 I run Kubuntu Precise and have had huge problems with Rekonq. Flashplugin-installer needs to be removed and reinstalled daily. Crashes or freezes every time on Amazon or Youtube of ebay or when entering wesite builder. Very frustrating. If I didn’t like the Plasma environment of Kubuntu I would have never kept the thing. Installing a second browser as you say is no option in my case. I run a double boot and I am very concerned about using non native softwares on my Linux boot. I just want to keep it light and safe. Apparently it can’t be done with the current issues this piece of sofwtare presents. I’ll say kill it (rekonq) or damn fix it.
