Hello ESL Admins, as per another match with "Dreo" We suspect him of wall hacking, the specific times inside of the noscam files below.

In Both of these instances, the vampire was not moving and not seen prior to "Dreo" (and sometimes his entire team) however, he snapped to look at the vampires through the wall and moved to push the vampires not moving and shooting at invisible targets.

Further more, there are times we are suspicious of a wall hack though a truly skilled player could have taken advantages of minor errors from team.

We have more noscam files however due to the recent patches we are unable to view them and would need developer support to release an old patch to view them.

Further more, due to Nosgoth being in beta, one of our teammates crashed at the start of the game we called pause instantly, as you can see the vampires decided to continue to move for 9 to take a more advantageous position without us knowing, giving them a perfect set-up.

Finally, I must ask that we have a re-match with an esl admin watching and esl wire being used, to ensure the validity of the game.

We feel that the game was unfair and from the get-go

Thanks for the complement silent, as for my previous steam account in ESEA it clearly states i have not been banned. My old account was banned 400days ago, it was a big mistake from a public hack that i used for less than 2 hrs and i regret it. Yes it was a mistake and i admit it did happen, however i never hacked in ESEA and theres proof to show that in the bottom left of the screenshot nor have i in ESL or any competitve game i have ever played.. But since over 400 days ago i have not touched any hack and i dont intend to.

Your accusations are over 1 year have NO validity as its been 400days since i was banned. The only proof u attain is noscam footage of where my team mate clearly has a headset and uses his sound and calls out what he is hearing to our advantage and i 'spam' shoot his area to help him. this is common in FPS games (free tip). We all have a high level grasp of competitive play and our synergy is at a very high level.

You called the pause as we was moving and it takes time for us to 1) read the message below - 2) you stop moving to type early so therefore we can keep moving whereas you don't.

I don't know silent if you ever played on high competitive level in gaming, but you cannot play blindly and only rely on eyes and sounds. Our team consist out of all experience players in the eSport scene who all have achievements BY FAR more than you ever will. Elimination tactics are very crucial and to win the game you sometimes have to try and think how your enemy will play to counter you. We know how you want to strike us, and when and how to work to the process. it just us doing a better job in narrowing it down where somebody can potentially come and sneak up to, allot of times we are wrong. but you don't have to get angry when we are right.
I feel like this protest is more of a targeted and tactical protest towards myself rather than it is to legitimate proof and concern. I normally do not bother in explaining hackusations as im used to them by now however this is no joke to me and my team. I am deeply offended and this not only happens during ESL but also out of ESL (i understand ESL do not get involved in this but im stating it how it is). For the better of nosgoth and ESL continuation in order to provide a high level esport league then these protests must be handled with a high level competitive mind set where accusing any played who is better than themselves must be a 'hacker'.
To summarize, we feel that this protest is due to jealousy and inexperience within the game and at high level competitive mind sets. We suggest that the next cup an admin is able to spectate the match to ensure our legitimacy.

	  	Thanks for the heads up ChriZor, as you can note in the 2 instances i pointed out on noscam, both vampires were completely behind a wall and not moving, yet dreo aims on that position (through the wall) and in one instance calls his entire team to turn around. Since the vampires were out of sound range (feel free to test that yourself) AND not moving... there is no way you could have heard,

Finally, if you were moving into check an area, you would have checked all locations, not just stared at the one point that the vampire was positioned in the entire time... through the wall I must add.

	  	Hello, just wanted to weigh in a bit here since you, Dreo, seem to think that this is a one-man accusation from Silent to you. I want to make it clear that I stand by every word written here and so does many others, if you need to know whom these "many others" are then I can get their signatures.

When it comes to being caught hacking, it does not matter if it's 400 days or 400 reincarnations ago the incident happened - you get branded for life and your credibility gets kung-fu kicked down a mountain to put it colorfully. If you need a real life comparison: committing a crime and getting caught would put you in "the system" and after that you're basically thought of as less of a human being than previously.

I would appreciate if you not make rude comments about our team also.

As you all know Nosgoth suffers from A: not having proper anti-cheat and B: no proper replay/spectating UI to aid in the catching of cheating. This is why we've had so many matches against Immortal Executioners before and not mentioned our thoughts about them. And I did just put your full team name there but here is the intresting part: Not a soul from any other team has ever encountered your team and accused anyone other than you Dreo. All the matches that I've had the joy of facing you in, no matter if we won or lost said matches, left a vile aftertaste, "something was not right in this match", but it's never one of your teammates, all the fingers are always pointed at Dreo.
But I digress.

As to answer your explanation "my mate has expensive headset and told me where you were". This is valid, if sound was made. Small problem in this specific situation, the deceiver never moved. Yet your buddy told you his exact position and you decided to drop any other thought you had previously and flush him out, might I add shooting him while invisible and STILL not having moved.

So, I just wanted to put my two cents in and I hope I made it perfectly clear that this is not a one time jealousy accusation from one player. This accusation has gathered a footholding across many games in many occasions from many players and we're all backing it up equally.

	  	Well I want to make clear what my opinion is about this situation.
Dreo picked me and gold up when we were about level 10 beating most 30's of the game.
We've played with him for a long time, so did plux an admin of the game.
Me and gold have been highly competitive in multipple games such as AVA (made it to iesf national finals in Korea), appart from that
gold made it to ava AIC finals in Taiwan in 2014 and to japan in 2014. As you can see we do are experienced.

From our perspective we have never considered dreo cheating, knowing a few guys do accusate him quite often.
These accusations mostly come from players in the competitive scene. To me it feels like people are buthurt for losing and trying to put the blame on dreo.
As for the anti-cheat, there are 2 anti-cheats currently active, and what I've been told multipple people have been banned already.
So you saying the anti-cheat is a joke, i'm not sure of that.

So how do I feel?
I feel this as a personal attack to dreo and I take it as a false accusation.

How do we solve this?
Since you guys share the opinion the anti-cheat is broke, I suggest next cup an esl-admin will spectate the game or the esl-wire must be taken in use.
If we use the wire and dreo instantly does way worse, we will take our conclusions.
If the Esl-admin considers dreo is cheating, and since the esl-admins have a veto, i guess further steps should be taken.
But once again, from our perspective we are sure he isn't cheating.
We do hope we can get over this, since these accusations are not healthy for the competitive scene of Nosgoth at all.

	  	Also Hexmeh i find it really frustrating your judging people on one mistake they make. Do you not believe in second changes? I'm currently a teacher in 6th year of college. A few years back I got caught for stealing, I never thought I would ever get caught I was thinking no one would ever catch me. From that moment I realized I’m not untouchable, if you make a mistake there is always a change of being punished for it. This is also something we learned in psychology.

	  	As you must already know, when considering the possibility of a cheat you can't take into consideration the skill level of a player, arguments like "he is usualy playing much worse, now he's better so he's cheating!" are not arguments at all, they have never been and never will be. Therefor stating that you got X experience and had Y success in other games is not of any intrest to anyone when it comes to this issue.
We went through countless replays featuring Dreo because of always having a suspicion and we always came to the same conclusion: these situations are really sketchy BUT they are in fact POSSIBLE, and if something is in any way shape or form possible, no matter if you need inhuman reactions or robotic implants in your eyes to spot it, they can't be used as arguments. That's the reason it's taken us so long to finally put up a protest, because this time we have situations in the noscam replay that are entirely 100% impossible.

You're right, Dreo is the main focus here, and we believe it's for a very good reason too.

Psychology also reveals that if someone does something at one point, he is more likely than other people to do that again because of how that persons' personality is.

You ask me to not judge people for doing one mistake? Where do you draw the line? Should a child not judge his father for slapping his mother once? Should you not judge a person who murdered your infant child (just once, right?)?

I do not think you agree upon our terms at all, you're saying that we are to play NEXT ESL with wire and admin watching. We want a re-match of this monthly final with said things applying.

"once a hacker, always a hacker" this saying sticks true for many other games and VAC ban is a permanent ban, hence the 2nd account.

vac bans people permanently because as a corporation they believe that once a person is known for cheating the chance of repeating that infraction is high.

So in short Zurton, no second chances should not be allowed.

Do you not find it strange that virtually every team you have played against has called dreo a hacker? Anarchy did.... the same day you won your first cup, I defended dreo at that point, saying that he did not, and that was a decent player.

However, 2 hours later when we were facing them in the finals, the team which is now iron fist also claimed it, over the next few weeks more and more teams came to me to take a look at noscams, and once again everything he was doing was possible if not particularly probable.

It wasn't however until I started looking at the games more closely did I realise that sometimes he would track someone through a wall, or seem to know where the enemy were through walls.

Or even flick aim as a vampire would start climbing into line of sight (even tho you could not see or hear that vampire) and that the flick was completed before the vampire crested the building.

The noscam files Uploaded have clear times where he has tracked through walls on multiple occasions

This is not a personal attack, this is a suspicion of hacking that teams from NA and EU are concerned about but until today we have not had strong enough evidence to take this to the administration team.

I used to be friends with Dreo... I've even done his homework for him once to bail him out of a situation (true story), I've played many games with him, and I noticed that upon competing in esl, he stopped streaming and started becoming insanely accurate and could track through walls

I would love a re-match with an ESL Admin watching and with ESL wire, Dreo has proven himself untrustworthy in the past.

From an outsiders perspective, up to this point. all actions he has taken are seemingly more and more suspicious.

And finally coming back to your point here Zurton, Dreo could very simply be pushing the boundries.

	  	I think we should end this protest right here. A new protest can be made but this one has to be closed. There is no evidence dreo is somehow doing something illegal, this page should be locked. We players of immortal take this as harassment, calling dreo a hacker. But we'll put ourselfs over it, and try to keep the community healthy. I personally hope also dead sun tries to have more respect for us in the future.

I closed this protest 2 days ago with a decision.
Here is nothing to "discuss" anymore, specially wandering around the protest-topic as i said:
"To make the protest clearly: This is only a suspicion of using a third-party program/tool.
Any other discussion is not relevant for a solution."


What is very important to me/ESL:
I transelate one part of the protest rules what's not translated from the official german rules(http://www.esl.eu/de/faq/protest_rules/)

"Ein Protest dient der Kommunikation zwischen beiden Teams und einem Admin, es sollte sich daher immer nur ein Vertreter pro Team äußern sowie eventuell beschuldigte Spieler."

"A protest is used for communication between the two teams and an admin, it should come only one representative per team and the accused players."

A protest is simple and not a thread about multiple problems.


@Dreo:
I know this is an overheated topic and i don't want to give any of you PP for this.
But i give a little warning to all of you:
I will not allow again that the protest turn into a disussion.
