    Netafp.com withholds source with a snotty open letter to try and force
    consumer NAS device manufacturers into paying them for support contracts.

  * 2011/6:
    They announce they have updates to the 2.2-beta4 release which fixes time
    machine support for OSX 10.7

  * 2011/7/20:
    I respond to their open letter. Via pastebin + twitter and through the
    contact form on the netafp.com website.
