  3. 1. Scrub the area with warm water (no soap). We want to clear the skin of any soaps/lotions that may be clogging the pores. The open the pores, the more your body will absorb the product.

  5. 2. Dry the area and place the wrap on the treating area. Wrap saran wrap/fab wrap/ace bandage (any of them will do) around the actual itworks wrap to keep it in place.

  7. 3. The first time you wrap you will only leave the wrap on for 45mins. During that 45mins make sure you drink at least 3-4 bottles of water. Think "drink to shrink" it's important to drink enough water so you flush out the toxins that the wrap is pulling from the area. **After your first wrap you can leave the wrap on for 45mins - 8hs. **no eating while wrapped
