SATA cable is operational
c: is accessable when loaded into safe mode

conclusion: Not a problem with the hardrive and how it accesses info

checked both RAM sticks (HYPERX blu DDR3 4GB(each)) for duds, both produce the same results
when attempted regular boot

conclusion: No corrupted memory when loading stuff

Ran windows startup repair as a hail mary and looked through what it found:

Root cause found:

Repair action: Partition table repair
Result: Failed
Time taken = 140ms

checked through all of my Boot settings extensively and came to what is probably my final conclusion

conclusion: My windows OS is corrupted, Safemode runs from its own windows inside the Boot drive (X:) as of finishing this sentence
i am arranging to get a second opinion by a third party company and as a most likely result re-install windows 7 (Not making the same mistake as last time and im backing up everything to an ext hardrive ;P)
