Anti-KY WePay Shutdown

To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing you in regards to two different WePay profiles/campaigns that are currently active which are in clear violation of your Terms of Service. Specifically, these accounts are attempting to collect legal fees and act as a pass-through for services that are paid to someone else. In Section 7 of your Terms (Prohibited Activities), Legal fees are clearly outlined as a forbidden transaction on your network. Additionally in both cases, the WePay accounts established are being used to make payments for services that cannot be proven as services rendered, which is outlined in your additional section for your Prohibited Activities.

Please see to it that these campaigns are shut down, that any donating parties that have given money to these efforts are refunded and that the creators of these campaigns are banned from creating any other misleading WePay accounts.
