Leaf Meets Rigel (Pirates)

[14:08] <Rigel> [You think this was the best idea you've had for an entry building. Grabbing the mansion that was having an open house was a fantastic idea, as you mentally pat yourself on the back. You'd prefer swimming in the ocean, but swimming in an ocean of rum isn't nearly as appealing.]
[14:09] <Rigel> [So, you'll make do with the indoor swimming pool which is thankfully still regular water. You've got your computer sitting on the edge of the pool, blasting out music, and it'll also let you know if anyone is trying to message you.]
[14:12] <@Leaf> [A message pops up on the computer reading 'I'm coming over, tell me if I am about to disturb anything' followed by a knock on the door a few seconds after]
[14:13] <Rigel> [You swim over to the computer, turn down the music and send a message back. 'Door's open. I'm in the pool.']
[14:15] <@Leaf> [You open the door, making your way through the mansion until you reach the pool, walking to the edge "I can understand how this place would be nice for a spire, but I can't help but feel the walking will wear on soon enough. How are you Rigel?"]
[14:16] <Rigel> [You wave. "Can't complain. You?" You dip your head and pull your hair back so you can get a decent look at her.]
[14:27] <@Leaf> [She has caramel skin, bright pink eyes that have little focus, shooting from one object to the next quickly, and spiked black hair. She wears a long sleeved shirt with a pink symbol on it, and a simple pair of brown jeans]
[14:32] <@Leaf> [You stand at a solid 6 feet, and have a solid build from the game, most of the scars are hidden by your clothes, but your hands can be seen as very mangled, covered in scars]
[14:36] <@Leaf> ["Walking when it is not very much needed only makes my feet sore, I prefer to avoid doing what I do when I quest"]
[14:38] <Rigel> ["Such a tough life. /Walking/." You mock gasp.]
[14:39] <@Leaf> [You grin "I'm sorry, but spending my free time walking around is not my form of relaxation, although I guess with parties that is a thing that must be dealt with"]
[14:41] <Rigel> ["So what do ya do for relaxation?" You swim lazily around the pool.]
[14:41] <@Leaf> ["I'll have to just make a sliding tray for the party, so much simpler" you seem lost in a daze for a few seconds before snapping out of it "Anyways, I came to check on how you are currently doing"]
[14:42] <@Leaf> ["I sit down, read a few pages of my book, then deal with my duties as a Ribbit admins"]
[14:43] <Rigel> ["Me? Fine. Couldn't be better really." Your night with Fumi still fresh in your mind. "Good company, free food and drink, giant mansion. Whats not to love?"]
[14:44] <@Leaf> ["It is always good to check on the health of your co-player, although we have a Life player with us, making sure everyone is alright and that they are running smoothly is needed"]
[14:46] <@Leaf> ["I know little about you, so I am hoping that if there is anything wrong you will tell me instead of sending those annoying little cries for help, that people only understand if they know what to look for"]
[14:48] <Rigel> ["Nah, nothin wrong." You swim to the edge and get out, uncaptchaing a towel and drying yourself off. "Trust me, if theres somethin wrong, you'll hear about it."]
[14:51] <@Leaf> [You nod "Good, I will most likely be the first to hear if something is wrong with you anyways, as a Maid if Time it is my job to be involved with this session, and to use Time to its full powers to do so"]
[14:52] <Rigel> [You can't help but be amused at the thought that this is probably the most...agressive maid you've had. You chuckle and shake your head. "Alright."]
[14:53] <@Leaf> ["Good, I hope that this will be a good session for the both of us, and I am sure you are already enjoying yourself" you offer a hand to shake]
[14:53] <Rigel> [You give it a firm shake. "You're not opposed to hugs I hope." You grin.]
[14:57] <@Leaf> [You look him over, still holding the hand "...They are acceptable, better if you give me warning before hand" you let go]
[14:58] <Rigel> ["I'm assumin a damp hug wouldn't go over well." Voice full of amusement.]
[15:01] <@Leaf> ["Only if I was already wet, but I assume you are done with swimming for the day"]
[15:01] <Rigel> [You shrug. "Probably. Might go back in if it takes my fancy." You idly wonder how she'd react if you 'accidentily' knocked her in.]
[15:02] <@Leaf> [It would not be a pretty sight]
[15:03] <@Leaf> ["Alright, now, as the host, it is your duty to properly serve your guests, so I will recommend that I'd enjoy a meal right now" you smile]
[15:03] <Rigel> [You pull out a shirt and pull it on before running a hand through your hair. "You want something to dri-." Seriously? Right as you were askin too.]
[15:05] <@Leaf> [You grin, moving to get the door "I think I'll go with whatever you'll recommend"]
[15:07] <Rigel> ["Alright. Hope ya like rum."]
[15:10] <@Leaf> [You open the door to let him through "I think it's a bit more like an acquired taste, but I can acquire it"]
[15:10] <Rigel> [You walk through with a grin. "Thats the spirit."]
[15:11] <@Leaf> ["Well I can't very well learn about my co-players by staring at them until I absorb their memories, can I?"]
[15:12] <Rigel> ["Well, I do have a ton of shit up on Pits, if you were so inclined to watch." You vaugely remember discussing this with her earlier.]
[15:13] <@Leaf> ["Yes, I believe you were going to give me a show?"]
[15:15] <Rigel> ["All in good time. At this rate might as well gather the entire session for it. Probably be a lot easier to get everyone together for that than a regular borin old session meetin." You make it to the kitchen, and by kitchen you mean alchemiter.]
[15:16] <@Leaf> ["That would be nice, a show to get everyone interested so that any matters we need to deal with can be done so with attentive people"]
[15:18] <Rigel> ["Don't think theres really much that needs to be done, beyond like, UUs and whatever." You're pretty sure none of them are Azurites, speedrunners, or anythin else troublesome.]
[15:21] <@Leaf> ["Mhm, still"]
[15:21] <@Leaf> ["Having things set up just in case would be smart"]
[15:21] <Rigel> [You shrug. "If ya wanna, go for it."]
[15:23] <@Leaf> ["So, what are we having today?"]
[15:23] <Rigel> [You make lunch out of a couple images Scott sent ya a while ago before headin to the kitchen where you've got a bottle of your land's rum. Pourin a small glass for Leaf and a larger one for you. "Here ya go. Hope it's alright."]

[15:25] <@Leaf> [You look at the meal, before smiling "Ah yes, excellent, your taste in food is good" you take a sip from the rum, getting a feel for its taste and strength]
[15:26] <Rigel> [It's strong, but smooth. If Leaf knew anything about rum, she'd probably be able to guess it'd be a ten or fifteen year rum. "Never been accused of havin bad taste before." You grin and raise a glass to her before taking a drink.]
[15:28] <@Leaf> [You aren't much one for drinking, but you do enjoy the smooth taste, although it is a bit stronger then your liking]
[15:31] <@Leaf> ["This from your land?"]
[15:31] <Rigel> ["So." You say, inbetween bites. "Ya talked with any of the others? And yeah. Straight from the ocean, so no shortage." You grin.]
[15:32] <@Leaf> ["Not really, I am hoping to talk to Kilika and Fumiko soon, along with June, but the others have escaped my grasp yet"]
[15:35] <@Leaf> ["Everyone but you has evaded me"]
[15:36] <Rigel> [You shrug. "I'm sure you'll catch up with them soon enough. I doubt any of them are actively avoidin ya. Except maybe June."]
[15:38] <@Leaf> ["I doubt they are, but I assume they are busy with their own personal issues at the moment"]
[15:38] <@Leaf> ["And June is next on my list for visits today, she will not get away"]
[15:39] <Rigel> ["Be sure to tell me how that goes." With more than a little amusement in your voice.]

[15:44] <Rigel> ["Wrong is such a subjective viewpoint though. I would've done it /differently/."]

[15:47] <Rigel> ["Nah, need to wait until my dreamself finds a way off Prospit for that."]

[15:51] <Rigel> ["I try. Better than not." You finish off your sandwich and continue sipping at the rum.]
[15:51] <@Leaf> [You down the rest of your drinks, then finish your sandwich before looking at the time "It was a nice visit, but there are things that must be done"]

[15:54] <Rigel> ["You too. Also." You get up and tap her on the shoulder before she leaves. "Hug."]

[15:58] <Rigel> [You hug her, nice and solid. "Alright. See ya around. Feel free to come back for the rum or company whenever."]
