The year is 2015 and time's changing. The "Crew Name"was formed in the early 1990's by former Boss Ronald Catonzo and former Underboss Henry Fenetti. As time passed by, the family expended and became more modern as they were a big part with the modern society around Los Santos. With time, Ronald Catonzo and Henry Fenetti had too much heat on themselves and had to leave the country where Vincenzo Gaggi jumped in as a acting underboss alongside with his known associate and long time friend, Donnie Balistrieri as acting boss. Business was slow and  they're trying to keep it as low profile as possible and not attract too much attention since they're still an organization behind closed doors. Violence has been a known action from The 506th Avenue Crew at a few different places. They've grown in numbers both with new people, youngsters learning small tips and tricks along the journey of the crew.

 Vincent Gaggi, an Italian-American male born and raised the traditional Catholic way. Born in New York, Queens where he met a lot of people and associates he currently got under his wing. He dropped out off school in his early age, he also fought for his country in Iraq back in the early 90's. Growing up, he was a good kid but as time passed by, him and his neighborhood friends became closer and saw all the money, clothes, cars and people that had it all. They were at young age and wanted all of it themselves.

Year 1989, before Vincent left off to fight for our great nation, he met  his long lasted friend Donnie Balistrieri on a restaurant in Queens. The Balistrieri's were guests from Chicago. Vincent did not like these kind of events and saw them as boring events at his early age. But, meeting the Balistreri's were such good idea, which led Donnie and Vincent to find each other, which led to a longterm friendship. After Vincent came back from the war, he had a purple heart medal hanging from his shirt, and that's the only reason why he was sent back home. He was basically wounded during the war. Vincent called up Donnie and they left off to Florida, Miami.

In Miami, Vincent and Donnie gathered up a few helpful contacts, they were sent off to do small time jobs such as snatch and grab, vehicle thefts or just extorting somebody ordered by a higher up then themselves. They were associated with the Trafficante Crime Family. But they never went too deep in the business and in 2006 they both left off to Los Santos  where they bought a small social club and hung out all day. Vincent called his cousins and neighborhood friends from both Queens and Chicago, so did Donnie. These were all old time friends and none of them were made or even connected to any sort of mob expect for Vincent and Donnie. A few things happened along the journey, Vincent got arrested with his Uncle Sal, where his Uncle got life in prison and Vincent let off on parole for good behavior. They met up with the Aureliano brothers, created a certain bond with them, associated with them and so they became made after a few years staying loyal to the higher ups and showing a lot of potential.

It is believed that some left over operations from the Aureliano bothers are now run by Vincent Gaggi and an old neighborhood friend Francis Quintiliani,  and the left over operations tend to stay under the radar and in the shadows. The crew holds a very professional image in the eyes of the public as well as maintaining a decent amount of respect for the so called law of Los Santos. It is also believed that  Donnie Balistrieri ran off to Cuba whe he's lying low and his long time friend Vincent knows all about it. The story is Vincent sending Donnie away for Donnie's own safety.
