- ____ DAY 1 – Mush the bag Do NOT use any type of metal spoon or metal bowl
- ____ DAY 2 – Mush the bag for mixing - it will kill the yeast.
- ____ DAY 3 – Mush the bag Use a wooden spoon, mix by hand (no mixer).
- ____ DAY 4 – Mush the bag
- ____ DAY 5 – Mush the bag Do not refrigerate.
- ____ DAY 6 – Add: 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar It is normal for batter to rise, bubble, and ferment.
- 1 cup flour
- Mush the bag As gas accumulates, let it out.

- ____ DAY 10 – Pour bag into NON-METAL bowl
- Add: 1.5 cup flour

- Crease 2 large loaf pans or one bundt pan.
- Mix .5 cup sugar and 1.5 tsp cinnamon, dust greased
- pans with 1/2 of the mixture.Pour batter into pan(s),
- sprinkle remaining mixture on top.
- Bake about 1 hour.
- Cool until bread loosens from pan - ~10 min
- Turn onto serving platter.
