  23. Description: The user is capable of having extraordinary skills in driving any wheeled vehicle, but as a side effect, any other wheeled vehicle that enters its range will be forced into a high speed race.
  24. The user and the opponent driver do this in an unconcious way, the only sign of having entered a competition is through the non-stop Eurobeat that comes out from the vehicle's radio.
  25. This comes to an end when the competition is completed.
  26. There might be a reward for those who win these races...
  27.
  28. >On top of the route coasting the way in the Canterlot Hills, there is a driver awaiting those who dare prove themselves to be "The Fastest".
  29. >Rumours say that anyone that wins against this mysterious driver and survives the race will be granted their deepest wish.
  30. >So far, no competitor has returned, but even so, every weekend's night there is someone reckless enough to try their luck...
  31.
  32. >The Sisters hear about a priceless family heirloom going missing, so they head to the source.
  33. >The family, well-off, will pay them if they retrieve it, but has already hired "a professional".
  34. >Ms. Harshwhinny works alone.
  35. >To demonstrate her effectiveness and get them to leave her alone, she makes Cloudchaser a sober young woman and leaves.
  36. >They're both creeped out, but continue after her.
  37. >When they cross paths at a vital moment, she removes Flitter's desire for money.
  38. >Without that greed, there's no reason to retrieve items!
  39. >Harshwhinny leaves the two behind, certain that they've got nothing left to offer her.
  40. >Then they catch up to her, and nab the heirloom anyway.
  41. >She doesn't believe it, but they defeat her swiftly and return the object to the family.
  42. >Because, underneath of those flaws, a deeper motivation drives them!
  43. >To do what's right, and surpass themselves!
  44. >The effect wears off just after Flitter talks herself out of a reward.
  45.
  46. >The chilling winds of Canterlot Hills caress your face as you speed through the mountain side route in your red convertible.
  47. >It is unusual for you to fail a mission.
  48. >And to such an... unconventional pair.
  49. >And yet, you can't help but feel... happy remembering how it happened.
  50. >"As a proper lady I can't allow myself to be defeated, so I'll do my best in the most proper and gracious way." said the whorish one after coming at you, clad in a victorian dress.
  51. >"I'll get the reward, and give it to a noble cause charity!" said the greedy one while directing his sister in the best course of action to defeat you.
  52. >You can't help but giggle at their change.
  53. >Your cellphone starts to ring inside your flower patterned purse.
  54. >You take the call with the hands-free system.
  55. "Hello? Oh, hi darling."
  56. "Yes, I'm driving back home right now."
  57. "...No, I failed the mission."
  58. >...
  59. "Not really. Surprisingly, I ended up meeting two girls with potential for the business."
  60. "They somehow remind me of how I was in my younger days."
  61. "I'm sure that if they polish their skills, and personalities, they could become the best."
  62. "Dinner is almost ready? Ok, I'll be there in an hour. Don't start without me honey."
  63. >You end the call feeling refreshed.
  64. >Even for someone as profesional as yourself, knowing that there is someone waiting for you back home takes away all the pressure from work.
  65.
  66. Meanwhile...
  67.
  68. >Flitter is writing Harshwhinny's name on her personal "KILL LIST", right below Sweetcream.
  69. >"I'll never forgive that hag for making me give away all that cash." she says, her eyes bloodshot and her face covered with veins.
  70. >Cloudchaser is squating on her room, looking at her victorian dress on the floor.
  71. >She picks it up and hangs it on her dresser with a little smile.
  72. >>"I guess I wouldn't mind being like that some other time."
  73.
  74. Back to Harshwhinny...
  75. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dv13gl0a-FA
  76. >How bizarre.
  77. >Your radio seems to be stuck on a loud and obnoxious song...
  78. TO BE CONTINUED.
