Where has the great leadership gone?  It feels like we are wiping over and over to the same shit. Every other wipe i can hear you say "i have no idea whats happening, or why we wiped" - this fucking tilted me off the earth. I get that because you arent on that side but what the fuck is Prime/Rod/Hunta doing over there? Why are the tanks STILL fumbling swaps on this fight???? After how many attempts???  I'd say out of the 40~attempts on this fight our(left) side caused wipes maybe 2-3 times.  Is no one learning everything from a wipe??????? It feels like every attempt we are just waiting for either the tanks to fuck up or the right side to fuck up every mechanic. I dont care about wiping to hard bosses but the difficulty curve rises significantly after this fight - this fight is easy. WE NEED changes for harder bosses. We desperately need to be leaded with only 5 or so people talking about important things WE  NEED STRONGER COMMS FROM RAID LEADERS. Shadow is really intense this expansion, i wouldnt care if you got grey percentile every fight if the comms were 100% on point.  What has happened to the sometimes angry hunter who made people play better, who called out retards for being fucken paint drinkers. He's turned into a cuckold. Salty hunter gets shit done. HE fucken kills bosses. Remember on archi before we killed it we wiped 1st phase heaps and HE FUCKEN WENT IN ON CUNTS, I get so hard when he gets mad.
[12:51 PM] bluk: Is there a Tanking issue? I feel like one of the most consistent things in our guild has been our tanks skill and communication. We RARELY had  tank fuck up wipes in HFC. Do mini and hunta not click? I say all this knowing I can't raid lead at all and literally just turn up and do my job as a dps and i understand how hard it is. I also understand if officer chat is going FUCKING HAM and pleb raiders dont hear shit.  Wiping should be a learning experience not just something we do for no reason......thats my main point i guess. Wiping and learning why and not doing it again = good. Wiping 80x on a shit tier boss for the same stuff is fucking retarded. If players haven't learned the mechanics after this many wipes on a shit boss then they shouldn't be raiding mythic progression.
[12:51 PM] bluk: Did we seriously make our really good balance druid heal over our resto druid main.....?  Theres no other way to say it - thats fucking retarded. Whats going on with Look? He's  performing worse than FUCKING ally(who really, really tried to git gud pre raid). and evelyr. Comparing his casts to other druids seems off. I know bilbot is autistic and decked out but why does he do much more damage to the dread horros than a lot of the ranged on that side? WITH MASSIVE UPTIME OF THE DEBUFF... People shit on kiwi saying he is negative but 90% of the time he is right in what he's saying.  We've gone from a huge STRONG roster to like 20-25~ people. We are bleeding raiders GOOD raiders, we never really did progression with Kane and Dotz but Kane was fucking decked out and they were both top tier players(you KNOW how good dotz was). It's not like demize (who was average). Still a little salty about that because kane was funneled gear and i'd like to think we arent the group of players that get gear and fuck off if we wipe a bit. THEY FUCKEN JOINED A GUILD WITH SAME PROGRESSION(???). I guess thats raiding & wow though. I really hope more people don't leave but I have a feeling a few more might which would be really annoying depending on the player. If we were to lose brute/kiwi/koran or someone else that is crucial to our success it will be rough to replace them. If people are going to leave tell them to fuck off or stay committed - we dont want to waste gear on dog cunts.  I know you officers are probably the most disappointed than anyone else in recent performance because we were heading in to this tier very strong. I believe in the raid team and the officers.
