Bullshit RICO

Basically I think it's bullshit because it's basically from what I heard stating that any LEO once it's been approved, can search any known gang member for any reason for a set amount of days it has been approved. Meaning that they can even do this without probable cause or illegal activity being committed. This to me is harrassment. This also applies to searching their homes during that timeframe just because RICO has been approved against a gang or organization. The CARTEL had it approved in the past and they couldn't even wear their gang vest for like two weeks because they were constantly harrased by SO so much so that they didn't even want to play here in this community and some people even left the community in the past because of this being passed by DOJ and/or Brandon Kinney. I mean think about it the gang vest is donated for and I don't feel that it's right that they couldn't wear it because a RICO was passed and they were constantly harrassed in server. The whole premise behind a RICO is bullshit in a community of RP. Let's be realistic this is a game in the end.
It basically should be like it was in the old days, where CID/DA or whomever would build a case against a gang and/or organization and a warrant would be issued and approved and whatever was found the owners would be charged with. Not seize their assets. Do you understand how much time it takes for a person to make money to get homes and nice cars? Why not build a case against them because of all the crimes they have done so maybe they have guns and/or ammo stored in their homes keeping them stocked. Then you would seize all that property instead of the actual home.
