room. To anypony with a perceptive ear and near his room, you would hear very strange flapping noises for the first bit of the night.
07[20:32] * +SmartCookie locks the door after a while aswell and lays down on the matress, taking in the sensation of his high elevated state.
15[20:33] * +Karina rolls over several times trying to get into a comfrotable position. After awhile, her shoulder starts itching and she scratches and rubs it to try and make it go away.

15[20:36] * +Karina stares at the ceiling for a bit, still rubbing her shoulder for awhile even after it stops itching. Finally she rolls out of bed and heads for the door.
07[20:37] * +SmartCookie after a while he starts playing around with his PipBuck. Wasn't there something about a Robotics factory, cap had told them? Maybe he could find a memory module there, of course after delivering the goods in Gutterville.
15[20:38] * +Karina quietly opens the door and peeks out into the hallway. Everything was quiet. She creeps down the hallway, cloak hanging over her back, and heads to the door she saw Cookie going into earlier. She lightly taps on it.
07[20:39] * +Keen_Shine currently is quite happily stretching his legs. Only, his robe is off. So he's stretching his legs with his robe off. Only there's a strange flapping noise. So there's his clothing off, a strange flapping noise, and him having picked a secluded room.
07[20:39] * +SmartCookie looks up and gets of the bed, walking over to the door. Doc Cure didn't say anything via Intercome so it was probably safe. "Who's there?", he silently asks at the door, ear against it
07[20:41] * +Keen_Shine jerks a bit, and suddenly there was a clatter. "Stop sneaking up on me-" Ghost, Keen. She's a ghost. "Erm. My name's Keen. Keen Shine. Ring any bells?"
15[20:41] * +Karina "It... it's me. Might... you agree to my sleeping with you tonight? I don't... I don't think I'm right after that fright."
07[20:42] * +SmartCookie unlocks the door and opens it. "If you wish to. If you want you can have the matress. I ... i'll sleep on the floor.", he says.
07[20:43] * +Keen_Shine pauses for a moment. He gets out of his room, covered in a bedsheet. "Hey. Erm. Ma'am? Do you have a radio around here?"
07[20:43] * +SmartCookie looks around briefly and then says: "The couch looks comfy aswell."
[20:44] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 There is no response
07[20:45] * +Keen_Shine rolls his eyes. Probably asleep. Keen taps on the door with his hoof rapidly. "Hey. Have you figured out that radio thing?"
15[20:45] * +Karina enters Cookie's room and shakes her head. "Oh no I couldn't... er... well I wouldn't. The couch is fine, I promise I won't whine."
07[20:46] * +SmartCookie first raises his brows then slightly narrows his eyes and says with a sheepish smile: "I'll take the couch. I insist on it."
15[20:47] * +Karina jumps at the tap on the door and tries to hide in a dark corner of the room.

04[20:51] * +SmartCookie snickers and nods, before looking to the corner where Karina tries to hid. "Mind if he joins us for a bit for some music?", he asks her.
15[20:52] * +Karina facehoofs then just shakes her head no.
07[20:56] * +SmartCookie nods and then steps out of the dorframe, setteling for the floor, before searching a radiostation.
07[20:58] * +SmartCookie finally settles for DJ-Pon3's station.
07[20:59] * +Keen_Shine adopts a long face, then gallops on back to the other room and grabbed the one closest to them all. Putting on his jumpsuit and robe, of course.
[21:01] <%TenMihara|GM> 3 The broadcast comes in during the middle of a newscast; "... reminder to stay clear of Bucklyn Cross. Still not sure what those armoured goons are up to. Lastly, before I hit the hay folks, I just want to send my condolences to the town of Hovelhoof, which was attacked by a nasty swarm of Bloodwings the other night. The town's still standing, but is sadly short a few of its population. For those who lost somepony, my heart goes

07[21:10] * +SmartCookie whistles a little with the tune and then looks to the cloak, cringing a bit. He then decides to keep silent and try to sleep aswell. After a while of trurning around in the old, sat-through couch, he gets of it and simply lays next to the bed.
