How can you help the server?
I can help the server in several ways including in and out of the server, I have worked and still working on many popular and big servers through out my life many of which I own. I can do basic things like help players in-game to helping with things like coding and programming if really needed via FTP, mySQL, and Console. I am very experienced in almost every shape and form of servers and know many devs and owners hundreds of servers. I am also really good at pixelmon related stuff and know how to do everything with the mod to its fullest. I am also very good with modded servers and know most/all mods that are used on most modpacks and can help with any problem and even known for making the best machines and factory setups with mods. So I can help with even things on the other side of the node like bteam and Direwolf. So I am a well rounded guy who is really helpful and know a lot that can help the server and the players. If you need any proof of my knowledge you can always of course verify with servers I help and know. Which I will of course list in the next answer for your convince. Would also like to mention that although I was demoted, and I am re-applying for something that I am sure I wont get. I just thought I would try since I know I still have more I can help with and make this server thrive more then it is. So I hope you guys accept me and let me have another try and help with the server more. I am gonna play and help regardless of rank or status but I would like the perms to help too none the less.

Why should we accept you?
Like I mentioned in my above answer I am a great person with a lot of knowledge inside and out of servers and can help with pretty much any problem. My history on servers should also help you choose to accept me as I have worked on servers like hypixel, thehive, swedish housecraft, armadacraft, legacycraft, universal builders, thenode, and even my servers at Machine Networks. I have 2-3 years of experience with working on servers and helping with problems from small to big. I also know all the staff on thenode because I was originally a admin on here so I know everyone and would fit right in since I am sure most people like me (Except the few who demoted me). Speaking of my demotion, although I was unfairly demoted and many can agree with that instead of causing a scene or something like most do I just accepted it and moved on. Which is why I don't care if you accept me or not again, just know I will help the server anyway and hope you will accept that and know that I care and I am not someone you can easily get rid of. So anyway I do hope you guys give me another chance and that those who demoted me don't feel upset that I will be back.

What can you tell us about yourself?
So from what I know from the demotion there was some excuses that weren't the best.
"Inactive" I am very active on all four servers and some I play on longer then others because of the amount of help needed or just because I enjoy one more then the others but I still try to go on all four daily.
"Several staff complaints" I know a few staff who dont like me and they happen to be a few owners and a "staff manager" but personal feelings are not a good excuse for demotion since many others and I feel I do more then most when it comes to helping the server so you would think they would look over there personal problems to cope with the bigger picture which is the server
"Immature and Irresponsible" I am helping the server from little things like helping players to big problems like bugs and crashes, I even worked on a FAQ page from the request of players and worked on it for a good bit and its not even added yet but Its done. So I am not irresponsible because I help the server as much as I can and I don't abuse the perms and accesses that I have. I dont spam in /say or play with plugins or server files to break the server. I am also childish at times but not immature, like most people know who are staff that I am a teacher and work with kids daily. I act childish because I am nice and playful and still help and be serious when I need to be. Some people like calle don't like it which I can understand but its something thats like second nature to me so I tend to do it so I am sorry if that offended people.
"Sarcastic with players" I help players all day and night and tend to be sarcastic when its something silly or stupid. I do not ignore players and I do not harass players I simply answer sarcastically some times. I have never once gotten a complaint from player or staff member that it was something I shouldn't be doing but was demoted for it non the less.
"He is very rude to owners and other admins" I am not "rude" to owners I simply may talk back if they say a bad excuse for something or they don't want to fix there own server. Some may not know but some of the owners are not up and ready to fixing the server so they need a push or two to get them to do something. If it wasn't for that the server wouldn't have many of its problems fixed today. They would still have the problems and nothing would done. As for admins I am nice too, I only tease calle so if thats what they are referring too then I can always of course try my best to improve on not teasing. But at least I am not some random girl demanding for respect and wanting everyone to suck up to me. I take criticism and try my best to improve on it while others just say "Thats not respecting me" and don't fix there problems.

I feel that I was unjustly demoted and many others agree but instead of yelling at those who demoted me or cause a problem I simply will re-apply and let them decide if they want me back or not. I do hope they make a wise decision and really think about it since I have done not
