Open Meeting thing

Remember!
Have ringer pay 1 hour before in case transaction fees screw up
Remember to pay premium, and make sure the ESEA client works
Don't quit early; you'll get matched against teams with similar records later in the season

Game Rules:
8 weeks, 2 matches a week
Playoffs with top 16, usually 2 months long, with double elimination
There is no difference between forfeits and losses
You can only move up divisions if you're top 14, and have no more than 2 forfeits
	Edge cases can be handled case by case

Players:
Can only join one team every seven days
Teams can only recruit 3 every seven days
Roster lock 2 weeks before end of regular season
Ready up in a game with: .cupholder
	(What?...)

Teams:
Cannot have more than 3 forfeits, or else your team is counted as dead
If a server is DDOS'd or whatever, message Kalkin/Killing to move the servers

Pauses:
Only 2 pauses per game; additional pause for overtime
	Can pause more than the limit only if opposing team is okay with it
Team that needs the pause will pause; after 5 minutes, either team can unpause
Pause lasts indefinitely
Can only chat once per pause

(Re)Scheduling:
Try as hard as possible to not delay past Sunday of that week
	If something happens to the ESEA client, then Kalkin/Killing will notify the teams
If both teams agree, you can reschedule a scheduled game. Have both captains post on the MATCH COMMS page:
	Server
	Exact same time as match to be rescheduled
	Date
	Message an Admin after
