  7. I want to thank the administration, primarily City Engineer Donovan and the code enforcement officer for the imminent demolition of 296 5th avenue. As I've mentioned before this burned out building is not just a dangerous eyesore on one Troy's busiest streets but a stark reminder of the tragic murder of Ms. Milligan and her unborn child and the evil that occurred there. With up to a thousand cars passing daily it gave credence to the notion of Troys' decline into a very dark period. This is not indicative of the folks that live in that area and for the vast majority of all Trojans. I appreciate the dogged and relentless efforts by Mr. Donovan and the code officer to bring the property owners to court and have them take full responsibility for their building. Thank You.
