Your intentions with this property: To promote the hiring of dancers, bartenders, bouncers, and to promote some quality, sleazy roleplay. Honestly, we've been running it with Bernard Biggie for so long that we have become common names about the club.

What plans do you have for the Vanilla Unicorn: Keeping it as a sleazy strip-joint under the protection of the mob, that acts as a front for several forms of illegal activity. Albeit shady and illegal, we intend to involve multiple parties in these activities throughout the unicorn. We intend to even employ some of the bartenders, bouncers, and dancers in this sleaze/illegal RP if they so wish.

How do you think you could benefit other players by owning the Vanilla Unicorn: Bernard Biggie is the owner, really-- if the Mob ends up owning this establishment, it will be managed by Biggie. We've already brought a great deal of RP to the place with Biggie, and I'd hate to see it stop now.
