  1. SAY NO TO TRUDEAU : COMPILED BY MARILYN TAYLOR
  2.
  3. Dictatorship:
  4.
  5. Trudeau accuses Harper of being a dictator yet in January, 2014, he expelled all 32 senators from the Liberal caucus without warning or consultation and forced them to sit as Independents, started dictating in April, 2014, who can run for office despite his promise for open nominations, forced his party members in May, 2014, to maintain his beliefs regarding abortion, considered mandatory voting and voted against Liberal affiliates relative to what Canada's role should be in Iraq in November, 2014. Trudeau is a dictator.
  6.
  7. Trudeau is being sued by Christine Innes in a 1.5 million defamation suit for blocking her from running in the federal election because he wanted Adam Vaughan to run.
  8.
  9. Former cabinet minister Tony Ianno also joined her libel suit and is seeking another 1.5 million for damage to his reputation, lost business opportunities and emotional suffering.
  10.
  11. Other members being, for example, Bryan Kerman in Ontario, have quit in protest over what they say is Trudeau’s failure to respect his pledge to hold open nominations.
  12.
  13. Zach Paikin also withdrew his nomination for candidacy of the Liberal Party of Canada in protest to Trudeau's style of leadership, calling it undemocratic.
  14.
  15. Several volunteers in Orléans accused Trudeau of “backroom politics” after David Bertschi, the candidate for whom they were working, was disqualified by Trudeau for failing to repay his old campaign debts quickly. Trudeau wanted Andrew Leslie who is one of his advisors to be the candidate. Andrew Leslie will be the candidate for Orléans but his nomination on December 6/14 was marred by a chaotic scene in which police had to break up a noisy scuffle. Bertschi has since launched legal action against three top advisers to Trudeau after his approval to seek the party’s nomination as a federal candidate was revoked.
  16.
  17. Trudeau also wanted his friend Seamus O’Regan to be the candidate for St. John's Newfoundland despite the fact, that he doesn't even live in the province. The peoples candidate had to stand aside for O'Regan as Trudeau cares more about his friends than the people.
  18.
  19. 4000 Sikhs in B.C. quit the Liberal party in December, 2014, because Trudeau backed a candidate with known extremist ties over their chosen candidate.
  20.
  21. Another candidate, Barj Dhahan, claims that he was pressured to withdraw from the race because Trudeau had a preferred candidate being Harjit Singh Sajjan.
  22.
  23. Pot activist Jodie Emery's bid to run for the Liberals also came to an end when Trudeau rejected her nomination to become a candidate for a Vancouver riding.
  24. Varinder Bhullar, Edmonton Liberal, also accused Trudeau of breaking his promise for open nomination.
  25.
  26. Trudeau claims that he respects women yet he has events for women only which creates a sexist divide, has violated the Charter of Rights by engaging in prayers in mosques that segregates men from women, has solicited votes from Muslims who want to impose Sharia law in Canada and has employed a demeaning "win the doll" mentality with raffles for women to win a “wine and dine” with him. Trudeau is a chauvinist.
  27.
  28. Trudeau angered officials at our Catholic schools for delivering speeches to Catholics while advocating abortion. Catholics are livid with Trudeau’s double standards.
  29.
  30. Trudeau disrespected his older Liberal counterparts upon advising in response to their concerns regarding his stance on abortion, “The days when old men get to decide what a woman does with her body are long gone. Times have changed for the better. Proud to say that the Liberal Party of Canada defends women’s rights.”
  31.
  32. Trudeau again tried to force full party compliance when he voted against Harper’s proposal to assist with the fight against terrorism. Former Foreign Affairs Minister Axworthy was disappointed that Trudeau turned his back on our responsibility-to-protect doctrine. Former Liberal cabinet minister Ujjal Dosanjh appealed for a “robust” Canadian military action against ISIL. Former Liberal interim leader Bob Rae rejected the comparison subsequently made by Trudeau to the “fiasco” of the 2003 Iraq War led by President Bush. The MP for Mount Royal and former minister of justice and human rights advocate Irwin Cotler’s decided to abstain from the vote.
  33.
  34. Trudeau suspended MP Massimo Pacetti and MP Scott Andrews from the party caucus on November 5, 2014, after complaints were brought forward from two female New Democrat MPs accusing the men of sexual misconduct. They had yet to be found guilty.
  35.
  36. Terrorist Sympathizer:
  37.
  38. Trudeau delivered a speech at a Muslim conference in Toronto in December 2013, that was sponsored by IRFAN-Canada while knowing that the group had its charitable status stripped by the Canada Revenue Agency two years prior in 2011, due to deceptive fundraising and sending nearly 15M to groups with ties to the terrorist group Hamas. In the subsequent media storm, IRFAN-Canada quit as a sponsor.
  39.
  40. Trudeau visited a mosque in Papineau, Quebec in 2011 where Islamic terrorists were known to be recruiting members. When questioned as to why he visited a mosque with known terrorist ties, Trudeau advised that everyone in that mosque was a Canadian and that while we may disagree with them and worry about what they might be preaching, he believes that it's more important that he gets his message of respect and inclusion across to them. He further advised that this is an approach he will consistently take.
  41.
  42. Harper wants to strip Canadian citizenship from dual citizens guilty of terrorist offenses or who have gone overseas to fight with terrorists. Trudeau is opposed to this and believes that Canadians who have fought with terrorists should be allowed to keep their Canadian citizenship. Trudeau advised, “that it would be against the principle that a Canadian is a Canadian is a Canadian and that is what made Canada great” and that, “a naturalized citizen should not lose their citizenship because of their behaviour even though that behaviour is reprehensible.” Trudeau refused to answer when asked if convicted terrorist Hiva Alizadeh, a Canadian-Iranian dual citizen sentenced to 24 years in prison, is the type of Canadian whose citizenship his party wouldn't revoke. Trudeau simply said "next question" and turned away.
  43.
  44. Trudeau appeared on CTV in September 2014, and was asked by Bob Fife as to his visits to mosques run by Muslim extremists. Trudeau advised, “I would like to ask the prime minister and his public safety minister, can he please give us a list of mosques that politicians shouldn't be visiting?” Trudeau also said questions like that were “promoting Islam phobia”. Fife also asked Trudeau about the growing problem of Canadian Muslims joining terrorist groups to which, Trudeau advised that “engaging” Muslims is the answer.
  45.
  46. Trudeau advised Sun News in 2014, that he was “proud” to have campaigned for votes in a Wahhabi mosque in Montreal that was listed by the Pentagon in a classified report in 2008 as a place where terrorists are recruited.
  47.
  48. In August 2014, Trudeau’s star candidate Andrew Leslie accused Israel of “indiscriminately” shooting at women and children in its defensive war against Hamas terrorists. The reality is that Hamas is deliberately putting children in the direct line of fire only to accuse Israel of killing them.
  49.
  50. Trudeau advised after the Boston marathon bombing that we “need to look at the root causes” that led to that terrorist attack and attempt to understand why the bombing perpetrators feel excluded from society. “We have to look at the root causes,” Trudeau said in a CBC interview. “There is no question that this happened because there is someone who feels completely excluded, at war with innocents, at war with a society. And our approach has to be, where do those tensions come from? ... Yes, there is a need for security ... and making sure that we have (intelligence) information, but we also need to make sure that as we go forward we don’t emphasize a culture of fear and mistrust, because that ends up marginalizing people even further, people who are already feeling like they are enemies of society rather than people who have hope for the future and faith that we can work together and succeed.”
  51.
  52. Trudeau’s Calgary Liberal candidate Kane was a featured speaker at an anti-Israel rally in July that became violent.
  53.
  54. Trudeau had to apologize for advising that the word "barbaric" in the updated citizenship study guide was too graphic to describe honour killings.
  55.
  56. Trudeau’s candidate Liberal MP Ted Hsu advises that there’s goodness in ISIS terrorists and attacked the Conservatives for calling terrorists "dangerous". He advised that the Liberals "see a light and beauty in the potential of every person". The Liberals are too soft on crime with their hug-a-thug approach and they are too soft on terrorists.
  57.
  58. Trudeau faced criticism in October 2014, for advising that Canada should consider more humanitarian aid in Iraq rather than “trying to whip out our CF-18s and show how big they are”. Trudeau makes light of a very serious issue.
  59.
  60. Trudeau advised in October 2014, that, “The Liberal Party of Canada cannot, and will not support this Prime Minister’s motion to go to war in Iraq” and “the PM hasn't even tried to make case for an expanded Iraq role” and ”the Conservatives only want to play soldier” and “as the months unfold I am certain that Canadians will realize that the Prime Minister did not think about Canada’s long-term interest or even what Canada has best to offer in the fight against ISIL when he made his decision and it was more about ego” and “why aren’t we talking more about the kind of humanitarian aid that Canada can and must be engaged in, rather than trying to whip out our CF-18s and show them how big they are?” While the RCMP is currently investigating 93 extremists in Canada, our security alert has been increased due to terrorist threats and two soldiers have lost their lives on Canadian soil due to terrorism, Trudeau advises that Harper hasn't made a sufficient case for wanting to assist with the fight against terrorism. In February, 2015, Trudeau did an about-face and reversed his position by voting to support Harper’s tougher anti-terrorism measures only because he realized that 79% of Canadians fully supported Harper’s stance on terrorism. As opposed to being a principled man with moral integrity, Trudeau is merely an opportunist will go with whichever way the wind might be blowing if it might mean more votes.
  61.
  62. In January, 2015, we have a Liberal change of heart. While Trudeau voted against revoking the Canadian citizenship of dual citizens who have fought with terrorists and voted against assisting the rest of the world with the fight against terrorism, he now advises that he will support Harper’s position on terrorism. Could it be that Trudeau now recognizes that we fully support Harper's stance and not Trudeau's stance that we merely provide more humanitarian aid? We have proof positive that the Liberals are not principled and are entirely lacking with any moral fibre as they’re now changing their tune “only” to score votes. Indeed, the Liberals will do virtually anything for a vote and will even sell Canada out to immigrants for a vote.
  63.
  64. Trudeau has difficulty expressing his thoughts and has been questioned numerous times for his foolish utterances. Invariably, other Liberals must come to Trudeau’s aid. More recently, in October 2014, Chretien came to Trudeau’s aid regarding Trudeau’s position on Iraq. If Trudeau can't substantiate his own position, how does he expect to run a country? We clearly have the Liberal’s old men's club in the backroom driving the agenda while Trudeau is merely their "pretty boy puppet" on center stage doing the talking for them.
  65.
  66. Trudeau claims that it was Harper’s “ego” that led him to send six CF-18s to participate in airstrikes in Iraq, rather than a concern for Canada’s long-term interests.
  67.
  68. Trudeau advised after our two terrorist attacks in October 2014, "To our friends and fellow citizens in the Muslim community, Canadians know acts such as these committed in the name of Islam are an aberration of your faith. Continued mutual cooperation and respect will help prevent the influence of distorted ideological propaganda posing as religion. We will walk forward together, not apart." It’s despicable of Trudeau to capitalize on these terrorist attacks to pander to the Muslim community for votes. Trudeau cares not about our safety or the welfare of our country and cares only about scoring votes at whatever cost.
  69.
  70. Trudeau said a better alternative to bombing terrorists would be to offer refugees advice on faring a "very, very cold winter in the mountains." In the meantime and, as Kenney advised, winter's not something new to people living in Northern Iraq as the Kurdish people have lived through it for millennia.
  71.
  72. Trudeau gave an interview to the al-Ameen Post, a BC based Muslim newspaper, in which, he stressed that Islam has been wrongly persecuted since 911 and should never be linked to terror attacks perpetrated by Muslims.
  73.
  74. Trudeau celebrated Ramzan with the very people who were distributing Syed Maududi's book which urges Muslim youth to wage holy war on the infidels under the cover of 'Doors Open Toronto'
  75.
  76. Trudeau, "Any time a government or a leader is in a position to choose to limit minority rights of any type, there has to be a clear and compelling reason to do so which Harper has not provided." Trudeau gets it wrong on two counts. One: Harper isn't limiting minority rights Two: Harper is implementing tougher anti-terrorism measures for blatantly obvious reasons. What is it that Harper must 'provide' for implementing tougher measures?
  77.
  78. In 2013, Trudeau spent an evening at ISNA’s Islamic Centre in north Toronto during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. This same organization Mulcair and Trudeau embraced recently refused to allow its boys’ school soccer team to play against a Catholic school team with two girls on it.
  79.
  80. Energy:
  81.
  82. Trudeau wants to kill the Enbridge Northland Gateway Pipeline which is a 1,177 kilometre pipeline westbound to the Pacific Coast.
  83.
  84. TransCanada Energy East is a 4,600 kilometre pipeline eastbound to the Atlantic coast. So-called environmentalists are opposed to pipelines due to their possible negative effect on the environment. However, they don’t demonstrate against Saudi oil being pumped from Montreal to Sarnia or against Saudi tankers in the Gulf of Saint Lawrence or Saint Lawrence River. This is foreign oil trying to hold on to their monopoly of the eastern seaboard refineries via paid protesters. I fully support Canada having its own pipeline as it will allow us to deliver oil from western Canada to eastern Canada and rid of the need to import oil from the Middle East.
  85.
  86. Trudeau advised, 'We need to go green fastest; we need to start investing in solar.” Trudeau further advised, “If the prime minister actually took a lead on being smart about environmental regulations, we would have already seen the Americans approve Keystone XL”. Obama has never said that. The U.S. doesn’t have a carbon tax nor do they impose trade sanctions against other countries that don’t.
  87.
  88. Trudeau blames the oil sands for our emissions despite the fact, that only 0.15% of Canada's total 1.58% of man-made emissions are from the oil sands. The emissions from oil sands is miniscule when it comes to world-wide emissions and when you consider, for example, that there are 13 oil fields in California alone with higher emissions. Trudeau cares not that the oil sands entails 478,000 jobs today and will entail 275,000 new jobs by 2025 and billions of dollars to fund our quality of living and economic activity. Trudeau cares only about opposing Harper at every turn whether or not, it's to the detriment of our country.
  89.
  90. Trudeau believes that more study is required before further expanding the shale gas industry despite the fact, that we've been fracking in Canada safely for over 50 years. Local officials are up in arms over this as they claim that a fracking ban would destroy, for example, northern British Columbia’s economy.
  91.
  92. Trade:
  93.
  94. Trudeau advises, "It’s the Prime Minister’s job to get the big things right. Last year, the Prime Minister told Canadians that the Canada-EU Trade Agreement was a done deal. Nine months later, there is still no deal in place”. A few short days later, the EU Trade Agreement was finalized and is the best trade agreement Canada has ever entered into as it will generate 12B dollars annually for our economy.
  95.
  96. Trudeau advised on his Facebook page that Harper's track record for trade wasn't anything to brag about. In the meantime, under the Liberals we had 5 trade agreements, whereas, under Harper, we now have 43 trade agreements.
  97.
  98. Claims that the Canada-China Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Investment Act (FIPA) gives foreign-owned companies the power to veto laws aimed at protecting the environment or public health or anything else are wrong. Governments retain their power to regulate in the public interest; what they cannot do is have a separate set of rules for foreign-owned and domestically owned firms. Trudeau is now complaining about FIPA despite the fact, that he voted with the Conservatives in 2013, to kill the NDP motion to stop FIPA from becoming law.
  99.
  100. Budget and Economy:
  101.
  102. Trudeau advised in 2014, that Wynne is a “prudent fiscal steward of Ontario” and fails to understand why the federal finance minister disapproves of Wynne’s plan to spend billions more. In the meantime, before the Liberals took office, Ontario's credit rating was a triple A. It has since been downgraded and another downgrade is imminent. Moody’s also has Ontario under a very serious credit watch and has changed Ontario’s financial stance from stable to negative. The Liberal debt is rising at a rate of almost 1B a month, 226M a week, 32M a day and almost 1.5M an hour. The current annual deficit is 11.3B. Paying only the interest on the debt is costing taxpayers 10.6B a year which is the third largest expense after health care and education. The debt was 139B in 2003 and, after 10 years under the Liberals, the debt in 2013 was 273B. Today, the debt is 288B and the total debt is to reach almost 338B by 2016-17. Ontario went from being the economic engine of Canada to being the most deficit-ridden province in the country and a have-not welfare province for the first time in Canadian history.
  103.
  104. Harper deserves to win another majority government in 2015 and the last thing we need is for Trudeau to undo the excellent work that Harper has done. Thanks to Harper, Canada is one of only a few countries that enjoys an excellent triple A credit rating that is the envy of the world, has the most tax competitive country for business in the world, is ranked to be the second best country to do business with, has the richest middle class in the world, leads the G8 in job creation, has unemployment down to 6.8% which is the lowest it’s been in decades, is one of the most popular destinations for job seekers, has had the most GDP growth among the G8 since the financial crisis, has brought the deficit for 2014 down to 5.2B from 16.6B, has balanced the budget and generated a surplus of 1.9B for 2015 and a 4.5B for 2016 after spending 5B to further reduce our taxes, has added an additional 5.8B over three years in additional spending for museums, research centres, parks and other federally-owned infrastructure across Canada, has expanded the number of countries with which Canada trades from 5 to 43, has increased federal transfers to the provinces in 2015/2016 by 3 billion dollars, had a merchandise trade surplus in June, 2014, of 1.9B which will further boost our economic growth in the second quarter, is investing over 100 million a year in the future of our skilled work force through our his new Canada Apprentice Loans, has committed billions of dollars to support projects in communities across the nation including roads, bridges, transportation networks, airports, and rail service generating tens of thousands new jobs, is the world’s top per capita agriculture trader, is ranked as the forth best country in the world in which to grow, is the third most prosperous country in the world, has had the world’s strongest banking system for six years in a row, ranks among the top 10 jurisdictions worldwide for economic freedom and has the lowest net debt in the G8. As well, per capita GDP has increased 3.1% (in 2007 dollars), average weekly earnings are up 9.9%, after-tax income is up 10.2% for lower-income earners, up 6.7% for middle-income earners and up 8.9% for higher-income earners. We can also thank Harper for pension splitting, income splitting, a 2% reduction in the GST, TFSAs, the elimination of the MP gold plated pension plan and severance packages, the elimination of government subsidies to political parties, the total elimination of political donations by corporations and unions, the elimination of the long gun firearms registry and the CWB monopoly on the grain markets, reduced levels of taxation for employers, increased fitness tax credits for children and incentive credits for training tradespeople. Harper has also entered Canada into the EU Trade Agreement which will entail 12B annually for our economy, has made excellent progress in cleaning up the Liberal’s immigration mess, has made positive strides in claiming the Arctic and planning development in that area and has rightfully stood very firmly against terrorism. It is no small wonder that Harper has been applauded on the global stage and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.
  105.
  106. Trudeau believes that we need to increase spending and the deficit in order to stimulate the economy. Harper believes in balancing the budget and spending only what we can afford.
  107.
  108. Trudeau claims that he wants to help Canadians but, if elected, he intends on reversing Harper’s tax cuts and increasing our taxes with the first tax to be Dion’s carbon tax. In the meantime, Harper continues to reduce our taxes and has now implemented his Family Tax Cut which is a federal tax credit that will allow a higher-income spouse to transfer up to 50K of taxable income to a spouse in a lower tax bracket. The credit will provide tax relief for couples with children under the age of 18 effective for the 2014 tax year. Income splitting is helping seniors across Canada which is why Harper now wants similar relief for families. Harper has increased the Universal Child Care Benefit (UCCB) for children under age six and, as of January 2015, parents will receive a benefit of 160.00 per month for each child which is up from 100.00 a month. In a year, parents will receive up to 1,920.00 per child. As well, as of January 2015, parents will receive a benefit of 60.00 per month for children aged 6 to 17. In a year, parents will receive up to 720.00 per child. Harper has also increased the Child Care Expense Deduction dollar limits by 1,000.00 effective for the 2015 tax year. The maximum amounts that can be claimed will increase to 8,000.00 from 7,000.00 for children under age 7, to 5,000.00 from 4,000.00 for children aged 7 to 16 and to 11,000.00 from 10,000.00 for children who are eligible for the Disability Tax Credit.
  109.
  110. Trudeau lied to Canadians upon advising, “We can do much better than tax breaks for the wealthy.” Trudeau either doesn’t understand what Harper’s tax cuts entail or he’s deliberately lying about it. Harper’s changes include not only income-splitting but also increases in the Universal Child Care Benefit and the Child Care Expense Deduction which nets out on the progressive side. The largest benefits, proportionate to income, goes to families with the lowest incomes. The Liberals have a proven track record for lying.
  111.
  112. Trudeau advises that he understands the plight of the middle-class while also advising that, if elected, he'll be imposing more taxes upon us. So much for helping the middle-class. As noted in the article, a study by Employment and Social Development Canada was leaked to the media last year claiming that the middle class was faltering and that the Canadian dream was over. As further noted, this was very convenient for Trudeau who was alleging that the middle-class plight would be a top priority. In the meantime, thanks to Harper, Canada already has the richest middle class in the world.
  113.

  173.
  174. Trudeau advised in September 2014 (Western University in Ontario), "We have to realize that the way of thinking that got us to this place no longer holds. We have to rethink elements as basic as space and time, to go all science ‘fictiony’ on you in this sense."
  175.
  176. Trudeau was quoted in August 2014, as saying that Canada's current marijuana laws "left 475,000 people with criminal records since the Conservatives took office in 2006" despite the fact, that a reported incident doesn’t mean an arrest has been made, a charge laid or a conviction earned.
  177.
  178. Trudeau advised, "I always say that if, at a given time, I believed that Canada was really the Canada of Stephen Harper and that we were going against abortion, that we were going against gay marriage, that we were moving backwards in 10,000 different ways, maybe I would think of wanting to make Quebec a country.”
  179.
  180. Trudeau advised on February 12, 2012 (Radio Canada), “"Maybe I'd think of wanting to make Quebec a country." Trudeau championed the idea of a coalition with the Bloc Quebecois in 2008. Trudeau advised in 1999, that Quebecers are better than the rest of Canada.
  181.

Trudeau advised, “We all know what is going on here. It is nothing less than an attempt to play on people’s fears and foster prejudice, directly toward the Muslim faith.”
  187.
  188. Trudeau advised students at UBC in March, 2015, that he was supporting Harper’s hastily improvised, utterly unnecessary, reckless anti-terror bill because “I do not want this government making political hay out of an issue as important as security.” He freely acknowledged that “This conversation might be different if we weren’t months from an election campaign,” in which case he’d presumably oppose the bill for the wretched blight it is. But “we know that, tactically, this government would be perfectly happy if the opposition completely voted against this bill because it fits into their fear narrative.”
  189.
  190. Trudeau advised CPAC on May 7, 2013, that regarding the Middle East, “picking sides has been problematic.”
  191.
  192. Trudeau advised in the House of Commons on May 12, 2015, “helping everyone isn’t fair.”
  193.
  194. Trudeau advised the Toronto Star on November 4, 2014, “Income splitting is not a wise investment for Canadians.”
  195.
  196. Trudeau advised parliament on May 12, 2015, “Benefiting every single family isn’t what is fair.”

  205.
  206. Miscellaneous:
  207.
  208. Trudeau had the greatest 'absentee' rate in the house in 2013.
  209.
  210. Trudeau did a striptease at a charity fundraising event in 2011.
  211.
  212. Trudeau says employers who hire additional workers should get a one-year holiday from paying employment insurance premiums for those employees. This would leave the door wide open for dishonest employers to abuse the same way some employers have abused the Liberal’s temporary foreign workers program.
  213.
  214. Trudeau had to apologize in 2014, for his flippant comments regarding the situation in Ukraine five days after making them and less than 24 hours after his defenders denied he misspoke. The Ukrainian Ambassador had to ask Trudeau to apologize for joking about a matter that is so very serious.
  215.
  216. Trudeau accused Harper of not spending enough on the military because spending as a percentage of the GDP is at one of its lowest levels. In the meantime, Harper increased Canada’s defence budget by 27% since he took office in 2007. Although military spending has more recently been declining, we have a projected cost of 17.6B in 2016 which is still 3B more than the Liberal 2005 level. We may we need to increase military spending again, however, the increase shouldn’t be attached to the GDP nor should we allow NATO to dictate how much we should spend on our military.
  217.
  218. Trudeau and the left wing media is capitalizing on the Duffy 90K cheque fiasco. In the meantime, Liberal Senator Kenny was previously under an investigation for sexual harassment and Liberal Senator Lavigne is in jail for fraud and breach of trust. Trudeau actually defended Liberal Senator Mac Harb who was subsequently charged with falsifying expenses in excess of 230K.
  219.
  220. Trudeau charged charities 5K per speech in 2006, and 20K per speech after becoming an MP yet claims to be concerned about the plight of the middle class. Trudeau was being paid to deliver speeches while the house was sitting.
  221.
  222. In February, 2014, Trudeau was chided yet again for exercising very poor judgment for inviting the Chinese ambassador to his reception in Toronto and was accused of “crossing the line.” The NDP pointed to Trudeau’s remarks in which he praised China’s “basic dictatorship” as an example of his missteps on foreign affairs.
  223. Trudeau yelled at Environment Minister Peter Kent in the House of Commons in December 2012, calling him a "piece of sh-t" which is hardly prime ministerial behaviour. Trudeau also swore at a public family boxing match using the ‘F’ word. So much for being a role model for children.
  224.
  225. Trudeau wants to repeal a new transparency law for First Nation communities while claiming that he believes in transparency and accountability.
  226.
  227. Trudeau released an autobiography just in time for the next federal election. In the meantime, his only accomplishment is that he was elected as an MP in the riding of Papineau, Quebec in 2008, and again in 2011, after which, he was chosen to be the leader of the Liberals in 2013. He has only 6 years of political experience yet he feels qualified to take on the most important job in the country.
  228.
  229. Trudeau and the CBC were quick to broadcast the news about Michael Sona's 5K fine with possible jail time over his robo-call’s. Not a word was mentioned, however, about the 50K fine handed down by the CRTC to a left-wing union with no jail time. While the Liberals are quick to accuse the Conservatives of robo-call crime, Liberal MP Frank Valeriote, for example, was slapped with a 4,9K fine for a robo-call that broke telecom rules during the 2011 federal campaign.
  230.
  231. Trudeau claims that Harper cares not about our Aboriginal women and has been demanding a public inquiry into the murdered Aboriginal women despite the fact, that the former B.C. attorney general who headed a prior inquiry believes that a public inquiry will only delay much-needed quick action. The Conservatives have been helping Aboriginal women and has 25M committed to directly address the issue of missing and murdered Aboriginal women, 8M allocated for a national DNA-based missing persons index and has given give Aboriginal women living on First Nations reserves the same matrimonial rights as all Canadians including access to emergency protection orders in violent situations.
  232.
  233. Trudeau received considerable attention when news broke that his home was broken into. In the meantime, his home wasn't a targeted break-in but a simple situation where an intoxicated youth entered the wrong house. Possibly another publicity stunt aided and abetted by the pro-Liberal media?
  234.
  235. While Harper has made nine annual trips to the Arctic with an eye to staking our claim and developing the area, Trudeau was recently asking if the North Pole should be part of Canada. In the meantime, Trudeau advised on December 5, 2013 (Ottawa Sun), “Do you think the claim to the North Pole is with Canada? 'I'm going to defer to scientists."
  236.
  237. Trudeau claimed to support the gun registry only to later advise that it would be too "divisive" to be re-introduced. Trudeau subsequently changed his mind again by making a statement in support of Quebec's efforts to bring the gun registry back only to later advise that the gun registry was an example of failed public policy.
  238. When the CBC asked Trudeau if Canada should negotiate with the Taliban, Trudeau mistook the CBC reporter for Sun News. Trudeau was in disbelief that the CBC would actually ask him a real question.
  239.
  240. Liberal Pascale Brisson contacted Trudeau directly with allegations of sexual bullying against Liberal Senator Collin Kenny in August 2013. Trudeau sat on it for three months without acting on Brisson’s behalf or sanctioning the Liberal Senator.
  241.
  242. Trudeau recently suspended Scott Andrews and Massimo Pacetti in the absence of any formal complaints from two female NDP MPs and was left scrambling to justify his actions. The female MPs were livid with Trudeau for victimizing them yet a second time by publicizing their complaints without first consulting with them. In the meantime, Scott Andrews was previously reprimanded when another Liberal staffer complained that he had behaved inappropriately towards her. The
  243. Liberal staffer has since lodged a formal complaint which will form part of the party’s arm’s-length investigation into the affair by a lawyer or judge.
  244.
  245. Trudeau has painted himself and his candidate Filomena Tassi into a political and moral corner with this statement, “she has already agreed to vote in favour of a woman’s right to choose. That’s how she’s become a candidate.” The only problem being that Tassi happens to be a Catholic chaplain at an Ontario high school. Tassi has either denounced her Catholic faith in order to try and get elected or is allowing Trudeau to lie about her being pro-abortion in order to try and get elected, her choice which one.
  246.
  247. Trudeau was railing against Harper’s latest firearms act, Bill C-42 but his complaints were so far off base that he came across as clueless. The new Bill merely removes layers of redundant firearms regulations without removing safeguards that protect the public from criminal use of guns.
  248.
  249. Trudeau claimed that Harper wasn’t helping our farmers. In the meantime, Harper has tabled legislation aimed at ensuring producers get paid for their crops and to allow for the testing of grain from east of the Prairies. The bill also calls for increased fines for grain dealers and elevator operators who fail to comply with regulations.
  250.
  251. Trudeau condemns Harper for not doing what the Liberals made it impossible for him to do by failing to reach their own even more absurdly unattainable environmental targets, before they were were thrown out of office in 2006.
  252.
  253. After the Conservatives advised Eve Adams that she was not welcome to run for the Conservatives, she defected to the Liberal party. This clearly highlights yet another example of Trudeau’s lack of judgment. He brought her into his party in anticipation that her fiance, Dimitri Soudas, would tell him all of Harper’s secrets. As reported by the Toronto Star, “Yet there was Trudeau on Monday morning, trying to put a bright shiny bow on what was obviously a crass move on both sides" and "It was just weeks ago that the Liberal leader told the Star in a year-end interview that almost nine years of Conservative rule have produced a legacy of “cynicism” among voters. He was right about that. Too bad he has chosen to add to that legacy with such an opportunistic maneuver."
  254.
  255. Trudeau advised that he shared an “unwavering and passionate desire for a free and prosperous Russia” with the late Mr. Nemtsov. He implied that the Liberals are Canada’s equivalent to the Russian opposition, that Trudeau was the Nemtsov to Harper’s Putin and that Nemtsov lost the chance to bring the kind of progress to Russia that Trudeau wants to bring to Canada. One slight problem being that Trudeau never met with Boris Nemtsov but rather, with Mikhail Kasyanov in Ottawa.
  256. The head of an organization representing Estonian-Canadians accused the Liberals of “political gamesmanship” in March, 2015, for opposing the location for the Memorial to the Victims of Communism. The president of the Estonian Central Council in Canada, said members of his community took “deep offence” to their statements last week urging the federal government to relocate the memorial.
  257.
  258. Trudeau opposed Harper’s belief that newcomers shouldn’t be hidden behind niquabs while swearing their allegiance to Canada in citizenship ceremonies and accused Harper of being anti-Muslim. Trudeau later supported veil bans in all of Quebec.
