  6. ____ DAY 1 – Mush the bag Do NOT use any type of metal spoon or metal bowl
  7. ____ DAY 2 – Mush the bag for mixing - it will kill the yeast.
  8. ____ DAY 3 – Mush the bag Use a wooden spoon, mix by hand (no mixer).
  9. ____ DAY 4 – Mush the bag
  10. ____ DAY 5 – Mush the bag Do not refrigerate.
  11. ____ DAY 6 – Add: 1 cup milk
  12. 1 cup sugar It is normal for batter to rise, bubble, and ferment.

  41. Crease 2 large loaf pans or one bundt pan.
  42. Mix .5 cup sugar and 1.5 tsp cinnamon, dust greased
  43. pans with 1/2 of the mixture.Pour batter into pan(s),
  44. sprinkle remaining mixture on top.
  45. Bake about 1 hour.
  46. Cool until bread loosens from pan - ~10 min
  47. Turn onto serving platter.
