Pokemon Fanfiction Thread ideas

Here are a list of ideas that came from the previous thread.  More will be added as thread count continues to rise.  Any writers, especially the new ones, can pick out an idea from here and try to work on it.  Note that there is a lot of smut ideas here, as well.

As a child born with osteoporosis, the doctor performed a special surgery, replacing his brittle bones with the elemental plates (made by Arceus) shaped like bones. Cut to several years later, where said boy is now a TV professional wrestler, fighting against other fighting types in Johto (imagine Generatiov IV).  A surprise attack by Team rocket at his work place invoke the powers of the plates in him, and unlocks the color change ability on his arms.  Punches his way through victory by using the pokemon's move type against them.  Additionally, the awakening of this ability allows him to understand and talk directly to pokemon.  With these new powers, he decides to go on a self-imposed journey to challenge and defeat all legendaries with his bare hands.  He is accompanied by his number one fan, a Female Ledian, who may act as his shield (casting reflect, light screen, etc) on his journey to best the best.  Obviously he will not only fight legendaries.

X/Y retelling, staring Callem, son of Grace and Lysandre, who hates more than he loves. His dad bailed on him before he was born, and he's a major cynic. Values bueaty like his dear old dad, but sees the potential for everyone and is disgusted by the unwillingness to act on that potential.
Instant infatuation with Serena, that sort of, kinda progresses through the story, but by the time he shows his feelings, he's too far gone to really get anything back.
Main pokemon is a Honedge that fell dormant, and he fights using it, training his soul to be strong enough to weild it and use attacks through it. Gots a ninja frog, Lucario, and a Gengar to back him up, doesn't bother with a full team. Honedge evolves into a Duoblade, but Callem doesn't evolve it beyond that, as the hilt becomes unusable. Througout the multiple Lucario encounters, it takes not of his aura fluxuating due to honedge use.
Less focus on the gym aspect, so much as character development and fighting Flare and his father. Travling, realizing that life isn't fair, etc.

A female _____ is caught by a human trainer and used, along with the rest of the team, for the rest of the story all the way up to Diantha. Then the team is taken, after a victory tour, to Kiloude City where the team is evaluated by the IV judge. The female and some other members of the team (or just one, up to you) are stated to be "outstanding over all" and have "stats that can't be beat". The trainer then takes them to the Day Care and breeds them. At first, it is reluctant breeding since the Pokemon are just friends, but then a true relationship blossoms.

SMUT IDEAS:

A trainer has an Illumise, and little does the trainer know it's breeding season.
She's expecting him to do some sort of display to get her attention, but he obviously never does, and she gets all upset about it. Whether she forces herself on the trainer or something else is up to the author to decide.

If that is too specific, then how about F Alakazam / M Trainer?
When she was a Kadabra, she found a stray sexual thought about from her trainer. Even since then, she enjoy teasing him, bending over to show her ass and such. I've always wanted to see one with an M trainer who is the type who has all the Eeveelutions, and since they are all in heat at the same time, they dom him. Best part: Waking up with a bouquet of estrus maddened eeveelutions rubbing against your face
