You awaken clad in what appears to be your regular outfits, only completely void of pockets and covered in sequins. Why someone bothered altering your outfits in such a way is hard to say. Mostly since you don't know.
The floor beneath you is wooden, but polished, and parts of it are coated with a fine dusting of glitter. The walls around you reach too high up for you to see the roof, the fact that your line of sight is obstructed by several spotlights also helps with that.
You appear to be on a stage of some sort, only it's obscured by velvet curtains in every direction, and behind said curtains is a brick wall that won't break even if you throw things at it.
Luckily though there are several things for you to pass time with on the stage itself. Like, oh I don't know, everything a magician could possibly need?

When you wake up the spotlights are all aimed at the center of the stage, on which a chair is screwed to the floor. It won't budge no matter how hard you try and all attempts to destroy said chair are highly discouraged.
They have a faint, purple glow to them and are fairly dimmed, making your surroundings rather dark, for the time being.
