Attainder Act

Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Resolved, that immediately upon the passage of this bill /u/Jacktri will be attained, and expelled forthwith from his parliamentary seat, which will be given according to the electoral results, as if he had not ran.

Understanding that bills of attainder are an anachronistic and vile breach of human rights, one minute after passage of this bill, no writ of attainder, or any act or bill which would have the same effect as one, may be passed.
