David we obviously need to remind Mr. Ramirez of his boundaries because he oversteps them constantly and when yoou complain about it he wants to be all "I can do what I want im OED" Its honestly pissing me off that everytime I turn around hes butting into something he has no need to . Hes Director of AP he should not be messing with tags at all in the first place but yet when he gets a inch of leeway he makes it a mile its annoying that we cant do our jobs because someone who has NO Authority to handle such things does it.
In addition to this ive spoken to him in a professional/friendly manner in front of the now DOCO about his behavior(not asserting any power) and hes assured me that he would stop but recently ive seen him in situation where  he would start a big quarrel then would start penalizing people when he got pissed off and my thing is why start the trolling/arguing if your just gonna get mad and start banning people.
 I regret to write you this email becuase ive tried working with ramirez on those habits of his multiple times but yet he keeps going back on his word im trying to complete a task here but if he keeps stepping over boundaries its just gonna keep being complicated Im asking that you speak with him regarding these habits  before he does it to the wrong person and they just rage on him im keeping my cool with him I just wish hed stop.
