Four to five months ago, I have waged what could have been not only the biggest war of Robloxian history, but the war that would have changed everything. At this point, I do believe there is nothing holding my tenacious Locust Horde back from reducing its enemies to bits and pieces. On the fourth of this month, by the time all of this had initially blown off, a target place became vulnerable. The Horde sought out this opportunity to grow in skill, experience, and activity; which we were successful at doing.

With over eight victories at the targeted base, and the only clan to get that many victories at the base, the Locust Horde gave itself a name. If this war does come out to disappoint the community as it has in the past, I do sincerely apologize, but now I am letting Vaktovia know:

It is quite evident that the WIJ Corporation will be declining Vaktovia's declaration of war, why disappoint your antsy members? Why not give them a challenge by taking on the Horde? If we are as weak as you claim, then stomp me to the ground, crush the Horde so horribly that I escape from this game.

Vaktovia most likely will not be able to do such things, they most likely will not raid our base. But that means nothing:

The terms for this declaration of war are negotiable, your extinction is not, as Vaktus himself has said. A word of advice to Vaktovia, you are limited of time; the Horde is only gaining more and more wins on Swampy Moon Outpost without putting effort, while you gain no wins at the Labyrinth of Despair.
