*Clever video!* Rather than outright suggesting what happened was staged, TheQuartering (whose beard resembles a ginger twin of David Letterman's) builds a reasonable case that the perpetrators need to be tracked down and brought to justice. Once identified a conviction (or mark against their permanent record) is guaranteed since each crime was caught on film.

TheQuartering gives a compelling reason as to why this is the correct response: there needs to be real-world consequences for these kinds of deplorable actions. We must not ignore it.
