20:35<SpiritOfFate>	Group 0: *Epitaph* - Session #9 starts now

20:39<SpiritOfFate>	A knock on the door takes the attention of Knick_Knack and Royal_Lace. The filly Firefly is just outside with a glass of water, and Wintergreen with something a bit more important. The key to their freedom, just holding it seems to lighten a burden from her shoulders.
20:41*	Firefly would like to reach the door handle, but she can't. She'd spill the water if she jumped...and she can't fly. Stupid wing bindings.
20:43<SpiritOfFate>	Whiskey Heart checks upstairs, after all the others.
20:43*	Royal_Lace face is blushes a bit as she looks between the door and Nick-Nack, as much as she reasoned what the mare had said could be interpreted in many diffrent ways she was fairly certain she knew what her owner ment. "I...", began the mare as she searched for something to say, "Should get that, we can talk more abou this in private later miss". Stepping to the door she opens it with as much speed and grace as she can manage.
20:44*	Royal_Lace wonders how she keeps getting into this same situation
20:45*	Wintergreen smiles faintly as Royal_Lace opens the door, patting Firefly to go through. "Deliver your water, Firefly. I'm sure she'll be very appreciative." Wintergreen nods to Royal_Lace, gesturing for her to leave the room for a moment.
20:46*	Firefly steps forward with a smile, water balanced on her head as she walks over to the Pirate Mare. "Hi! I got your drink!"
20:47*	Royal_Lace smiles as she steps aside to let Firefly into the room with the drink, her mind running a mile a minute as she tries her best to composer herself.
20:47*	Wintergreen keeps gesturing for Royal_Lace to follow her out of the room as she steps back.
20:49*	Royal_Lace is a bit preocupied but eventually notices Wintergreens motions, looking back around to Nicknack she smiles again, "Pardon me for a moment miss, I just need to... collect my thoughts for a moment". Steping ouside into the hall she whispers to miss green, "What is it, did you find something?"
20:51*	Wintergreen nods and quickly shows the black key. "Yes," before putting it away again and whispering, "it unlocks our collars."
20:51<SpiritOfFate>	Knick huffs slightly, seeming uncomfortable, her eyes move down to Firefly and the glass. "Ah... good." She takes the glass and gulps the water at once.
20:52*	Firefly smiles up at the Dread Pirate Knick Knack as she gulps down her water. "Wow, your thirsty. Should I get you some more water?"
20:53*	Royal_Lace grins, "Oh well that is good news!". Looking back over her shoulder at the room an uncomfortable look comes over her face, "I...I...Im glad that one of us found someting of use".
20:54*	Wintergreen shakes her head. "Whatever she wants... ignore it. We can escape soon, we just need to get out of this house."
20:55<SpiritOfFate>	"...yeah. That'd help, I guess." She shifts over the carpet, her eyes moving down.
20:56*	Royal_Lace grimances, "Yes... of course". Moving to the door a dour look crosses her face, "We should get back in there, she may want something ells before we go". Before steping inside Lace sucks it up and puts on a happy smile, then trots in.
20:56*	Wintergreen sighs and follows after Royal_Lace into the room.
20:58*	Firefly claps her hooves together, happy to help. "Ok! More water, coming up! I wonder how many glasses I can carry at once..." The filly muses before shrugging, taking the glass from Knick Knack and filly-hopping out of the room. She's even humming a happy tune.
20:58*	Royal_Lace sees Nick Nack looking down and moves next to her, sitting down next to her
20:59*	Wintergreen moves to the other side of Knick Knack.
21:00*	Royal_Lace smiles politely "Dont look all down Miss, your water is here... and so are we.  so if you need anything ells just let me know, alright?"
21:01*	Wintergreen smiles reluctantly, feeling a little bit sorry for the Knick Knack, as much as she could for a slaver.
21:03<SpiritOfFate>	Knick nods, acknowledging it silently, looking lost within her eyes.
21:07*	Royal_Lace continues to smile, "Is there anything you want miss before we retire to our quarters at the slave house for the evening... from any of us?"
21:07*	Firefly makes her way to the kitchen again, looking for the Donkey Jenny that was doing the dishes.
21:12<SpiritOfFate>	The larger jenny smiles as she sees the filly back. "Hello again."
21:13*	Firefly smiles up at the jenny. "Hi bestest cook! The pirate mare wants more water." The filly is lacking a glass to bring back up.
21:15<SpiritOfFate>	Knick opens her mouth and closes it again. She shifts, pauses and looks back at Royal_Lace. "...you- no... hm... stay here?"
21:17*	Wintergreen raises an eyebrow. "Shall I leave then, or stay?"
21:18*	Royal_Lace looks to Wintergreen, "You can take Firefly home if you want, I can stay with Miss Nick_Nack"
21:19*	Wintergreen nods, looking to Knick Knack for permission to leave.
21:28<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack moves her eyes to Wintergreen. "...stay."
21:29*	Wintergreen slowly nods. "Right... then may I at least tell Whiskey_Heart to take Firefly back to the plantation house?"
21:32<SpiritOfFate>	"Hm... mhmm." Knick Knack nods.
21:33*	Royal_Lace looks over to Wintergreen, not really knowing what to do beyond just waiting for instruction
21:36*	Wintergreen sighs and heads out of the room, looking for Whiskey_Heart and quickly trotting over to him. "Whiskey, I need you to take Firefly back to the plantation." She takes out the black key and hoofs it over to him. "Take this and use it to unlock your collar. I know Sotho needs it as well... so give it to him if you can."
21:40<SpiritOfFate>	Carrot takes another glass and gives it to Firefly, amused. "There you go, sweetie."
21:40<SpiritOfFate>	Whiskey acknowledges, takes the key and sets off after Firefly, in the way Whiskey would do.
21:41*	Firefly nods up at the donkey jenny. "Thank you!" She smoothly trots away, continuing where she left off in her song. "A true, true friend..."
21:42*	Wintergreen takes a deep breath before heading back into the bedroom, taking a seat next to Knick Knack.
21:46<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack stays between them, her eyes moving and turning back, she shifts and fidgets. "So... " She gulps.
21:47*	Wintergreen sighs and reluctantly nudges Knick Knack. "What's on your mind?"
21:47*	Firefly off-key singing can be heard through the halls of the house till she meets up with Whiskey Heart, where it stops. Silence proceeds through the house for a few minutes before a shout of "No! Mamma said I was supposed to stay with Miss Green!" can be heard.
21:49*	Wintergreen winces.
21:52*	Royal_Lace feels a bit uncomfortable, shifting her weight between her hooves as she waits for something to hapen, ears twitching at the sound of the young filly downstairs.
21:54*	Wintergreen frowns. She can't leave Firefly alone... She promised she'd keep her with her... She takes a deep breath before she grabs the nail out of her tail with her muzzle, turning her head to Knick Knack and pressing the nail against her neck. "You are going to help us escape."
21:55<SpiritOfFate>	Whiskey tries to calm the filly down.
21:55*	Firefly refuses to listen to Whiskey, and tries to get around him. She has water to deliver!
21:56*	Wintergreen glares up into Knick's eyes. "Don't yell, Knick Knack. Quiet."
21:57<SpiritOfFate>	The color seems to leave Knick Knack's face. She looks back and forth between Royal_Lace and Wintergreen, terrified.
21:58*	Royal_Lace eyes open wide in shock, hooves raising to her mouth at the sight of Wintergreens sudden and suprising action. "Miss Green, what are you doing!?!?"
21:59*	Wintergreen snaps at Royal_Lace. "Shut up! We need to escape, and she's a slaver... she's led us to this." She continues to stare into Knick_Knack's eyes. "Remember, quiet, or else. Where is the closest exit?"
22:01*	Firefly makes her way up the stairs, trying to keep the water from spilling as she tries to evade Whiskey Heart.
22:01*	Royal_Lace stands, her eye narrowing at Wintergreen and raising her own voice, "Miss green I am all to familure with What she is, I think it is you that has forgoten that she is still a pony. Would you want Firefly to see you like this? There dosent have to be any violence Wintergreen!"
22:03*	Wintergreen starts to tear up, thinking about Firefly. "This is for Firefly... Royal_Lace, go get Firefly, we /are/ leaving. Keep her out of the room."
22:04*	Royal_Lace eyes Wingergreen with a serious look, "Not till you promis not to hurt her!"
22:04<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack stutters, "...b-but... uh... " She whines at the nail, her eyes moving to Royal_Lace pleadingly. "...front door?"
22:05*	Wintergreen growls. "I can't promise that. Go. Out. Now." She stares harshly at Knick. "/Other/ ways. Unguarded ways?"
22:06*	Firefly has to slip, slide, and even take a few steps back down the stair case, but eventually she makes it to the top of the steps. Whiskey Heart is a persistent Pony! She poses momentarily, victorious, as she starts to make her way to Knick Knack's room.
22:07<SpiritOfFate>	"...ah!" Her gears start to grind, as slowly as ever. "...I-I..." She huffs,
22:07*	Royal_Lace frowns, "...dont to anything, please...Ill see to Firefly but just dont do anything hasty". Backing up to the door she opens it and looks about for the filly, closing the door behind her.
22:07*	Royal_Lace "Firefly, are you here?"
22:08*	Royal_Lace also looks about for something to write with and on
22:08*	Wintergreen presses the nail lightly against her neck. "Tell me where."
22:08*	Firefly grins from down the hallway, walking toward Miss Pretty Pony. "Hi Miss Pretty Pony! Mr. Whiskey thought he could stop me from delivering this water, but nuh-uh! I'm the bestest water deliverer ever! Oooh, do I have my cutie mark?"
22:10*	Royal_Lace eyes start to tear up a bit but she quickly slowls down her emotions and puts on a light smile for Firefly, "No, im afraid not dear. but think about it like this, if your this good at delivering water and its not your special talent just think how incredibly good you will be at what you were ment to do! Now why dont you sit with me a bit, Miss Green is having a nice chat right now"
22:12*	Firefly looks up at Royal Lace and bites her lip, looking from Miss Lace and the Door fairly unsure. "But...I'm supposed to bring this water to the Pirate Mare."
22:13<SpiritOfFate>	"Uh, basement?" She shinks away. "D-don't hurt me..."
22:14*	Royal_Lace magically lifts the water from Firefly and holds it in the air, giving Firefly a smile. "Im sure it can wait a little longer, Miss Green really needs to talk to Miss Nack about big pony things right now. But you could help me if you like, I really need paper and quill Firefly and your the best pony for the job, could you help me look for some?"
22:15*	Wintergreen keeps the nail firmly against Knick's neck. "I won't, if you keep helping me. Where does the basement lead to?"
22:16*	Firefly looks up at the levitating glass of water and then back at Royal Lace. "Uh...well...if you can give it to her, that should work." Firefly stands on her hindlegs and gives Royal Lace a salute before she starts checking the upstairs rooms for paper and a quill.
22:17*	Royal_Lace opens the door and slides the drink inside, eyeing Wintergreen to make sure she hasnt done something aweful before closing it again and following Firefly
00:33<SpiritOfFate>	"Uh, outside." Knick Knack says to Wintergreen, blinking.
00:34*	Wintergreen presses the nail a tad firmer, drawing a line of blood. "You are not lying...right?"
00:35*	Royal_Lace pokes her head into some of the upstairs rooms looking for the young filly, "Firefly?"
00:35<SpiritOfFate>	Sotho and Ignis find themselves on a hallway in the back of the house, other doors in opposite sides of it.
00:35*	Sotho looks around
00:36*	Firefly is trying doors that don't lead to the Pirate Mare's or the Bathroom, looking for one that's unlocked.
00:36*	Ignis moves along with Sotho while hauling the safe. "I have no idea where we should go..." The dragon moves on to try the doors.
00:37<Sotho>	"Neither do I." He moves with Ignis
00:38*	Ignis tries door #1
00:39<SpiritOfFate>	On the upper floor, across Knick Knack's room, the other bedroom is still unlocked and dark.
00:39*	Firefly heads inside that room, looking for a light switch so she can better find the items Miss Pretty Pony needs.
00:40*	Royal_Lace moves to firefly, "There you are dear". Stepping inside the room she lights it up with her magic, "We should be able to find what I need in here"
00:41<SpiritOfFate>	Through the door, Ignis and Sotho see a kitchen and the glance of someone working by the sink, humming.
00:41*	Firefly jumps a bit at the voice and winces at the light. "Thanks!" The pegasus filly starts looking around the room for paper, quills, hats, pirate loot...and, since it isn't her room, she can make a mess and not get in trouble. Yay!
00:42<Sotho>	"Not the right way." He whispers to Ignis
00:42*	Ignis nods and falls back to try the other door.
00:44*	Sotho follows Ignis
00:45<SpiritOfFate>	There are paper and a quill with ink over the desk. There is also a hat over the drawer, but it's not a pirate one, just a plain old pre-war one.
00:46*	Firefly looks over at the hat and shakes her head. "Miss Pretty Pony, do you think you can make that into a Pirate Hat?
00:46*	Firefly "
00:46<SpiritOfFate>	This door leads to a larger hall, filled with trinkets and gizmos, where Whiskey Heart is.
00:46*	Wintergreen sighs. "Knick Knack, do you have any weapons in this house?"
00:47*	Royal_Lace collects the paper and quill but looking over to the filling looking she smiles and floats it over to her, smiling. "Maybe, with some time. But not tonight dear. In the meantime I think you look very nice in it as it is, like a detective from an old equestria novel"
00:48*	Firefly gasps, her eyes wide. "Like Daring Do and the Mystery of the Mysterious Mausoleum! Its my favorite!" The filly jumps up and down excitedly.
00:49<Sotho>	"Oh, Whiskey Heart." Sotho says to her. "Hello."
00:49*	Royal_Lace smiles as she takes a quill and starts to write out a note before folding it and floating it over to Firefly. "Thats right Firefly, and would you like a job to handle. One like something Daring Do might be tasked with?"
00:50*	Ignis blinks. "Whiskey...just, why are you standing around here?"
00:50<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack curls up  in fear. "I-I don't know!" Tears start running down her face. "...why are you doing this to me?"
00:50*	Firefly salutes Royal_Lace. "I'll be the bestest detective ever!"
00:51<SpiritOfFate>	Whiskey Heart answers in the way he obviously would, and gives Sotho the key.
00:52*	Royal_Lace smiles, "I know I piced the right filly for the job! Now here is your task, Later tonight I might have to go for a bit. If that happens I need you to give this letter to Miss green or that nice Zebra Sotho if you can find him. Can you do that dear?"
00:52*	Wintergreen grimaces. "Do you know what you've all done to us? We're slaves. All we want is our freedom... I'm sorry, Knick Knack, but I need to escape with Firefly. I made a promise to her parents."
00:52*	Sotho unlockes his collar happily, throwing it away. "Good riddance."
00:52<Sotho>	"Where is the rest of our group?" He asks
00:52*	Firefly thinks for a moment before nodding. "Ok! I'll hide it under the hat and smuggle it in!"
00:55*	Royal_Lace beams, smiling at Firefly. "What a smart idea Firefly! Your the best detective I have ever met! now lets go wait for Miss green in the hall"
00:55<SpiritOfFate>	Whiskey Heart indicates upstairs and fetches the collar to extract the bombs.
00:56*	Ignis sighs, that safe was heavy...anyways, he moves in tandem with Sotho upwards. "Thanks, we'll RV with them."
00:57*	Firefly giggles up at Royal_Lace and walks out of the room. "Oooh! Should we look for clues in the other room?" Firefly asks, pointing at the still-locked door.
00:57*	Sotho nods, trotting with Ignis.
00:57<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack just whines pathetically.
00:58*	Royal_Lace looks at the nearest locked door and shrugs, "I suppose it couldnt hurt to try". Levetating out the keys from before she tries them one at a time on the door.
00:58*	Wintergreen groans. "Knick Knack. Get up. You are showing us to the basement, and to weapons if any." She reminds Knick of the nail by pricking her neck.
01:00*	Firefly nods before she realizes something: She hasn't put the hat on yet! She puts the silly thing on her head, the note underneath...only to have it be too big, and the brim slide down to cover her eyes. She fiddles with it for a bit before she finds a way to make it fit, sticking the note in the brim of the hat so it doesn't fall out.
01:01*	SpiritOfFate Knick Knack hops up, shaking. "I- the weapons are in the guard shack, I think." She moves to leave the room under Wintergreen's command.
01:03*	Sotho and Ignis are up the stairs now?
01:03*	Wintergreen nods and motions for Knick Knack to follow, exiting the room and looking around for the others. "Remember, quiet, Knick Knack..."
01:04<SpiritOfFate>	The door unlocks, leading Royal_Lace and Firefly  to an office with a larger desk, book covered shelves and a safe.
01:04*	Royal_Lace is standing in the hall with Firefly who has just opened the door
01:04<SpiritOfFate>	Ignis and Sotho make their way upstairs.
01:05*	Sotho looks around upstairs fo their group
01:05*	Firefly goes inside the room, looking around and letting loose a low whistle. "Miss Pretty Pony, can you open the safe? They keep all the important clues in those...I'll check the book shelves for a secret room!" Firefly gets to work searching the bookshelves and the desk.
01:05*	Ignis looks for the ponies.
01:06<Royal_Lace>	me smiles at the filly, floating her keys away and pulling out a bobby pin to try a hoof at the safe. "Sure Firefly, Ill see what I can do"
01:11*	Firefly is currently in a bedroom, wearing a hat that might be a size too big for her? She currently is looking through a desk while Royal Lace is picking the lock on a safe.
01:11*	Wintergreen is outside in the hallway, waiting next to Knick Knack for the others.
01:12<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack trots along with Wintergreen. Sotho and Ignis are also on the upper hallway.
01:14*	Sotho sees Wintergreen holding Knick Knack Hostage. "What are you doing?" He asks, annoyed as he sets down the safe
01:14*	Royal_Lace is sure she has the lock on the ropes, dispite how hard it had been she knew it was only a matter of time till she had the safe open
01:15*	Wintergreen frowns. "I'm getting us out."
01:15*	Ignis frowns at Sotho as he drops the safe, leaving it as well. "What does it look she is doing?" he rolls his eyes. "What we should be doing, sooner or later."
01:16<SpiritOfFate>	Firefly manages to find a Daring Do book among all the other ones with complicated and boring names. The desk is full of writing materials, and there is a terminal. The safe has a bag of 200 caps and a second back with 3 small pearls
01:16<Sotho>	"By threatening to kill a mare?" He asks.  "That's not right."
01:16<Ignis>	"Yeah, she has a nail...one step down from mass murder."
01:17<Sotho>	"Killing is killing." He says to Ignis
01:17*	Royal_Lace lifts the sack of caps from the safe and turns to Firefly, "Oh Firefly, I think I found your treasure"
01:17*	Ignis shakes his head. "She has plenty of meat to stand being poked...I bet it must even tickle her."
01:17<Wintergreen>	"She's a slaver! I can't do anything else, Sotho!"
01:18<Sotho>	"You can." He says. "You can let her go and keep an eye on her." He says. "You don't have to threaten her life to keep her quiet."
01:18<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack whines. "...I gave you food..."
01:18<Sotho>	"What would Firefly think?" He asks.
01:19*	Firefly giggles and grabs the book, ignoring the terminal. "Yay! I got a new story for Miss Green to read me!" She puts the book on her back and looks at Royal_Lace. "Ooooh! We got the pirate's treasure, now we can sail off-". The thump of the safe in the hallway and the arguing interrupts her. The filly runs outside at hearing Miss Green's voice raised and angry, looking ready for a fight that...
01:19*	Firefly ...isn't there. "Miss Green, Mr. Ignis Dragon, Mr. Sotho Zebra...you captured the Pirate Mare and we got her treasure!"
01:19*	Sotho looks to Knick Knack. "And I thank you for that, you treated us better than your otherslaves for an unknown reason to me."
01:19<Ignis>	"We are not pets" The dragon says, then looks at...the rest of the group.
01:19*	Wintergreen stomps her hooves. "She's a fucking slaver!" She turns to Knick. "Oh, great! Thanks for the food, I'm so glad for that. So much better than freedom!"
01:20*	Sotho frowns. "So?" He asks. "she's doing what she knows, and we need to be better than that."
01:21<Sotho>	"I've been a slave for three years, I've been punished over and over, but I always had hope that I would return to my wife and child happily. But I will not be able to see them if I have the blood of someone we didn't need to kill on my hooves."
01:21*	Royal_Lace follows Firefly out into the hall, carying the sack of caps and setting them down for anypony to pick up. Nodding in aproval she looks to Sotho, "Quite right"
01:21*	Ignis looks at Sotho "We don't have time to discuss that, and we can't step down now, okay?" The dragon looks at Knick and Wintergreen. "As long as she coperates, we won't harm her."
01:21*	Wintergreen shakes her head. "/She/ needs to do better. Really Sotho? /We/ need to do better? What should I just lay over and die? Should I just let /Firefly/ live the life of a slave? Should I just break her parent's promise?"
01:22<Sotho>	"NO." He says angerly. "You should know to do better than what you're doing!" He says. "As I said, you need not threaten her with her life. Just keep and eye on her until we escape."
01:22*	Firefly looks between Wintergreen and Sotho. She looks more than a little confused by the argument, but goes over and picks up the sack of caps. "Uh...Miss Green? Mr. Sotho Zebra?" The filly looks confused in her over-sized hat, bag of caps and pearls, and with her book. The kid really needs a pair of saddlebags.
01:22*	Sotho has saddlebag and armor now btw
01:23*	Ignis needs one as well, can't store stuff on his captcha...err, on his lap forever.
01:24*	Wintergreen kicks at the floor. "Whatever. I'm not arguing this anymore. We need to go. Weapons are in the shed nearby, but there is an exit in the basement. And Knick Knack is coming with us."
01:24*	Royal_Lace gives a worried look to Nick_Nack and the tiny prick on her throat where Wintergreen had pressed the nail.
01:24*	Sotho frowns. "Just remember." He looks to Firefly and then to Wintergreen. "You are showing her what's right and wrong right now."
01:24<Ignis>	"Which shed, the one by the garage?" The dragon shakes his head. "We just came from there."
01:25*	Wintergreen looks to Knick Knack. "Which shed?"
01:25*	Royal_Lace looks to the dragon, "Are weapons more valuable than time right now? I belive if we are to run we should go imediately"
01:25*	Wintergreen pointedly ignores Sotho.
01:25*	Ignis looks at Royal_Lace. "What use is to escape if we can't withstand the wilds?"
01:25*	Sotho nods. "If it is indeed the same shed, there was nothing of interest."
01:26*	Ignis taps his claw over the safe. "Perhaps there might be one here..."
01:27*	Firefly looks over at Sotho. "Mr. Sotho, can you carry this for me?" She points at the book and the small bag. She looks over at Wintergreen. "Miss Green? Are we leaving? Can I remove the bindings? Are we going to see Momma and Dad?"
01:27*	Royal_Lace pulls out her bobby pin and moves to the safe, sighing as she gos to work. "I shall se if I can unlock it quickly"
01:27*	Sotho takes the stuff. "Of course. I don't mind."
01:28*	Wintergreen sighs. "We are going to try..." She mutters, "but it will be hard with being pacifists." She shakes her head. "Yes, you can remove your bindings."
01:29*	Firefly smiles up at Sotho in her oversize hat. "Thanks!" She looks over at Wintergreen before jumping up and giving her a big hug. "Yay! Thank you!" She removes the wing bindings post haste, and stretches her wings. She even takes off into the air, and tries to do a somersault!
01:29<Sotho>	"Pacifist?" He asks. "No, If we are attacked I will attack back. Knick Knack has not attacked us, infact she has treated us better than most would, allowing for our escape."
01:30*	Ignis nods. "Yes, and we retributed that by doing no harm to her so far." He sighs. "Just...let us get over with it, okay?"
01:31*	Firefly doesn't just do one somersault, she does three, followed by a triple-axle. She is laughing like a child that's gotten to run for the first time in a long, long time.
01:32*	Wintergreen turns to Sotho and moves to him, whispering as for nopony else to hear. "I was doing what I thought was best to defend Firefly, and if you get in the way of that in the future," she shakes her head and turns away. "Forget it, we need to move."
01:33*	Sotho loses his composure as he sees Firefly and smiles. "Yes... let's drop it for a bit. We need to escape first." He frowns again at Wintergreen. "All I'm going to say to you right now, is that I thought you were better."
01:33<SpiritOfFate>	The safe seems to hold a the landfill's stash of contrabanded drugs, 4 Dash, 3 Rage, 2 Buck, 5 Mint-Als and even one Hydra
01:33*	Ignis looks at the drugs. "Dammit..."
01:33*	Royal_Lace swings the safe open, "Take what you all wish..."
01:34<Ignis>	"Lock it up again and leave it to Chroma."
01:34<Sotho>	"Who is chroma?" He asks, confused.
01:35*	Ignis pushes the safe shut again, sighing...luck.
01:35*	Firefly flies above the others, doing her best to keep the hallway clear for everypony.
01:35<Ignis>	"The nurse. Figures the meds are better use to the slaves here than us, after all."
01:35*	Wintergreen turns to Knick Knack. "I am sorry. Okay? Now please... lead us to the basement. We will release you after that."
01:36*	Sotho shakes his head." Not important." He looks to Knick Knack. "Please, can you lead us to the basement?" He asks smiling. "I promise that no one will hurt you."
01:36*	Ignis leaves the safe aside and scoots down after Wintergreen and the others, keeping a tight claw into his shooter.
01:37<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack sobs, nodding and trotting to the stairs.
01:38*	Royal_Lace follows
01:38*	Sotho follows Knick Knack, keeping her close in his vision
01:39*	Wintergreen follows sullenly. She tried to do what was best...
01:39<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack eyes Royal_Lace sadly as she descends. Getting to the lower hallway, a sound of hoofsteps come from the main hall on the other side of the wall.
01:39*	Firefly flies over to Knick Knack and gives her a hug. "I'm sorry we have to go, but I got to go back to my Momma and Papa. Maybe if I ask nicely they'll let me come and play again?" The filly asks the question with a smile to the Pirate Mare.
01:41*	Sotho clenches as he sees Firefly hug Knick Knack, and he watches closesly, making sure no funny moves happen
01:45<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack seems to calm down a bit. "T-that... nah... like it would h-happen..." She just keeps trotting to a door at the end of this hallway, opening a door with stairways further down.
01:45*	Royal_Lace trots along silently, a glum look on her face dispite how close they were to freedom
01:45*	Firefly giggles and then her eyes go wide as an idea pops in her head. "Ooooh! Miss Green! Can Hearty and her older sister come with us?"
01:46*	Sotho trots along, following Knick Knack, and wanting to tell Firefly they couldn't be he decided Wintergreen should.
01:47*	Wintergreen shakes her head. "I am sorry, Firefly, but they cannot... but don't worry about that, we'll be seeing your parent soon."
01:48*	Firefly nods before landing softly on Wintergreen's back. "Oh, ok. I wonder if Momma and Papa will let me come and visit..."
01:48*	Ignis walks along with the ponies. "What about Whiskey?"
01:49<SpiritOfFate>	You make your way though a dusty basement, along with Whiskey, to another stairway across it.
01:50<Sotho>	"Is that the way?" He asks Knick Knack.
01:51<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack nods silently.
01:52*	Royal_Lace looks up the steps, moving closer to Nick Nack, "Where dose it go?"
01:52<Sotho>	"Is there anything you're not telling us about it?"
01:54<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack blinks at Sotho. "...what?" She looks back at Royal_Lace, and faces away. "It goes outside..."
01:55<Sotho>	"Like about the path." He says. "Is there any extra ways in there for us to get lost or does it go straight out?"
01:57<Ignis>	"She is with us, its on her best interest for us to leave the sooner.." He says, nodding. "If there were something about it, she'd say it already."
01:58*	Royal_Lace looks to Wintergreen , "Are you happy now, can we please let her go? Your terrifying her with that rusty old bit of scarp Miss Green"
01:59*	Firefly looks to the other ponies. "Why not have her guide us out? This way we can't get lost!"
01:59<Ignis>	"We are not letting her off the hook until we are out."
01:59*	Wintergreen nods. and spits the nail out, leaving it on the ground.
02:00*	Ignis gaze off to Knick, biting his lower lip slightly. "Its nothing personal, we... are just assuring that you hold your end of the deal."
02:01*	Sotho nods. "I still hold true to my promise, none of us will hurt you."
02:03<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack doesn't say anything. She just starts wearily climbing the stairway to the other side, opening the hatch. The fresh breeze of the night enters the basement.
02:04*	Royal_Lace follows close behind Nick Knack
02:05*	Wintergreen follows after.
02:05*	Royal_Lace dose her best to stay between Wintergreen and NickNack
02:05*	Ignis goes after them.
02:05*	Firefly stays on Wintergreen's back. Where Wintergreen goes, so does Firefly!
02:05*	Sotho waits behind the group, going last outside
02:06<SpiritOfFate>	She steps outside, behind bushes, across the road and some ways from the main entrance of the building. "S-so..."
02:08<Sotho>	"We're out." He says smiling. He looks to Knick Knack. "thank you. But, remember something from this. You need to do better than what you are doing. Ponies are not property." He smiles. "You're a lovely mare. You seem to be rather smart, you can try to do something different, something better."
02:09<SpiritOfFate>	As you cross the hatch, you feel a lightness inside you, spreading through each of your chests.
02:09*	Royal_Lace looks at the door they just exited
02:10*	Wintergreen blinks and turns to Knick Knack. "Wait. Where is Overgrowth's?"
02:10*	Ignis takes a deep breath at the refreshing night air...just...so nice and pleasant. It was very nice...
02:12<SpiritOfFate>	The door seems to have an old lock.
02:12<SpiritOfFate>	Knick Knack frows at Wintergreen, looking down. "...I don't know."
02:13*	Wintergreen nods. "That's fine... thanks anyway."
02:13*	Royal_Lace leans in and whispers something to NickNack
02:14*	Firefly looks over at Wintergreen and nods. "Well, we need to find a town made of plants." Firefly nods with certainty.
02:16*	SpiritOfFate Knick Knack nods to Royal_Lace and seems to get a bit calmer.
02:16<Sotho>	"Should be easy to find." He chuckles. "Just." He looks back to Knick Knack. "Do better, okay?" He smiles lightly and looks to the group. "Can we let her go?"
02:19*	Firefly looks at Wintergreen with a tired smile. "Miss Green? Where are we going to sleep? I'm tired."
02:20*	Wintergreen nods. "Yes, soon."
02:20<Ignis>	"We should get a move into it...while we still can."
02:21*	Royal_Lace looks back to the house, "I could go and take her back inside... lock her in a room so she cant warn the guard and teleport outside the gate to meet you. Dose anyone object to this plan?"
02:22*	Firefly curls up on Wintergreen's back, and is just about to fall asleep when an earlier conversation comes to mind. The filly does her best to stay awake.
02:23<SpiritOfFate>	The wide expanse of these unknown lands is visible to you through the moonlight. The road to the beach is southwards. West, the forest, and east the plains, dotted by crumbled remains of old buildings. The road farther east goes to an agglomeration of lights far away.
