  3. Nspec: Rosalina’s Luma Shot, buffed all the way in speed.
  4. - Lizard now has a Luma! Its attacks are buffed immensely in terms of speed too, allowing Luma to attack rapid-fire as well as perform desynch-like strategies.

  6. Sspec: Melee Samus' Missiles, buffed all the way in speed.
  7. - Super Missiles to KO, normal Missiles to camp, and speed buffs to make it even more ridiculous that it was in Melee.

  9. Uspec: Pacman’s Pac-Jump, buffed all the way in range.
  10. - This one may seem odd, but it’s an insane trap with this much range! Your opponent can no longer set foot on the stage without bouncing up involuntarily.

  12. Dspec: Cloud’s Finishing Touch, buffed with 2 range and 3 knockback.
  13. - This is one of the most powerful moves in the game, even if it needs to be charged.

  17. Jab: Rosalina's jab, buffed all the way in range.
  18. - The opponent can no longer get back onto the stage from the ledge.

  20. Utilt: Mario’s up tilt, buffed all the way in damage.
  21. - As if that combo didn’t already deal enough damage…

  23. Dtilt: Cloud’s down tilt, buffed all the way in speed.
  24. - The speed buffs make down tilt into Finishing Touch a true combo. …’Nuff said.

  26. Ftilt: Cloud’s forward tilt, buffed with 2 speed and 3 range.
  27. - An amazing move to pivot out of a dash.

  29. Dash attack: Cloud’s dash attack, buffed all the way in knockback.
  30. - This is a super powerful kill move!

  34. Usmash: ZSS's Plasma Wire, buffed all the way in range.
  35. - ...Yeah, the opponent ain't landing anytime soon.

  37. Fsmash: Cloud’s forward smash, buffed all the way in speed.
  38. - A kill move that can be spammed without any worry of punishes? Yes please!

  40. Dsmash: ZSS's Paralyzer, buffed with 2 range and 3 speed.
  41. - Lizard should be able to stun-lock foes with this move, as the speed buff makes it a rapid-fire attack.

  45. Nair: Cloud’s nair, buffed with 3 speed and 2 damage.
  46. - A rapid-fire spacing tool with great range, and improved damage.
  47.  
  48. Fair: Shulk’s forward air, buffed all the way in speed.
  49. - This move has crazy coverage, its only weakness being lag. So… here ya go.
  50.  
  51. Bair: ZSS's back air, buffed with 2 knockback and 3 speed.
  52. - A rapid-fire kill move with a serious punch to it! Er... kick.
  53.  
  54. Uair: Cloud's uair, buffed all the way in range.
  55. - This is already one of the best jugglers in the game, so an insane buff in range can't hurt.
  56.  
  57. Dair: Cloud's down air, buffed with 2 range and 3 speed.
  58. - Again, already an amazing aerial and spike, so some more range and speed makes it even better.
  59.  
  60. Zair: ZSS’ zair, buffed with 2 speed and 3 range.
  61. - A zair that’s faster and reaches even further than it did before? Yikes.

  65. Grab + Grab Game: Mario’s grab, buffed with 2 speed and 3 damage.
  66. - The speed buff not only improves the frame data on the grab, but also makes follow-ups easier as Lizard can act sooner after throwing the opponent! Down throw to up tilt strings just got a whole lot scarier…
  67.  
  68. Final Smash: Cloud's Omnislash, buffed all the way in knockback.
  69. - Because why the heck not.
