  5. He would like to deeply apologize for the whole situation and is offering you a new key, as well as two additional Random Steam keys. As before, these would be sent to you in a separate order at no additional charge, and in the response to this ticket.

  7. This time, in order to avoid the Global Ban error, he would like you to follow the instructions below after you receive the new key:

  9. - Delete the game from your computer, either via Steam or via the Control Panel
  10. - Go to Steam Support website here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/
  11. - Once there, log in using your Steam account details
  12. - Find ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead using the search bar at the bottom of the page
  13. - Delete the game from your Steam Account completely using the on-screen instructions
  14. - Once everything is deleted, sign out, open the Steam Application, log in, and use your new key
