  1. Elliapolis Shops
  2.
  3. Wealth Threshold: The amount of Wealth your party needs at the start of the shopping trip to afford the item.
  4. Cost: Cost in wealth. F means it's trivial enough to just afford without wealth reduction. Some items are '2 for 1' or '3 for 1'. You may use one wealth to buy any combination of such items; not necessarily at the same store.
  5. Modular: A crafting item that can customize a piece of equipment. Typically you need at least three distinct items to create a piece of magical equipment. Some of the things you've already obtained (like dragon parts) fall under this.
  6.
  7. Reminder: Your Party Wealth at the moment is 7.
  8.
  9. Stormforge
  10. ----------
  11.
  12. There are many different items on display at the moth smith's shop once you return, but some notables include:
  13.
  14. Stormforged Armor: Any Armor.
  15. Wealth Threshold: 5
  16. Cost: 1
  17.
  18. White and dark blue armor that seems to crackle with mystical power on demand. Stormforge insists you can turn that feature off.
  19.
  20. Innate: DR 2 (3 DR for Defenders)
  21. Power (Polymorph) ✦ Daily (Move Action)
  22. You transform into either a flood of rushing water or a cascade of lightning, and move up to your speed.
  23. As water: You can move through small cracks and tight spaces with no difficulty. You automatically escape a grab or free yourself from bonds or shackles. You may move through enemy spaces and difficult terrain without issue (you do not provoke attack of opportunity for this movement) , and enemies whose space you move through are pushed 1 square in any direction (limit once per turn). You can only take move actions until you return to your natural form, which you can do as a free action. While in watery form, you take 5 damage at the start of each of your turns until you return to your natural form.
  24. As lightning: You can move through metallic objects and conduct yourself along metallic or wet surfaces (your speed is doubled for this movement). You may move through enemy spaces and difficult terrain without issue (you do not provoke attack of opportunity for this movement), and enemies whose space you move through take 5 lightning damage (limit once per turn). This damage does not kill minions, but it may pop their shields if they have them. While in electric form, you take 5 damage at the start of each of your turns until you return to your natural form.
  25.
  26. Myriad Storms Tome: Tome
  27. Wealth Threshold: 5
  28. Cost: 2 for 1
  29.
  30. A tome whose pages never seem to sit still as wind buffets it from every direction.
  31.
  32. Daily (Overcharge 2): Free Action. Trigger: You use a power that creates a zone. Effect: Choose one allied mount, familiar, spirit, or creature you have conjured. Create a second zone with the same properties in a burst 1 around the target. This zone does not harm the target, and moves when they move. This zone ends when the first zone ends.
  33.
  34. Animal Island Construct Prototype Figurine
  35. Wealth Threshold: 7
  36. Cost: 3 for 1
  37.
  38. With Rubi's help, Stormforge has recreated the constructs from Animal Island using the schematics Cedrik brought in. They're bulky though, so she improved the designs by miniaturizing them into statuette form like some of the odd figurines you've seen, to conjure in when needed. They seem to come in Bartender, Maid, Spicy Brawler, Minty Brawler, Foreman, and Carrier designs.
  39.
  40. Power: * Daily (Overcharge 1). Summon the construct depicted on the figurine (statistics may vary). The Carrier and Maid figurines are instead Encounter powers.
  41.
  42. Orichalcum Lump
  43. Wealth Threshold: 7
  44. Cost: 2 for 1
  45. Modular
  46.
  47. You want to buy some of her raw materials? Well, okay. She sells orichalcum by the pound. It's a light metal that shines with a light orange gleam, like a lightened copper. It's known for strength and flexibility, and can be used to craft all manner of weapons and armor.
  48.
  49. Circinnea's Emporium of the Occult
  50. ----------------------------------
  51.
  52. Underworld Essence (limit 2)
  53. Wealth Threshold: 5
  54. Cost: F
  55. Modular
  56.
  57. These unusual mementos seem to possess necromantic energy drawn from the Underworld and are legitimate, as far as Silver can tell. The owner claims to have 'forgotten' how she came across such things. They could probably be used to infuse shadow or necrotic power into equipment, however, but not by themselves.
  58.
  59. Eternal Fire (limit 2)
  60. Wealth Threshold: 4
  61. Cost: F
  62. Modular
  63.
  64. A glass bead containing a spark of everburning fire. Might be useful for crafting... These are sometimes used in monastery lanterns in the south.
  65.
  66. Hamadryad's Heartwood
  67. Wealth Threshold 5
  68. Cost: 1
  69.
  70. Truly ancient wood from a hamadryad who perished during the Worldbreak, so Circinnea claims, the wood willingly given to those who sought shelter.
  71.
  72.
  73. Ritual Sash
  74. Wealth Threshold: 3
  75. Cost: F
  76. Modular
  77.
  78. A ritual sash designed to be worn around the waist. Not occult in itself, but based on occult styles, and lends itself to crafting special waist items.
  79.
  80. JepJep's Odds and Ends
  81. ----------------------
  82.
  83. The Mapmaker's Spyglass
  84. Wealth Threshold: 4
  85. Cost: 2 for 1
  86.
  87. Property: This functions as a normal spyglass, but if one uses it to gaze while outside for ten minutes, you can gain a bird's eye view of the area you're looking at. Magnifies the view of terrain by 25-50x.
  88.
  89. Rubi's Machinations
  90. --------------------
  91.
  92. Commissions: Rubi will try to make a gadget on-demand for the low low price of 2 for 1. She's still experimenting with her craft, though... One of her current projects is a pressure-launched hook with a rope attached. She's willing to make the first commission on the house.
  93.
  94. Witch's Brew
  95. ------------
  96.
  97. Azalea is offering her coffees to your group as well. I'm gonna need a bit to make and price these but they're going to be consumables with positives and negatives.
