  7. I appreciate the offer of a refund for the 12 months, although I'm still not satisfied with only 12 out of the 24 months where the account has been totally inactive being refunded.

  9. I'm sure you will be able to look at the account history and you will be able to see that the account has had zero usage whatsoever over the last 24 months. If you would be able to raise this point again with whom it concerns, I would hugely appreciate it.

  11. I'm sure you can understand the fairly sizable amount of money effectively wasted on this subscription, and despite it being an error on my part, I do still believe that it is only reasonable that the wasted subscription payments be fully refunded.
