1. Full wipe
2. Flash via Heimdall or CWM (unpack zip file, you see ota for CWM and the another one is for heimdall, for heimdall must be unzipped).
3. Report back

HOW TO FLASH VIA HEIMDALL: heimdall flash --factoryfs system.img --kernel boot.img

   				^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ If you don't know what Heimdall means DONT FLASH IT
