Lionheart recipe

LionheartX (now renamed back to Lionheart) is Lionheart with a few tunables different and a suspend profile imported from Smartass. Lionheart is based on conservative featuring some changes, tweaks and patches.

13. Port Smartass suspend code
14. Some changes on the u64 idle_time
15. Remove all commented code - Not really needed
16. Remove module_init(cpufreq_gov_dbs_init); - Not really needed

Do this and you'll have a conservative 100% identical to Lionheart. These were my steps.
