Iight so basically we gone start the wipe in the middle of peace treaty between the sound and leaf, all the upper ninjas died in some huge battle between the villages and their allies and it's now up to the younger generation(us) to fill the void. The first or second day will be everyone attending a meeting between the sound kage(who appears to be evil and has malicious intent) and the Hokage(who appears to be really happy to ally with the sound) and everything goes smooth, however due the losses in all the villages a chuunin exam will be held in a week to help along with the training of the younger generation and see if anyone is ready for a bigger role. Boom normal chuunins everything is cool, but the winner of the chuunin exams will suddenly start seeing the Hokage more and more as the Hokage attempts to take them on as a student regardless of village, and tells them that sound kage is evil and planning to kill everyone in some ritual for power. Soon after that, one of the villages(Whichever one has the most people) is attacked by a tailed beast and a strange figure with the sound kage mysteriously missing from the village and the hokage making his presence very known and helping a lot in the battle. The hokage seals the tailed beast inside the his chosen student after its defeated and everything goes back to normal until the student is alone one day and the hokage acts like everything is normal before stealing the boys body and revealing himself to the be the son from pre history and how he swore vengeance on the human race and going onto to form some evil akatsuki like group trying conquer the entire world and collect all the tailed beast to cause further warring between the villages, yada yada can be worked and editted as time goes.
