Awefull lot of running to do

(starting this off now that my plan is the next chapter will be the conversion dream just to prepare you.)

octavia, Victorious and Berry punch rushed down the hallway towards Octavias room.
shining charged ahead with a shield covering the three.
"becareful, there could be some" Victorious said as a couple of HLF footsoldiers appeared around the corner "stragglers." he lowered his head and aimed it at the center soldier, ready to impale the guy if needed.
over his sholder suddenly came an empty jug, it bounced off the middle guards head and into the second guards head, the two collapsed on the third who was also immideately knocked out.
"IM DRUNK! YOU DON' 'AVE AN EXCUSE!" berry punch shouted as she trotted across the guards
"do you know where that came from?" Victorious said to octavia who simply shook her head
"good, for a second there i thought i was going crazy."

Hal ducked a high kick and blocked with his arm a oncoming punch
"come on. my grandmother dident defend as much as you" Elane said her tight combat suit reflecting a little with some of hals blood
hal grinned and wiped the blood from his lip "oh dont worry, i am just getting warmed up."
elane chuckled "well give it a minute or so. soon this thing will be warming up everyone here."
hal chuckled "well then.. shall we continue? or is tea time not over yet?"

The Doctor strode into the camp where the HLF were set up, he whistled as he stepped over a couple unconcious guards "knocked out.. i assume Nyx as nopony else could move this fast." he kicks a gun away just in case the guard decided to wake up
"HALT! WHO GOES THERE!"
the Doctor smiled and turned around to face the business end of a few guns pointed his direction "ahh.. i love this part.. ahem 'take me to your leader'"

Derpy glanced at the TARDIS screen. she looked over at the human doctor being taken captive before glancing at the unicorn scampering around the console "so you are.. not Colgate.. well not yet."
the light blue unicorn nodded as she pulled a leaver with her tail making sure to turn off the parking breaks.
"so if you are not colgate, what should i call you?" Derpy asked trotting over and hitting the button to seal the doors
"Idris. at least that is what others call me." Idris said
"and colgate.. is she.." derpy started to say
"yes, she is me in the future." Idris nodded before looking at their charges.
Cadance and Fluttershy were bandaging up the wounded ponies and humans both. Shining and nix stayed behind to guard the "landing" spot and twilight and applejack were busy planning out a schedual to move the ponies in small bursts. mainly because the doctor was not there and idris had forgotten where he moved the entrance to her corridors.
derpy sighed "i just wish my Doctor would hurry back."
idris grinned "oh i am sure he is hurrying as best he can"

meanwhile:
"OH FOR THE LOVE OF RASSILION, WHY IS IT THAT TODAY IS THE DAY THAT I FIND OUT THAT SOME BUTTER CAN BE CARNIVOROUS!"  Doctor whooves said as he galloped as fast as he can from a giant wave of melted butter

Victorious carried the Chello quickly through the halls, berry keeping point and calling out where the HLF were by running ahead and dodging all sorts of danger in a very wobbly style
octavia sighed as Victorious lept over a body "Careful with that, it may be our only chance at..." her vision was obscured for a bit as her ears flopped followed by a eye flutter, then her knee twitched causing her to crash midrun "WATCH OUT FOR..."
Victorious turned his head just as a door opened.
the white unicorn crashed headfirst into it and knocked out the footsoldier that was coming through
he wobbled up and shook his head to refocus his eyes before turning to look at the guard.
"am i too violent for you, cupcake?" he said with a slight gleam in his eye
"yes. you broke my chello" octavia said picking up the snapped neck of the instrument
"oh um.. i can fix it" victorious said picking up the chello bits "i think"
"well fix it on the run, we have to be uptop for The Doctor"

hal moaned, his vision was wobbly and he had a distinct pain in his gut
Elane was a little bit better off, some deep cuts here and there, a few bumps and bruses
"i should have shot you when you appeared... would have been so much better, why dident i shoot you?"
hal stood up and looked at her "because." he groaned and stood up "because i am so good looking god would not have let me die just then."
"dont make me regret sparing you for your little battle with cheezy lines like that" elane said as she pulled out a knife from her belt
"hmm, what cheezy line?" hal grinned and lept towards her.

"Doctor... Doctor What?" The pastor said as he cleaned a gun
"Well it depends on who." The Doctor said politely pushing one of the guns from poking his side
"ahh.. the Traitor to the human race." The pastor said pausing for a bit "kill him"
"WAIT WAIT Wait... i am not a traitor." The Doctor said
The pastor turned around and looked at the skinny man "Dont Lie to me.. Lies are for those Beasts, not for Humans like us."
"well it is not a lie, but hard to explain."
"SIR!" a footsoldier called out "We captured one!"
the doctor blinked as Twilight was pushed into the tent
"There you are. i was looking for you." She said looking at The Doctor
"and you did not have a backup because....?" The Doctor replied to the purple unicorn
"pinkie. she left at a gallop yelling about combos, superglue and inkie." twilight said "and as i was trying to head back bulk and skull there grabbed me from behind."
"ahh.. well that is.. unfortunate."
"Excuse me.. but i do not like to be ignored." the pastor said "Please, explain why you are not lying but why you are a "not" a human traitor"
Twilight chuckled "well it is obvious..."

Pinkie finished sealing the superglued chello and nods "okay sis, it should work as good as new. try it out"
Octavia readied the bow and did a few quick strums. the sound was perfect
"thanks sister, how did you know?" octavia asked
"it is simple, the right earflop, itchy snout, pinchy knee, hair droop" pinkie said with a smile "how did your chello break anyway?"
Octavia chuckled "oh shiningclone ran into a earflop, eyeflutter, kneetwitch."
"ahem" Victorious cleared his throat "Shoudent you perhaps start playing now?"
"fine fine.. and people say i am stuck up" Octavia placed the bow to the strings again and with one of her hind hooves she flicked on the PA system

Twilight felt the push of Beathoovens and she grinned, she suddenly started singing and the guards suddenly started to dance

The doctor quickly picked up twilight and carried her away from the pastor who had re-drawn his gun and aimed it at the two

The pastor fired and a shot grazed the side of a nearby door. the Doctor kept running

The Song abruptly ended as the pastor shot out the speaker "now doctor.. any last words?"

Hal was pinned, he was pinned, shocked, suprised and battle weary.
he looked up at Elane who was fixing her hair, his vision tinted by his own blood
he then glanced at what elane had pushed on him to pin him in place.
the nuke. the very thing he came up to disable, the control panel was a little bit farther than his reach
his head thumped on the heavy lead hatch. so close and yet so far
"Well hal, you fought good. Blackmesh know how to fight. but aparantly "element of surprise" was not in your training
hal looked around, at the door, at the bomb, and at elane
"well, i am glad..."
elane arched an eyebrow and stepped over to hal "glad? do you get your kicks having women beat you up?"
"no... it is just.. this" he flicked the hatch lever and hal, the bomb, and elane fell into the led sealed conversion room.
elane came down hard on the modified chair, a snap heard before the room went quiet.
hal coughed looking up as the spring loaded hatch swung shut again. he reached up, rubbing the dust off the display

the entire building shook
"D-doctor? what was that?" twilight said.
"that.. was a nuke. just went off. guessing inside the conversion room on account of us not being shadows on the wall there."
the Doctor put down his hands "you have failed pastor.. your entire army has been defeated, the Wonderbolts should be here by now with blackmesh on their heels. they will find your group already rounded up and fit to be tied thanks to a aspect of nightmare moon and the Captain of the guard. now. please, set the gun down and you will not get hurt"
The Doctor gently pushed twilight behind him
"No. for far too long i have suffered.. far too long humanity has played nice... i lost my Daughter to you freaks. it is high time that pony princess lost something important to her"
The Doctor looked "well i hate to tell you this.. but if you fire, you will fail."
"Sic semper tyrannis" the pastor shot his sawed off shotgun
a brown blur appeared crashing into the arm of the pastor.
the pastor kicked the brown pony off and fired at him "ANYONE ELSE WANT TO DIE?!" he yelled
"Correction, you have merely hurt them.. they will live, you on the otherhand.. have hurt my Theif." Colgate stepped from thin air. she looked at the pastor as the TARDIS shut down and decloaked
"you Dare think you can stop me!?" the pastor aimed his shotgun right between colgates eyes
"actually yes. two things in fact... one, i am the embodyment of a being that can travel through time and space, complete with many protocols to protect my pilot and myself..
her eyes started to glow and a faint ghostly image of wings appeared on her side
"and B: you are out of bullets"
her eyes flashed and the Pastor colapsed
"W-what did you do to him colgate!?!" twilight asked
"no worries, i just sealed his mind back to a point where he trusted ponykind. he will awake in four hours. keep an eye on him."
Colgate trotted up to Doctor whooves "you are hurt." she said
Doctor whooves chuckled and winced "yes. both of us.. quick. before he starts to regenerate. give him this." the doctor pulled the second vial from his coat pocket and handed it to colgate.

(okay, as i said my plan next is to do the dream, it will be on gallifrey and then he will wake up and find "cleanup" is still taking place.
