i feel a throbbing on the left side of your brain
and as you pull away from your face
sink your teeth to taste blood they will never drink because

You are not blessed You are not holy there is no purpose
to this existence as there is no end
in the horizon and you think (not for the first time) how

a slip of the tongue is a slip of a knife
and words hold weight like silence can slice
skin to breathe open with thoughts sewn shut but

you will never speak these things into existence.

because to exist is	to be
and 	to be	is
too much	pressure

and it is no longer 3:04 AM and i am no longer here and there is a window shining blue on a face called mine but i see no sky and there are more words on a screen that does not let air through and they say:

What if the pressure is too much, and we turn to see a black hole sitting in the pew next to us?
