- Apart of being an employee of the Los Santos Fire Department, where I often run into serious risks that endanger me while at calls, im also apart of the task force assigned to deal with the County Commisioner's security ( PSS ) and a Tier 2 would be rather more useful and efficient at performing my assignments than the current and active Tier 1 I currently hold, and also allow me to keep myself safer when dispatched to serious calls, for example a shooting one.
Owning a Tier 2 firearm would not only allow me to do my job but also allow me to feel safer and relieved when it comes to defending my belongings / property if so is required. It'd also be great for me extend my knowledge when it comes to firearms aswell to put onto a good use of my hunting license, as I often take a few days off the city to practice my hobby of hunting, wich can now be extended to larger animals.

[size=75]The Los Santos Police Department, henceforth referred to as the LSPD, is officiated to register, distribute, regulate and maintain CCWP Holders. All CCWP Applicants, henceforth referred to as 'applicants,' agree to acknowledge and abide by the following terms of licensing, as well as those of the tier-one firearm permit:

• If issued a tier-two firearm permit for hunting purposes, you should ensure that the firearm is solely used for hunting and avoid any use of it in an alternative mean; if caught using a hunting firearm for other purposes there may be ramifications presented on your firearm permit standing.

• If requesting a firearm permit for use as a private security company contractor, employee, or other designated authority within the private security company do not use this application format to request a tier-two firearm permit. Requesting a private security company tier-two with this application format will result in denial; the correct format can be attained by having upper-management from the designated private security company contacting the LSPD in order to establish a company database for firearms and ensure cooperation, transparency, and rapid processing.

• If issued a tier-two firearm permit as a current law enforcement officer, you are responsible for informing the LSPD of when your employment has been terminated in order to properly cancel the permit. Failure to properly inform the LSPD of such actions may result in a monetary penalty, arrest warrant, or other such repercussions as deemed necessary by the Superior Court of San Andreas or the Chief of Police.[/size][/divbox][divbox=Black][/divbox][divbox=white][size=110][b]LSPD T2 FIREARM PERMIT - DECLARATION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT[/b][/size]

I will follow, at all times, all of the rules and regulations of the Concealed Carry Weapon Permit and have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms of Agreement. I understand that all fees that are being paid for the processing of this permit are nonrefundable. I am aware that any misuse of my firearm may result in legal repercussions against me and can have consequences for my CCWP standing.
