Mount with Alcohol 120%, Daemon Tools, or PowerISO. Google is your friend on how to install those. After that, open your Computer folder, right-click the drive you assigned the .ISO file, and open in a new window. In there will be a setup file/application/exe/whatever you wanna call it. RUN IT AND DO EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS.

Another way of installing is to extract the contents of the .ISO. It will take a while, depending on your processor or RAM (don't know which), but when it's done, RUN THE FUCKING SETUP APPLICATION!!!

Forget those. TS3.exe is all you need.

There is an .NFO that came with the torrent that tells you how to install the DLC. Basically, go back to the
"The Sims 3 Complete Edition" folder in your Program Files, open the DLC folder, take out the "Electronic Arts" folders in each DLC folder, and paste them in your Documents. MAKE SURE YOU RAN THE GAME FIRST!! You probably already have. Then, open the Launcher for the game (SHOULD BE IN THE BIN FOLDER YOU FUCKS) and install all the content.
