- Ran windows startup repair as a hail mary and looked through what it found:

- Result: Failed
- Time taken = 140ms

- checked through all of my Boot settings extensively and came to what is probably my final conclusion
- conclusion: My windows OS is corrupted, Safemode runs from its own windows inside the Boot drive (X:) as of finishing this sentence
- i am arranging to get a second opinion by a third party company and as a most likely result re-install windows 7 (Not making the same mistake as last time and im backing up everything to an ext hardrive ;P)
