  89. Are we delivering the fastest, friendliest, most useful customer service?
  90.  
  91. How do we know we are delivering the fastest service? Are we under the
  92. maximum target for all the call types we take? Are we staying out of wrap and
  93. idle so we can take as many calls as possible during our shift? Are we
  94. signing back on Aspect promptly when we come back from break or lunch? Are we
  95. on the phone as much as we can be each and every day? If we are doing all of
  96. these things, then we are helping deliver the fastest customer service!

  98. So, are we delivering the friendliest customer service? Basically, if we
  99. are treating each and every one of our members like we would want our
  100. grandmother or someone special in our lives to be treated, then we probably are
  101. giving the friendliest customer service.
  102.  
  103. Last, but not least, are we delivering the most useful customer service?
  104. We need to be sure that we ask our members to carry out our instructions, not
  105. order them to. Be patient while talking them through the solution. Make
  106. our members feel good about their whole interaction with you. Relay our
  107. desire to help them and remain positive throughout the call. Active listening
  108. skills help us to be sure we understand the problem and give the correct
  109. solution. The bottom-line, do everything in our power to take care of our
  110. members' problems.

  113. friendliest, most useful customer service?",then we will be helping provide our
  114. members with the fastest, friendliest and most useful customer service that
  115. will create a lasting and positive impression of AOL. :

  223. Many people do not realize that the snowshoe can be
  224. used for a great many things besides walking on snow.
  225. For instance, it can be used to carry pancakes from the
  226. stove to the breakfast table. Also, it can be used to carry
  227. uneaten pancakes from the table to the garbage.
