New Product Design



The primary benefits that will be shown by my 20-50 page high-level proposal for the Cardano B (if purchased) are:


1    Correct high-level architecture.  The implementation attention to detail work already shown by you and your colleagues in the existing ”Cardano A” is as good as possible given the architectural shortcomings in your initial design choices; and will still have to be made again for the new architecutre: i.e. the design document is at a high-level, based on correct architecture and applied security practices.  It is simply the idea, taken to the next level.

2    Mass-market usabilitiy, with total security.  A target audience of over 100,000,000 users.  This comes from a specific UI/UX and HCI interaction paradigms, which will be justified.  The more people can benefit from the Cardano, the more secure each Cardano user will be.  It will be as secure or more secure than the Cardano A for the usage cases described, and have a far wider audienc.e


In addition:

A secret benefit that you and Mr. Stanislav were exploring for the first Cardano, could not find, but has a solution in the Cardano B.  The exact benefit will be described.


The secret benefit is nearly an impossible requirement.  I have a specific, very interesting, solution for it.  Although it may remain in the proposal status, and may or may not be followed, it will be of great interest to you in any case.  Further, it applies only to the Cardano B and cannot be used as an addition to the current Cardano.



The end result of the proposal is a beautiful piece of equipment that has very large Total Addressable Market (TAM) and is far more secure than the Cardano A.  In addition, by virtue of some of the proposals, it will be guaranteed to get large amount of press coverage should you seek it.


My proposal and contribution is to remain uncredited.  All of the implementation details beyond the high-level architecture will have to be carried out by yourselves.



I very much believe in the ideas embodied by the Cardano.  I hope we can agree on this means whereby I could make my contribution both to strengthening the architecture of the Cardano A (your current product), as well as give design cues to bringing the Cardano B to as wide an audience as possible, with my contribution being in the form of a 20-50 page very high-level design document for your consideration.



I believe my offer, detailed in the previous email, is extremely fair and I look forward to your response at your very earliest convenience (within 3 business days).  I would hope to receive first part of the payment by next week (to my bitcoin address) and begin work on a detailed proposal.



This proposal is to be completely internal and not public in any way.   It is for your use contributed by myself in the role of a silent consultant.  I have done this before to very good effect, and to the very great satisfaction of my clients, including on products with an ensuing very high total sales figure (millions sold).
