2) Behind the scenes, he is not approachable, he is dogmatic, and he is someone not many want to work with.

This case is about a member ocelet and the DN avatar he had at that time. It was discussed whether it's appropriate or not and the general conduct about the case and about the similar cases. Kuda was giving a point, to which Dan responded with this.

Here Dan first kicks an admin, MLGHeimerdinger, from the admin chat for making a harmless joke, following that he talks poorly about MLG in front of every other admin while MLGHeimerdinger is kicked, then is condescending towards a senior admin even though multiple people were in disagreement about his decision to kick MLGHeimerdinger.

As for point 2, more admins would be less inclined to share personal information, like their real names, knowing that their identity would be revealed to Konami upon request. Further, Dan failed to respect the wishes of trublu to remain anonymous so that she could judge irl and on DN without conflict and laughed it off like it was not an actual issue when approached.

Here Dan goes on about abusing his powers to take over accounts and mentions having no repercussions because Chris is not around to stop him. This came following an over the top claim that he was going to use the database to get a user’s password so he could abuse the user on a far more personal level than DN.
