Chapter 2 edits, part 2

It had three points in the central crown, triangular eyes.

Add "with" after "triangular".

“I make a request as to placement?”

You're missing a verb at the beginning of the sentence, like "Can" or "May".

The artist paused and nodded, “Well yes, but I suggest to the Seekers to have it placed on their wings, as it's prominent in both modes,” he pressed the template to Starscream's wing, but the red Seeker raised his hand, requesting a moment.

Change the comma to a period after "nodded". Change "to the Seekers" to "that Seekers". Change "to have it placed" to "have it placed". Change the comma to a period after "modes".

He stared at the Seeker as if he developed a second set of wings.

Change "as if he developed" to "as if he'd developed".

flipping the template around the artist looked at it as if it was toxic.

Capitalize "flipping".

The cells were being changed  and the colour was showing up a vibrant violet.

Extra space in between "changed" and "and".

Each flight was chosen by location of sleeping bunk which meant to Starscream he was once again saddled with Skywarp and Thundercracker.

Change "which meant to Starscream he was once again" to "which meant that Starscream was once again".

Skywarp on the other wing appeared to be more easily distracted and prone to strange humour.

Very nice use of the word "wing" instead of the traditional word "hand", it brings readers further into the universe by showing these beings have their own sayings.

He was still unsure how Skywarp always seemed to be next to him without warning whereas Thundercracker declined to explain it to him.

Change "whereas" to "and". You got the word type right (conjunction) but the meaning of whereas doesn't match what you're trying to say.

He marched in front of the motley group of Seekers he slammed a foot down hard, then turned sharply to face the group.

Change "group of Seekers he slammed" to "group of Seekers, slammed".

The Sergeant looked disgusted.

Change "Sergeant" to lowercase.

His face was dark grey, his wings coal black, while his body was a deep cranberry red.

Change "while" to "and".

The Seekers in the flights started to twitch uneasily. Starscream's tanks started to churn uneasily and he wondered what he just got himself into.

You used "uneasily" twice. Can you replace one of them with a synonym for variety, like "awkwardly" or "restlessly"?
