6. Read “Reading 6-4: The IMF and the World Bank: How do They Differ?” on pp. 308-313. Explain in your words what are the similarities and differences between the IMF and the World Bank.
7. Read “Case 8-2: Duberg v. UNESCO” on pp. 432-434 in the textbook. Write a summary of the case in your own words. What principles can we draw from the case?
8. Read “Case 8-3: State v. Nagami” on pp. 450-452 in the textbook. Provide a summary of the case in your own words. What can we draw from the case?
